Abstract

Data Puskesmas Poasia menunjukkan jumlah kunjungan pasien asam urat selalu meningkat. Pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 1.126 orang, pada tahun 2021 sebanyak 895 orang dan pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 1.000 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas kompres air hangat terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita asam urat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Poasia Kota Kendari. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian pre eksperimental dengan desain pre test dan post test (one group pretest-postest). Jumlah populasi penelitian adalah 32 orang. Tehnik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dan didapatkan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Uji statistik menggunakan metode analisis Uji Wilcoxn Signed Rank Test dengan tingkat kemaknaan (α) = 5% (0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai perbedaan rata-rata skala nyeri responden antara sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan kompres air hangat adalah 2,8 dan nilai Z adalah -4,844 dengan nilai sig 0,000 dan lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Dengan demikian maka H0 di tolak dan Ha di terima, yang berarti pemberian kompres air hangat efektif terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita asam urat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pemberian kompres air hangat efektif terhadap penurunan nyeri pada penderita asam urat. Diharapkan kepada perawat untuk lebih meningkatkan perhatian kepada seluruh pasien khususnya yang menderita asam urat dalam pemberian pelayanan kesehatan, baik dalam bentuk pengobatan maupun pemberian informasi atau penyuluhan kesehatan.

Abstract

Pancasila education must be able to answer the question of how best to foster nationalism among Indonesian people. Strategies are needed to strengthen nationalism by applying the ideals of the state ideology Pancasila and nationalism which is experiencing a decline along with the increasing number of other cultures that are increasingly popular among Indonesians. Protecting Pancasila can be done by providing information on Pancasila according to grade level to primary school students. To instil the ideals of Pancasila to elementary school students and ensure that these ideals are maintained and fostered so that later they can give birth to brilliant ideas or ideas, teaching can be done because children at this age already have definite and logical concepts. The results of community service activities in the form of 90% can know and answer together with enthusiasm from the questions given by students ranging from examples of values from the first precept to the fifth precept.

Abstract

The problem of this study was “Was it effective to use Six Thinking Hats Strategy in teaching reading narrative text to the eighth grade students of PGRI Junior High School 9 of Palembang?” The aim of this study was to find out whether or not it was effective to use Six Thinking Hats strategy in teaching reading narrative text to the eighth grade students of PGRI Junior High School 9 of Palembang.The population was the eighth grade students of PGRI Junior High School 9 of Palembang in academic year of 2018/2019. The sample was 36 students who were chosen by cluster random sampling. This study employed Pre- experimental design with the one-group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected through written test in form of Multiple choice which implemented in pre-test and post-test. The data were analyzed by using matched t-test formula.The result of the study is found that the students’ average score in the         pre-test was 47,57 and the students’ average score in the post-test was 73,68. Based on the matched t-test calculation, it was found that the t-obtained was 4,854. The critical value of 5% significance level was 1.690. It showed that the      t-obtained was higher than the t-table. From this study it was found that teaching reading narrative text by using Six Thinking Hats strategy to the eighth grade students of PGRI Junior High School 9 of Palembang was effective.

Abstract

Abstract:The main problem of this study was “Is it effective to teach writing descriptive paragraph through opinion finder’s technique to the eighth grade students of Tri Dharma Junior High School of Palembang?” The objective of this study is to find out whether or not it is effective to Teach Writing Descriptive Paragraph through Opinion Finder’s Technique to the Eighth Grade Students of Tri Dharma Junior High School of Palembang. The population of this study was all of the Eighth Grade Students of Tri Dharma Junior High School of Palembang. The total number of the population was 166 students from five classes. The sample was 32 students taken from VIII.E class by using cluster random sampling. Pre- experimental method was used in this study. In collecting the data the writer used written test and then the data was analyzed by using Matched t-test. Based on the data analysis from the test, it was found that teaching writing writing descriptive paragraph through opinion finder’s technique to the eighth grade students of Tri Dharma Junior High School of Palembang was effective. The average score in the pre-test was 67 and the average score in the post-test was 73 the result of calculation of method t-test was 7.5. Therefore, teaching writing descriptive paragraphs through opinion finders technique to the eighth grade students of Tri Dharma Junior High School of Palembang was effective in increasing students ability especially in writing descriptive paragraph.

Abstract

The main of this study  “was there any significant effect on the Second semester students’ reading comprehension achievement after being taught by using Bilingual Story Book and those who are not? The population of  this study was the second semester PGSD Study Program FKIP University PGRI of Palembang in academic year 2019/2020. The total number of the population was 120 students, The sample consisted of 36 students of 2O and 36 students of 2Q. The method of the research was the experimental method and the data were collected through written test in multiple choice form. The test was administrated twice as the pre-test and post-test. The result were analyzed by using t-test. The students’ average score of pretest in control class of 2O were 59.20 and 6.12. While the students’ average score of post test in experimental class of 2Q were 6.52 and 7.13. And By using those result, it was found that the result of this research based on her students’ average score of post test in experimental and control class was 4.779 that is higher than its the critical value. The null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to find out whether or not there is significant difference on teaching writing narrative paragraph through Roundtable Technique to the tenth grade students of Gajah Mada Vocational High School of Palembang. This study applied quasi-experimental method with non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study was all tenth grade students of Gajah Mada Vocational High School of Palembang, in the academic year of 2021/2022 with the total number of 216 students. The samples were 72 students, 36 students were in experimental group from X.1 class and 36 students were in control group from X.2 class taken by using purposive sampling. In collecting the data, a written test of the recount text was used, and the data were analyzed by using Application of IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The result of this study showed that the experimental group students’ average score in pre-test, it was 64.32, and in post-test, it was 71.66 while the control group students’ average score in pre-test was 64.50 and in post-test, it was 65.70. The value of t-obtained was (3.843) which were higher than the value of t-table (2.004) at the significance 0.05 in two tailed-test with 54 (df). It was assumed that the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted. It means that there was significant difference on teaching writing of Gajah Mada Vocational High School of Palembang and those who were not.

Abstract

Background:Tuberculosis (TB) continues to be a significant public health issue in the coastal area of Kulisusu Sub-District, North Buton Regency, Indonesia. The prevalence of TB in this region has been increasing steadily, with 294 reported cases in 2023, compared to 281 cases in 2022. As an infectious disease, tuberculosis requires effective control strategies, which necessitate identifying its key determinants. Objective:This study aims to identify the risk factors associated with tuberculosis in Kulisusu Sub-District, North Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Methods:This quantitative research employed a case-control study design. The study population consisted of 172 individuals, with a sample of 25 cases and 25 controls, selected through proportional random sampling and age matching. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate analysis, with statistical significance tested using the Odds Ratio (OR). Results:The Odds Ratio (OR) analysis revealed the following risk factors for tuberculosis: knowledge (OR = 11.156), income (OR = 4.333), smoking habits (OR = 8.500), and residential density (OR = 5.630). These findings indicate that poor knowledge, low income, smoking habits, and high residential density are significant risk factors for tuberculosis in the Kulisusu Sub-District. Conclusion:The key determinants of tuberculosis in Kulisusu Sub-District include knowledge, income, smoking habits, and residential density. Health promotion strategies aimed at reducing TB prevalence should focus on these factors, with comprehensive and sustainable approaches to prevention. Abstract

Pembelajaran berbasis proyek merupakan model pembelajaran yang dapat membantu siswa membangun pemikirannya dan keterampilan dalam berkreativitas. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh anggapan bahwa PjBL dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan kolaboratif.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah guna mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan LKPD berbasis PjBL terhadap kreativitas belajar siswa SD IT Serasan Sekundang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji independent t-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa rata-rata angket kelompok eksperimen kreativitas belajar pada siswa SD IT Serasan sekundang sebesar 82,38, sedangkan rata-rata angket kelompok kontrol yaitu sebesar 75,71. Selanjutnya berdasarkan nilai rata-rata indikator kreativitas, dengan indikator Fluency kelompok eksperimen memperoleh rata-rata 86,16%, sedangkan kelas kontrol yaitu sebesar 74,5%. Dengan demikian guna mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan LKPD berbasis PjBL yaitu mengggunakan uji independent t-test diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,01 < 0,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh LKPD berbasis PjBL terhadap kreativitas siswa SD IT Serasan sekundang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan P5 tema kearifan lokal terhadap keterampilan kreatif siswa kelas IV SDN 20 Tanjung Raja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Kemudian instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara serta observasi. Wawancara digunakan untuk mengajukan pertanyaan kepada guru untuk mendapatkan informasi yang lebih akurat mengenai penerapan P5 dengan tema kearifan lokal terhadap keterampilan kreatif siswa kelas IV SDN 20 Tanjung Raja. Observasi digunakan untuk mengamati bagaimana penerapan proses penerapan P5 dengan tema kearifan lokal yang ada di kelas IV SDN 20 Tanjung Raja. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan P5 tema kearifan lokal terhadap keterampilan kreatif siswa kelas IV SDN 20 Tanjung Raja dikategorikan sangat baik. Dengan demikian penerapan pembelajaran Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan tema kearifan lokal ini sudah baik sekali dilakukan di SD Negeri 20 Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kemampuan menggambar karya dekoratif siswa kelas III dengan menggunakan media pewarna dari bahan alam di SD Negeri 1 Air Putih Ulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap siswa kelas III dan guru seni budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pewarna alami memberikan pengalaman kreatif baru bagi siswa serta meningkatkan apresiasi mereka terhadap sumber daya alam di sekitar mereka. Selain itu, penggunaan pewarna dari bahan alam mempengaruhi hasil karya dari segi warna dan tekstur, menciptakan karakteristik yang unik pada setiap karya dekoratif. Kesimpulannya, media pewarna bahan alam dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam pembelajaran seni budaya di sekolah dasar.
