Abstract

This study aims to determine the standards of the JSIT curriculum implemented in SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan, especially in the Graduate Competency Standards (SKL), coaching standards, and cooperation standards. These educational standards are the superior standards used in Integrated Islam-based (IT) schools which are commonly called IT schools with the central and regional administrations of JSIT (Integrated Islamic School Network), all IT-based schools are of course Islamic and Islamic based so that they are created. JSIT container for each region to develop and add the character of Islamic education, especially to the JSIT curriculum. This type of research uses qualitative research, namely descriptive analysis, in which this research uses research that is full of theory and expert analysis. The data analyzed were the results of interviews, observations, and documents using photo evidence. The data analysis stage was carried out, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data verification. The results showed that the implementation of educational standards, especially in graduate competency standards, coaching standards, and cooperation standards adopted by SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan. On the standard of graduate competence, SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan emphasized that students who have finished from the school must be able to call to prayer, iqomah (for male students), night prayer (Qiyamul Lail), fardhu prayer, sunnah prayer, can distinguish between which is good and which is bad, not afraid of spirits, the target of memorizing 10-15 Juz Al-Qur'an is completed from SDIT Al-Fityan School Medan.

Abstract

Pendidikan kewirausahaan saat ini mengalami distorsi pada tingkat perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, sehingga belum terdapat kesepakatan antara para ahli pendidikan kewirausahaan tentang pendekatan terbaik dalam pembelajaran dan pengajaran kewirausahaan guna meningkatkan intensi dan sikap siswa yang rendah terhadap soft skills kewirausahaan, terutama dalam membuka rintisan usaha. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif (data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/ verification) dan kuantitatif (analisis deskriptif statistik dan uji t data berpasangan) guna menguji perbedaaan sikap dan minat kewirausahaan siswa sebelum dan sesudah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan uji t pada aspek sikap kewirausahaan, didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar -10,267. Hasil uji t pada aspek minat kewirausahaan didapatkan nilai t hitung sebesar -16,527, maka t tabel< t hitung. Jadi, untuk kedua aspek H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan antara sikap dan minat kewirausahaan sebelum dan sesudah pengembangan model.

Abstract

Standar mutu pendidikan ditetapkan dalam suatu standardisasi nasional yang dikenal dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 yang diperbarui dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 57 Tahun 2021. Sejauh mana implementasi kebijakan dan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Penerbangan Nasional (SPAN) Medan telah mencapai standar pendidikan nasional. Subyek penelitian dipilih secara purposif dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara; wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Standar isi kerangka kurikulum 2013 dijadikan acuan dalam penyusunannya dan telah dikolaborasikan dengan beberapa koordinator keluarga dan koordinator tingkat. Standar Proses dan Manajemen, Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan, Standar Pembiayaan, serta Standar Penilaian telah tercapai. Sekolah harus memperbaiki SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur) pada setiap proses standar pendidikan khususnya standar kompetensi lulusan

Abstract

Beberapa hal yang perlu digaris bawahi tentang standard proses adalah Pertama, Standar proses pendidikan adalah standard nasional pendidikan, yang berarti standar proses pendidikan yag dimaksud berlaku untuk setiap lembaga pendidikan formal pada jenjang pendidikan tertentu dimanapun pendidikan lembaga itu berada secara nasional. Kedua, Standar proses berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, yang berarti dalam standar proses pendidikan berisi tentang bagaimana seharusnya pembelajaran berlangsung. Dengan demikian, standar proses pendidikan dimaksudkan dapat dijadikan pedoman bagi guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Ketiga, standar proses pendidikan diarahkan untuk mencapai standard kompetensi lulusan. Dengan demikian, standard kompetensi lulusan merupakan sumber atau rujukan utama dalam menentukan standar proses pendidikan. Komponen dalam standar proses terdiri dari perencanaan proses pembelajaran yang meliputi Silabus dan RPP, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran meliputi persyaratan proses pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terdiri dari kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup, penilaian hasil pembelajaran, dan pengawasan proses pembelajaran

Abstract

This study assessed the feasibility and effectiveness of developing Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning videos related to fractional lesson content for fifth-grade students at SDN 101764 Bandar Klippa. This research is related to implementing the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in the research and development of learning videos. This study involved twenty-five students in Class V of SDN 101764 Bandar Klippa. The instruments used by researchers for data acquisition include observation, interviews, validation questionnaires, and tests. The developed Problem-Based Learning model is validated by expert validators based on the findings of learning research videos. From the results of the validity test by validators, the percentage of material expert eligibility of 95.2 percent of the criteria is very valid, the design expert's feasibility percentage of 96.19 percent is considered very valid, the media expert produces a validity level of 90 percent of the very valid criteria. The small group trial resulted in an efficient criteria percentage of 89.89 percent. The percentage of practicality of field test results of 91.48 percent is an efficient criterion. Effectiveness was achieved at the field trial stage, with 22 students (approximately 88 percent) passing the post-test. A gain score of 0.615 meets the criteria of moderate effectiveness. Based on empirical observations that show an increase in learning outcomes by 84 percent and an increase in student creativity by 100 percent, it is determined that Problem-Based Learning learning videos can effectively perfect the mathematics curriculum of grade V students of SDN 101764 Bandar Klippa. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas pengembangan video pembelajaran berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) yang berkaitan dengan isi pelajaran pecahan untuk peserta didik kelas lima di SDN 101764 Bandar Klippa. Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan implementasi model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dalam konteks penelitian dan pengembangan video pembelajaran. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua puluh lima peserta didik yang terdaftar di Kelas V SDN 101764 Bandar Klippa. Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti untuk perolehan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket validasi, dan tes. Model Problem Based Learning yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh validator ahli berdasarkan temuan video penelitian pembelajaran. Dari hasil uji validitas oleh validator persentase kelayakan ahli materi sebesar 95,2 persen kriteria sangat valid, ahli desain persentase kelayakan sebesar 96,19 persen dinilai sangat valid, ahli media menghasilkan tingkat validitas 90 persen kriteria sangat valid. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil menghasilkan persentase kriteria sangat praktis sebesar 89,89 persen. Persentase kepraktisan hasil uji lapangan sebesar 91,48 persen merupakan kriteria sangat praktis. Efektivitas dicapai pada tahap uji coba lapangan dengan 22 peserta didik (sekitar 88 persen) yang lulus post-test; skor gain sebesar 0,615 memenuhi kriteria efektivitas sedang. Berdasarkan observasi empiris yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 84 persen dan peningkatan kreativitas peserta didik sebesar 100 persen, ditetapkan bahwa video pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat menjadi sarana yang efektif untuk menyempurnakan kurikulum matematika peserta didik kelas V SDN 101764 Bandar Klippa.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar; kreativitas; pembelajaran berbasis masalah; video pembelajaran

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan E Module interaktif berbasis website 2 Apk builder yang valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model 4- D yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yakni design, define, development dan disseminate. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/i kelas IV. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data mencakup observasi, wawancara, skala validasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian memperoleh persentase skor materi 92% (Sangat Layak), dan memperoleh persentase skor desain dan teknologi 84% (Sangat Layak). Selanjutnya persentase skor kepraktisan 90% (Sangat Praktis) serta memperoleh skor keefektivan dengan nilai rata -rata 58, 81 (Cukup Efektif). Dan setelah menggunakan E Module interaktif berbasis website 2 Apk builder perolehan rata -rata ketuntasan nilai post “ test adalah sebesar 80%. Hasil belajar siswa/i kelas IV SD IT Permata Firdaus mengalami peningkatan dan siswa menjadi lebih aktif berpartisipasi dalam proses belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan kesalahan siswa dalam mengerjakan soal cerita pecahan serta penyebanya berdasarkan Teori Kastolan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu25siswa kelas V A SDN 104201 Kolam. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan 5 butir soal essay. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa siswa melakukan kesalahan konseptual sebesar 39,2%, kesalahan prosedural sebesar 58,4% dan kesalahan teknik sebesar 64%. Adapun kesalahan konseptual  disebabkan oleh ketidakmampuan siswa menyamakan penyebut bilangan pecahan, dan  tidak dapatmengubah pecahan campuran menjadi pecahan biasa. Kesalahan prosedural terjadi karena siswa tidak terbiasa dengan soal cerita. Sedangkan kesalahan teknik disebabkan oleh siswa belum menguasai perkalian dan pembagian serta ketidaktelitian siswa.

Abstract

Idealism in education is an approach that emphasizes the holistic development of individual potential, encompassing intellectual, moral, and social aspects. STAI Raudhatul Akmal, as a private institution, envisions producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also possess integrity and the ability to face societal challenges. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of idealistic educational principles in the curriculum and learning practices at STAI Raudhatul Akmal. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that integrating idealistic values is evident in teaching, where lecturers act as facilitators, encouraging students to think critically and creatively.Additionally, extracurricular activities based on ethical and moral values shape student character. This research recommends enhanced training for lecturers and developing more structured programs to ensure that idealism values can be internalized more effectively. Thus, it is hoped that graduates of STAI Raudhatul Akmal can become positive agents of change in society, which aligns with the goals of idealism education.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of a Lesson Study-Based Principal Competency Management Model in improving the quality of academic supervision and learning in public senior high schools (SMA Negeri) in Langkat Regency. Using a Research and Development (R&D) approach, the model was designed through a series of stages: preliminary study, model development, limited trials, extended trials, and final implementation. The model integrates the core principles of Lesson Study (Plan–Do–See–Act) into the principal's role as an instructional leader. The results showed that the model is valid, practical, and effective. Principals who implemented the model demonstrated increased competence in academic supervision, engaged in reflective discussions with teachers, and supported the improvement of teaching practices. The Lesson Study cycle empowered principals not only as administrators but also as facilitators of professional learning. The model also fostered a collaborative culture among educators and had a positive impact on the quality of classroom instruction. Based on these findings, the model is recommended for broader implementation and policy integration in professional development programs for school leaders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' difficulties in learning mathematics and the factors that contribute to their difficulties. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research method intended to describe students' difficulties in learning mathematics. The subjects were ten third-grade students at an elementary school in Medan City. The results indicate that the difficulties experienced by students tend to be conceptual difficulties, where students do not fully understand the concept of fractions, have difficulty determining the numerator and denominator, write fractions in reverse, and have difficulty distinguishing between the symbols greater than (>) and less than (<). Factors contributing to students' difficulties in learning mathematics include low student attitudes and interest, a dislike of mathematics, which leads to students not paying attention to the teacher during mathematics lessons, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm for mathematics.
