Abstract

The influence of the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia also influences the development of economic growth. Therefore, the importance of economics for the development of Islamic education in Indonesia is by increasing learning productivity so that the nation's future generations who are still studying can better understand the science of Islamic education and can improve it for the advancement of Islamic education in Indonesia. With economic needs increasing day by day, it is the Islamic education factor that will help economic growth, because with Islamic education it will produce more professional qualities of Human Resources (HR) both for the industrial sector and other sectors, and from there it will have an impact and influence on the future economic growth of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Sebuah ikatan kerjasama antar negara diataranya dalam perdagangan internasional yaitu wujud dari kepedualian dalam ememenuhi sumber alam suatu negara. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pandangan Abu Ubaid bin Sallam yang merupakan ilmuan yang berperan dalam pemikiran ekonomi Islam khususnya Perdagangan Internasional. Dan melihat relevansinya pada kebijakan di Indonesia. ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka (Library Research) dengan sumber data yaitu beberapa buku, artikel, jurnal yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Dalam penelitian ini kebijakan perdagangan internasional yang ada di Indonesia terlihat Relevan dengan gagasan Abu Ubaid yang diperkuat dengan praktek yang dilakukan khalifah Umar bin Khattab saat Madinah dalam keadaan paceklik. diantara gagasan yang diuraikan tentang ekspor dan impor dalam perdagangan internasional yaitu: diberlakukannya biaya cukai pada perdagangan internasional ini, biaya cukai untuk bahan makanan pokok diberlakukan lebih murah, dan terdapat batasan khusus pada biaya cukai.

Abstract

Temporary marriage is not only about surviving the trauma and crisis but also offers the potential to emerge from difficulties due to its ability to provide meaning from past events. This study aims to measure the level of meaning in the life of female victims of temporary marriage in Singkawang, Indonesia, by exploring their experiences as an optimization to generate positive effects on their lives. Employing a mixed-methods approach that integrates qualitative and quantitative methodologies, the research utilizes an inventory technique to investigate the meanings of life experienced by ten respondents. Additionally, in-depth interviews were conducted with five women who had been impacted by temporary marriage in order to delve into their pursuit of a meaningful life, all of whom consented to the intervention. The findings indicate that women often find themselves as victims of temporary marriage at a middle economic level. The pursuit of a purpose in life emerged as a primary concern, surpassing other factors such as spirituality, self-acceptance, materialism, and problem-solving in the quest for life’s meaning. This situation is often hindered by psychological trauma stemming from challenges encountered within the context of temporary marriage. Through introspection and self-acceptance, individuals embarked on a journey of personal growth, gaining insights and heightened awareness that could serve as a form of intervention through social connection, prayer, close relationships, positive behaviors, experiences, and self-motivation. This research provides an understanding of the fact that difficulties or problems in life can have positive implications by motivating the desire to grow from the temporary marriage experience.

Abstract

The accusation of Islamic boarding schools as hotbeds of terrorism is still a phenomenal issue. This is contrary to the values of Islamic boarding schools which uphold peace. This study aims to narrate the implications of peace education in Islamic boarding schools in responding to the issue of terrorism. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies to be analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model. This research shows: (1) Teaching materials (textbooks) and Al-Irsyad Islamic Boarding School regulations direct students to an ideology that is highly anti-terrorism, this data is taken from the description of the responses that researchers see from the side of perception with convincing statements that peace is a nature that must be attempted, either with a theological or rational approach. This response was strengthened by the views of the management and students who stated that peace is a common property so that all acts of terrorism are not part of Jihad. (2) Santri's response to terrorism has implications for strengthening social solidarity, building tasamuh attitudes, establishing mutual assistance, being fair and wise, and understanding diversity. The second result contributes to fighting accusations of Islamic boarding schools as hotbeds of terrorism, while simultaneously confirming that peace education in Islamic boarding schools can be used as a model for public schools in fighting terrorism issues.
