Abstract

This research was motivated by riots that occurred at Kanjuruhan Malang Stadium when Arema Malang and Persebaya Surabaya were brought together. The defeat experienced by Arema disappointed Aremania fans so many Aremania took to the field and caused conditions at the stadium to become unconducive. Police officers fired tear gas to stop the action of fans, but this only caused the riots to escalate. This research uses the library study method by looking for various references and data sources from official internet pages and scientific journals. The focus of this research is to analyze the Kanjuruhan riots based on conflict resolution approach stages, namely, conflict events, conflict triggers, causes of conflict, conflict impacts, and conflict resolution. The results of this study suggest that riots in Kanjuruhan can be analyzed based on a conflict-resolution approach by considering various existing aspects. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kerusuhan yang terjadi di Stadion Kanjuruhan Malang saat Arema Malang dan Persebaya Surabaya dipertemukan. Kekalahan yang dialami Arema membuat fans Aremania kecewa sehingga banyak Aremania yang turun ke lapangan dan menyebabkan kondisi di stadion menjadi tidak kondusif. Petugas kepolisian melepaskan gas air mata untuk menghentikan aksi fans, namun hal tersebut justru membuat kerusuhan semakin memanas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan mencari berbagai referensi dan sumber data dari laman internet resmi dan jurnal ilmiah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kerusuhan Kanjuruhan berdasarkan tahapan pendekatan resolusi konflik yaitu, peristiwa konflik, pemicu konflik, penyebab konflik, dampak konflik, dan resolusi konflik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerusuhan di Kanjuruhan dapat dianalisis berdasarkan pendekatan resolusi konflik dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai aspek yang ada.

Abstract

The National Women's Commission states that Domestic Violence is always the most frequent case every year. Case data from Rifka Annisa also says that the number of violence against wives has always been the highest number of other cases of violence, namely 216 in 2017 which were successfully reported. The urgency of the case of violence against the earthquake has made the Rifka Annisa Women Crisis Center Institution must adapt to various changes in the environment and develop other strategies as needed. In this writing, Kettner's internal and external factors were explained to the Rifka Annisa institution. Internal speaking factors start from the vision-mission, Organizational Operating System, Organizational Plan, Human Resources, and Technology Resources, while external factors see economic, sociological, political and technological factors. Kettner sees that these internal and external factors influence each other so it is necessary to map so that the institution's consistency in achieving excellence in service is maintained. Here the research method uses literature studies from journals and scientific articles relevant to this study. The study shows that the Rifka Annisa Institute is very consistent with the vision, mission and objectives of the institution and is very progressive towards service programs for victims of domestic violence.

Abstract

Relawan Muda Riau were formed to answer how social service organizations run in accordance with their corridors, so far young Riau volunteers have focused on helping the Riau provincial government overcome social welfare problems, especially in the areas of economic empowerment and assistance programs for schools in remote Riau. In carrying out this program Riau Young Volunteers often have difficulties, especially in managing internal and external factors. External factors consist of four main factors, namely economic, sociological, political/professional and technological factors. Whereas internal factors consist of organizational goals, mission and philosophy, organizational planning, organizational operations, human resources, technological resources and funding sources.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview and analysis of role of stakeholders in empowering millennial farmers through Millennial Smartfarming Program in Ciburial Village. This includes roles of government, local organizations and communities, academics, companies, and media. The study employs a qualitative approach involving 39 stakeholders as informants. For data collection, the researcher utilized observation, literature studies, documentation studies, and interviews. Results indicate that all stakeholders have actively contributed to success of Millennial Smartfarming Program in Ciburial Village. However, the involvement of media was not found, which is a concern for optimizing the program's success. Millennial Smartfarming Program in Ciburial Village also aligns closely with the conceptual framework used by the researcher. Nevertheless, there are still aspects of each stakeholder that need improvement. Therefore, parties such as head of Sukarame Village, head of Jamburaya Hamlet, all hamlets, and all neighborhoods in Ciburial Village, as well as millennial farmers, need to collaborate and build external relationships with outside parties, such as academics and companies, to sustain and enhance the success of Millennial Smartfarming Program in Ciburial Village. This collaboration will help millennial farmers achieve a better quality of life. The researcher also recommends involving the media to strengthen documentation and evaluation of the program and to build a broad network that supports the rights of millennial farmers and promotes positive social change in the community.

Abstract

The title of this research is “Teamwork of Development Partnership (Case Study Development Partnership Teamwork of Poverty in Bogor)”. This research aims to describe the teamwork process conducted by the Working Group on Development Partnership include communication, compromise, cooperation, coordination, and consummation. Teamwork that made the Working Group in an effort to reduce poverty in Bogor. Researcher used a qualitative research approach with case study method, while the instruments used in data collection is interview, observation guidelines, and guidance documentation. The technique used an in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, and literature study. Informants in this research is 11 people, they are 4 persons from SKPD, 2 persons from BUMD, 2 persons from BUMN, and 3 persons from private sector. The results of this research indicate that good teamwork is determined by communication, compromise, cooperation, coordination, and consummation. Communications flow into upward, downward, and horizontal, both formally and informally, through the medium of verbal and non-verbal communication. Compromises is used to resolve the differences that determined the best alternative. Cooperation as a form of cooperation through the participation of members in carrying out its duties and responsibilities. Coordination is used to integrate the goals and activities of the Working Group in order to direct, there is no overlap. Then, the consummation is used through improvements in poverty reduction activities in Bogor. Thus, the researchers suggest a training program “Team Building Training to Improve the Quality of Teamwork”. The purpose of this training is to raise awareness of Pokja members so that they understand the importance of teamwork that goes with effective and implement a strategy or technique in achieving teamwork, so that the Pokja was able to develop and implement effective teamwork in tackling poverty.Keywords: Human Service Organization, Teamwork, Komunikasi dan Kooperasi

Abstract

Abstract. Rumah amal salman is a human service organization where its service activities are in the form of collecting, managing, and distributing ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Sadaqah, and Waqf). The distribution of zakat is carried out in the form of programs, one of which is the salman activist scholarship program. This article aims to describe the application of external and internal data on management information systems in the salman activist scholarship program in rumah amal salman. The description begins with a description of management information systems in human service organization, and is followed by a discussion of the application of external and internal data in the management information system for decision making in the salman activist scholarship program.. Consideration of internal and external data input is important in order to produce comprehensive, accurate, and useful information for the benefit of the organization. The research method in this article uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews, literature study, and documentation study. The results show that rumah amal salman considers the application of external and internal data on the management information system in making decisions to support the sustainability of the salman activst scholarship program. In conclusion, the researcher also gives advice on the need to optimize the application of political data by increasing cooperation with the government, the community, and other organizations to expand the range of services. This is reinforced by the potential for an salman scholarship activist program in the form of social project activities that have an impact on the community.Keyword: human service organization; management information system; external data; internal data.Abstrak. Rumah amal salman merupakan organisasi pelayanan manusia dimana kegiatan pelayanannya berupa penghimpunan, pengelolaan, dan pendistribusian dana ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah, dan Wakaf). Pendistribusian zakat dilakukan dalam bentuk program, salah satunya adalah program beasiswa aktivis. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aplikasi data eksternal dan internal pada sistem informasi manajemen dalam program beasiswa aktivis di rumah amal salman. Pendeskripsian diawali dengan penjabaran mengenai sistem informasi manajemen dalam organisasi pelayanan manusia, serta dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan mengenai aplikasi data eksternal dan internal pada sistem informasi manajemen rumah amal salman dalam program beasiswa aktivis. Pertimbangan aplikasi data eksternal dan internal merupakan hal penting dalam rangka menghasilkan informasi yang komprehensif, tepat, serta dapat bermanfaat bagi kepentingan organisasi. Metode penelitian pada artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, studi literatur, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rumah amal salman mempertimbangkan aplikasi data eksternal dan internal pada sistem informasi manajemen dalam rangka pengambilan keputusan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program beasiswa aktivis salman. Sebagai kesimpulan, peneliti juga memberikan saran perlunya optimalisasi aplikasi data politik dengan meningkatkan kerjasama baik dengan pemerintah, masyarakat, maupun organisasi lainnya untuk memperluas jangkauan pelayanan. Hal ini diperkuat dengan adanya potensi program beasiswa aktivis berupa kegiatan proyek sosial yang berdampak bagi masyarakat.Kata Kunci: organisasi pelayanan manusia; sistem informasi manajemen; data eksternal; data internal.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang belum meratifikasi Perjanjian Konvensi Pengungsi dan Protokol Pengungsi. Meski demikian, Indonesia tetap menerima pengungsi secara Internasional dan melakukan pemenuhan hak-hak pengungsi, termasuk juga pemenuhan hak pendidikan bagi pengungsi anak. Pentingnya pemenuhan hak pendidikan pada anak juga dipertegas pada UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 pasal 1 ayat (14), bahwa setiap anak yang ada di dunia ini berhak mendapatkan hak pendidikan yang dimilikinya sejak lahir dengan bertujuan untuk membantu pertumbuhan serta perkembangan jasmani dan rohani anak agar memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan dijenjang berikutnya. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, kami menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan sekitar 12 artikel atau bahan bacaan yang sudah ada sebelumnya dan menjadikan hal tersebut sebagai acuan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa masih terdapat kendala dan permasalahan dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan pengungsi anak di Indonesia, seperti masalah komunikasi hingga masalah administrasi. Namun, Indonesia tetap berupaya untuk memaksimalkan pemenuhan hak tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kondisi pemenuhan hak pendidikan pengungsi anak di Indonesia serta peran pekerja sosial dalam upaya memenuhi hak tersebut.

Abstract

Relasi yang terbentuk di dalam keluarga tidak selalu berjalan baik, ada kalanya terjadi permasalahan berupa konflik di antara orang tua dengan anak terutama ketika anak memasuki usia remaja, yaitu ketika remaja mengalami perubahan secara signifikan dalam dirinya serta tuntutan sosial menuju usia dewasa. Konflik yang terjadi di antara orang tua dengan remaja dalam keluarga sejatinya dapat dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dan pengembangan kapasitas remaja dalam mengelola konflik. Metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik studi literatur dilakukan terhadap sumber data yang digunakan yaitu berbagai referensi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Validasi dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan konflik yang terjadi di antara orang tua dengan remaja yang dilakukan dengan cara-cara yang konstruktif yaitu berupa negosiasi dan pelibatan pihak penengah, sehingga dapat menghasilkan solusi dalam penyelesaian konflik. Pengelolaan konflik secara konstruktif di antara orang tua dengan remaja dapat dijadikan sebagai strategi bagi orang tua dalam mensosialisasikan kepada remaja mengenai cara-cara menyelesaikan konflik, sehingga menjadi media pembelajaran dan pengembangan kapasitas pada diri remaja untuk dapat mengelola konflik di masa mendatang dalam lingkungan sosialnya.

Abstract

Administrasi pekerjaan sosial adalah proses menjalankan suatu organisasi yang meliputi tujuan, kebijakan, kepegawaian, administrasi, pelayanan, dan evaluasi. Namun, pengelolaan pekerjaan sosial di organisasi layanan manusia menghadapi berbagai tantangan terkait dengan kurangnya sumber daya untuk mendukung infrastruktur organisasi dan fungsi administrasi. Salah satunya adalah banyak organisasi layanan manusia dikelola oleh administrator yang tidak memiliki keterampilan manajemen di bidang pekerjaan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi pekerja sosial di Yayasan Belajar Istana Anak Banten (ISBANBAN). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan kompetensi administrator pekerjaan sosial yang dimiliki oleh pimpinan Yayasan ISBANBAN. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan data sekunder. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Direktur Yayasan ISBANBAN memiliki latar belakang pekerjaan sosial dan memahami pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku sebagai pekerja sosial. Dalam hal ini, pimpinan Yayasan ISBANBAN harus menjaga dan meningkatkan kompetensinya sebagai pekerja sosial. Selain itu, jika pemimpin dan/atau administrator organisasi memiliki latar belakang pendidikan, pengalaman dan kompetensi manajerial di bidang pekerjaan sosial akan berdampak pada efektivitas distribusi layanan organisasi tersebut dan sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.
