Abstract

Family is the smallest unit of society. Family resilience must be increased to realize family prosperity. Family resilience cannot be separated from the environment as it is a family friendly village. This family friendly village can be realized through a programme that includes family resilience education. One way to develop a family is through counseling about family resilience and the role of the family in creating a family friendly environment. This activity aims to increase the family’s understanding of the development and function of the family in realizing family resilience by developing a Family Friendly Village Model in Ciherang Village, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. Productive-age mothers participated in this outreach activity. Counseling was performed thrice (March-May 2024). The first activity was offline counselling/education regarding the definition, components, and scope of family resilience. The second activity is counseling and education regarding the stages and tasks of family development. The third activity is counselling/education related to strengthening the understanding of family resilience. Based on the pre-test results, it was discovered that the participants did not know or understand the stages of family development, function, and resilience. However, after counseling and post-test, it was discovered that the participants could analyze each family's stages of family development and identify basic tasks, developmental tasks, and crisis tasks that needed to be carried out to increase family resilience. In conclusion, counseling is needed for families to increase their knowledge and understanding of family function and development and to create family resilience.

Abstract

Predicting the graduation rate of the PPG program has an important significance in analyzing the factors that affect students' success in completing the PPG program. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor model in online learning to predict the pass rate of students in the Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) at UIN Walisongo Semarang. The study analyzed data from 423 students, focusing on input quality variables, such as pedagogical competence and teaching innovation. Results showed the Wave 1 pass rate in 2023 was 86.7%, with 13.3% failure, a 1.7% decrease from Wave 3 in 2022. The confusion matrix showed significant improvement in True Positives (TP) and True Negatives (TN), with an accuracy of 0.916, precision of 0.3, and recall of 0.9725 students' academic achievement.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of humanistic education in shaping a moderate attitude  among elementary school students within the broader context of promoting religious  moderation and critical citizenship. The research aims to explore how humanistic education  contributes to fostering critical thinking, collaboration, innovation, and democratic values at the elementary level. Employing a qualitative method, data were collected through in-depth  interviews, observations, documentation studies, and surveys involving 54 students, four  teachers, and three parents from two elementary schools in the Batang Regency. Thematic  analysis was utilized to identify patterns across the collected data. The findings demonstrate  that humanistic education strengthens students' intellectual capacities through 4C-based  learning (Creativity and Innovation, Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, and  Problem-Solving) and enhances humanitarian and democratic narratives embedded within  character education programs. Survey results revealed high percentages of nationalist attitudes  (93.3%), tolerance (90.6%), non-violent tendencies (93.3%), and cultural adaptability  (89.75%) among students. The study concludes that integrating humanistic education with  religious moderation efforts significantly shapes moderate attitudes in young learners. These  findings imply that educational institutions should systematically adopt humanistic approaches  to cultivate moderate, tolerant, and critically engaged citizens from an early stage.

Abstract

This study aims to explain whether there is an influence from Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM) and impulse buying on purchasing decisions, and knowing whether income will affect impulse buying or not. This study uses an analytical descriptive basic method, in other words, the data collected in accordance with the actual state. This research was conducted through an application called Discord. The sample in this study used probability sampling techniques with sample sampling techniques. The sample that had been obtained in this study was 326 respondents. The data collection technique chosen is through the interview method using a questionnaire. Questionnaire testing through its validity and reliability test. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with an alternative method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that: (1) Ewom has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. (2) Impulse buying has no positive effect on purchasing decisions. (3) Purchasing ability has a positive effect on impulse purchasing decision. (4) purchasing ability has a positive effect on impulse buying. (5) Ewom has a positive effect on impulse buying.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola rekrutmen calon anggota legislatif Partai Keadilan Sejahtera Kota Tangerang Selatan pada pemilu 2019. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka (library research). Temuan penelitian, PKS partai politik lahir dari gerakan Islam bernama Tarbiyah, masuk dalam kategori partai kader, memiliki basis jejaring sel (usrah). Seluruh kader harus melewati enam jenjang pengkaderan sehingga memiliki kecakapan khusus berdakwah (takhassus). Proses penjaringan caleg  PKS dilakukan  tertutup melalui penugasan (assignment). Caleg yang diusung adalah kader yang ditugaskan oleh struktur partai untuk berjuang terpilih sebagai anggota legislatif. Proses rekruitmen caleg PKS tidak mengacu pada popularitas dan elektabilitas seorang tokoh, adakalanya seseorang yang tidak terkenal dan mempunyai keterbatasan secara finansial, PKS mempunyai pertimbangan tersendiri untuk memilih. Model kaderisasi /rekruitmen politik PKS ini yang berbeda dengan partai politik lain, yang dilakukan secara terbuka. Kader yang terpilih sebagai caleg telah melewati penilaian berjenjang, dipilih mengacu amanah kader, orientasinya adalah pengabdian, sehingga didapati relevansi model rekrutmen PKS Tangsel yang berdasar assignment dalam menghasilkan anggota dewan berkualitas. Peningkatan perolehan suara PKS dalam Pemilu 2019 merupakan hasil pola rekrutmen PKS Kota Tangsel, sehingga mendorong peningkatan perolehan suara partai, diperkuat oleh dinamika politik dalam Pilkada DKI Jakarta 2017 serta politik di tingkat pusat (nasional), sehingga PKS mendapat keuntungan karena suara masyarakat Kota Tangerang Selatan beralih memilih PKS.

Abstract

Law on the National Education System No. 20 of 2003 states that, National education functions to develop abilities and shape the character and civilization of a dignified nation in order to educate the life of the nation, aiming to develop the potential of students to become human beings who believe and are devoted to God Almighty, noble character, physically and mentally healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent and a democratic and responsible citizen. However, at the implementation level, the government is not yet fully capable of producing quality human beings as stated in the national education goals above, in other words the educational process carried out still has many shortcomings. In this case the author raises the title of discipline of Islamic religious education teachers in improving student learning outcomes, because many people argue and assume that student learning success is only the responsibility of certain parties, even though student learning outcomes are not only influenced by the students themselves but also influenced by other factors. other things, and the discipline of teachers, especially Islamic religious education teachers, has a very large portion and responsibility because it concerns their capacity as educators who not only monitor from a cognitive perspective but also from an affective and psychomotor aspect without neglecting the role of teachers from other subjects. The author uses a research method with the type of Library Research research, namely by obtaining data sourced from books. The data that the author took through primary data and secondary data was collected by means of a literature review. Based on the results of research using Library Research, it is stated that there is relevance between teacher discipline and improving children's learning outcomes. That the teacher's attitude and attitude and discipline can encourage students to learn optimally. The purpose of this research is to motivate educators to improve guidance for students, with the results obtained from this research being able to increase insight and knowledge for the author in this case.

Abstract

The discussion method is a way of presenting teaching materials with the teacher giving students or groups the opportunity to hold scientific discussions in order to gather opinions, make conclusions, or develop various alternative solutions to a problem. Meanwhile, learning outcomes are the value of student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects. So in this research, in the field of Islamic religious education, the goal is to guide students to better know and understand the procedures related to changes in a Muslim, both in relation to God, humans and nature so that the objectives of learning can be achieved. This research is correlational research with two variables, namely the first variable X (discussion method) and variable Y (learning outcomes). The target population is all students at the MAN 1 Tangerang School, totaling 742. And the target population for class XI MAN 1 Tangerang is 117 students. The sample was taken using the Non Probability Quota technique, namely in class XI as many as 38 students. And researchers use product moment analysis. The results of calculations using the product moment correlation formula obtained a calculated r of 0.34, then the results were compared with the tabael r with a significance level of 5%, which was 0.32, meaning the calculated r was greater than the table r. Thus the null hypothesis which states that there is no significant positive influence between the discussion method on student learning outcomes in the field of Islamic religious education is rejected. Thus the research results conclude that there is a positive influence between the discussion method on student learning outcomes in the field of Islamic religious education studies in material on commendable morals and despicable morals at XI MAN 1 Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of parental attention and the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning process on the religious behavior of students at Madrasah Diniyah of Assidiqiyah Islamic Boarding School, West Jakarta. The research is grounded in the observed lack of consistent internalization of religious values among students, as reflected in irregular worship practices and the weak application of Islamic conduct in daily life. Employing a quantitative approach with a survey method, this study utilized correlation and regression analysis techniques. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to 176 respondents selected via random sampling from a population of 750 students. The findings indicate that parental attention has a stronger influence than the IRE learning process in shaping students’ religious character. Moreover, both variables were found to have a significant positive effect, both individually and simultaneously, on various aspects of religious behavior, including the performance of obligatory and sunnah prayers, Ramadan fasting, Qur’an reading habits, and Islamic social etiquette. The study concludes that fostering students' religious character requires a synergistic partnership between school-based religious instruction and active parental engagement at home to ensure the comprehensive and consistent embodiment of Islamic values.

Abstract

Kemitraan orang tua dan keberfungsian keluarga merupakan faktor dominan dalam memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan peran gender orang tua-remaja dalam fungsi keluarga dan kesejahteraan subjektif remaja antara remaja laki-laki dan perempuan; dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif remaja. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional study melalui metode pengumpulan data non-probability voluntary sampling dengan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Jumlah contoh penelitian sebanyak 277 keluarga yang mempunyai remaja bersekolah di SMP negeri di Kota Bogor dan tinggal bersama kedua orang tuanya. Hasil Independent T-Test menunjukkan bahwa peran gender orang tua-remaja dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas fungsi keluarga pada remaja perempuan lebih baik daripada remaja laki-laki, sedangkan tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif pada kedua kelompok remaja tidak berbeda signifikan. Variabel laten karakteristik remaja memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif remaja baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui peran gender orang tua-remaja. Variabel laten karakteristik keluarga juga memengaruhi kesejahteraan subjektif remaja secara tidak langsung melalui peran gender orang tua-remaja. Terakhir, variabel laten peran gender orang tua-remaja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kesejahteraan subjektif remaja. Dengan demikian, orang tua diharapkan mampu menjalankan fungsi keluarga pada remaja tanpa bias gender sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif remaja.

Abstract

The progress of science and technology causes cultural, social, political, and economic changes as well as the world of work. There are jobs that are missing or that are popping up according to today's profession. For example, the PAI teaching profession does not only know educational theory but needs to master various other disciplines. Because of this, it is necessary to increase the development of human resources for superior Islamic education graduates who are ready to go according to the needs of society, industry, and experience in the world of work. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Islamic Religious Higher Education in improving and building superior human resources in the PAI Study Program after the publication of the independent learning-free campus curriculum. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that there is support for Islamic tertiary institutions to apply this policy, namely by making a design model for the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum program that is applied to the PAI study program. The design described is by providing three semester learning rights with three models in the implementation of lectures (block, non-block, and regular models). This program opens wide opportunities for PAI students to enrich and improve their insights and competencies in the real world according to their passion and aspirations.
