Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of product review content and promotions through social media on buying interest through product involvement. Sampling size was determined with the quote technique; 115 respondents were chosen from management students, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The data analysis used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results showed that product review content has a positive and significant effect on buying interest, and promotion positively and significantly impacts buying interest. Product review content has a significant positive effect through product involvement as an intervening variable, and promotion through social media has a positive and significant impact on buying interest through product involvement. Based on the study results, the marketer can suggest social media as a product promotion tool because social media can reach market segments effectively and efficiently and encourage marketers to work with beauty vloggers who have the credibility to attract consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh daya tarik wisata terhadap minat kunjungan kembali wisatawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui electronic WOM. Populasi adalah wisatawan yang melakukan kunjungan ke destinasi wisata di Kecamatan Kuala Jambi Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, dengan total sampel sebanyal 100 orang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey dan menggunakan analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Untuk kepentingan analisis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji outer model melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Selanjutnya melakukan uji Inner Model melalui uji R-Square (Coefficient of determination), dan F-Square (f2 effect size). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat kunjungan kembali baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui electronic WOM. Hal ini menjelaskan apabila sebuah objek wisata memiliki daya tarik dengan keunikannya, membuat respon wisatawan secara positif dengan membentuk sebuah perilaku word of mouth. Wisatawan akan memberikan informasi pengalamannya terhadap destinasi yang telah dikunjungi, sehingga akan menimbulkan minat kunjungan ulang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh pelaksanaan coaching dan Mentoring terhadap kinerja pegawai dimediasi motivasi kerja (petugas SAR) di Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan. Alat analisis yang digunakana dalah analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Coaching berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Mentoring berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Coaching tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, Mentoring berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja pada Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan, Coaching tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi Mentoring berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Balai Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Badan Nasional Pencarian dan Pertolongan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of BUMDES Jernih Jaya in developing the natural tourism object of Rawa Bento, Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. Then formulate a strategy for development by minimizing weaknesses and threats, maximizing utilization of opportunities and strengths. Data was collected through literature study, observation, and interviews with stakeholders, namely BUMDES and village heads. The data were analyzed descriptively and then to determine the strategy for developing natural attractions in Bento Swamp. A SWOT analysis was carried out. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the strategy for developing natural attractions in Rawa Bento includes building infrastructure such as road access, transportation means, and accommodation facilities, making tourist attractions and promoting tourism objects, developing tourism products, and involving the community in tourism management.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of financial institution product and service attributes on purchasing decisions of Honda Vario Jambi motorbikes in Jambi City. The sample is 140 users of Honda Vario motorcycles, with the sampling technique used is Purposive sampling. Validity and reliability test results show that the research instrument is valid and reliable. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22 software. The results show that purchasing decisions are influenced by the financial product and service attributes significantly and partially the decision to purchase Honda vario motorcycles in Jambi City is influenced by attributes financial institution products and services. In the discussion, the results of the study showed that the presence of product attributes and services of financial institutions could increase sales of Honda Vario motorcycles. To achieve this level of sales, the company must continue to present superior product attributes and maintain good cooperative relations with financing institutions that provide financial institution services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, perceived quality, and brand perception on the purchase interest of Wuling cars in Jambi City, and to find out which variables are more dominant in influencing Wuling car purchase interest in Jambi City. This thesis uses a quantitative descriptive approach, namely research by emphasizing its analysis on numerical data (numbers) processed by statistical methods, namely quantitative data collected through measurement, namely multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1. Price perception, quality perception, and brand perception together have a significant and positive effect on purchase intention. Partially price perception and perception of quality have a significant and positive effect on purchase intention, while brand perception does not have a significant and positive influence on purchase intention. 2. Perception of dominant quality has a significant and positive effect on purchase intention.
