Abstract

ATMK merupakan salah satu industri kecil menengah (IKM) yang juga menjalankan optimasi metode kerja. Penanganan material oleh IKM sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual sehingga dikhawatirkan akan mempengaruhi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan. Hal tersebut dapat diatasi dengan melakukan analisis postur kerja karyawan (operator) dengan menggunakan metode quality exposure check (QEC). Penelitian diawali dengan mengamati postur kerja operator setiap stasiun kerja, pengumpulan data dengan pengisian lembar kuesioner oleh observer dan operator. Langkah berikutnya merekapitulasi data kuesioner dalam lembar skor QEC; menentukan exposure score dengan metode QEC; penghitungan exposure level. Langkah tersebut dilakukan untuk setiap operator stasiun kerja. Maka diperoleh exposure level tertinggi  pada operator stasiun kerja amplas mesin dengan presentase 62%, sehingga diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan dilakukan perubahan. Usulan rancangan perbaikan postur kerja yang disarankan untuk memperhatikan faktor risiko penting, seperti punggung tidak membungkuk, posisi tangan, kemudian frekuensi saat memutar tangan serta kekuatan tangan dan untuk bagian leher agar lebih rileks.Kata Kunci: Ergonomic, Work Posture, Quick Exposure Check

Abstract

Saat ini dunia industri memegang peran penting dalam era produksi di Indonesia. Dari setiap kegiatan produksi pasti ada kemungkinan terjadinya produk cacat. Untuk mengurangi hal tersebut ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan, contohnya dari sisi kualitas produk dengan membuat SOP sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui apakah produk tersebut layak untuk dipasarkan kepada kosumen atau tidak. CV. Atham Toys adalah salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi mainan kayu. Namun pada perusahaan tersebut belum mempunyai (SOP) pada kegiatan produksinya terutama pada stasiun kerja assembly. Mainan kayu hasil produksi ini dalam proses pembuatannya mengalami banyak masalah terutama pada produk Ronche 20 di stasiun kerja assembly seperti halnya cacat produksi yang disebabkan oleh mesin, kurang baiknya mutu produk yang dihasilkan dan tidak digunakannya statistical quality control serta tidak adanya standar kerja khusus dalam pengendalian produksinya. Akibat dari masalah tersebut menyebabkan kurang tepatnya sistem produksi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan. Akibat dari masalah dalam proses produksi ini maka akan timbul kerugian bagi perusahaan yang diakibatkan banyaknya cacat produksi yang terjadi. Sistem pengendalian proses produksi yang diterapkan saat ini adalah hanya inspection quality, dimana kegiatan pengendalian kualitas hanya dilakukan dengan memisahkan produk baik atau cacat sehingga sulit untuk memantau dan meningkatkan performansi proses untuk menghasilkan produk yang memenuhi spesifikasi. Kata kunci : quality control, seven tools, standard operating procedure

Abstract

Outcome based education is the basis of thinking for the Industrial Engineering Department Program, Al-Azhar University, Indonesia in formulating graduate profiles. Determination of the graduate profile is an important education program so that this study program tries to accommodate the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program as an alternative learning media that is beneficial for students. This study aims to identify students' knowledge of the implementation of the MBKM program. This study uses an analytical network process approach to rank 5 questions that are the focus of students' attention in implementing the MBKM program. In addition, a descriptive analysis was also conducted on the survey results based on the five priority survey questions. In general, based on the survey, it can be said that the MBKM program has its own charm for students to develop their competencies, skills, and soft skills as a provision for future graduates. In addition, students think that the MBKM program has significant benefits in improving students' abilities. This research is still limited in processing the questionnaire manually. Future research can be continued to carry out data mining on the results of an in-depth student survey. This research has the opportunity to be developed in terms of situational analysis of the MBKM program through the Soft system methodology (SSM) approach. Abstract

Praktikum merupakan mata kuliah yang berdiri sendiri menjadi suatu mata kuliah praktikum, atau embedded dalam suatu mata kuliah. Kurikulum Teknik Industri tahun akademik 2010/2011 yang terdiri dari total 144 sks, di dalamnya terdapat 19% mata kuliah praktikum atau sebanyak 28 sks. [1] Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan laboratorium Teknik Industri di UAI sehingga tercapai visi untuk menjadi program studi Teknik Industri terkemuka dalam menghasilkan lulusan sarjana teknik industri yang unggul dan bermartabat serta memiliki kemampuan Intelektual di bidang Sistem Manufaktur dan Manajemen Bisnis yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai spiritual, moral, dan etika Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metodologi penelitian manajemen strategi dan analisis keputusan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam manajemen strategi adalah menganalisis faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal dengan matriks IFE dan EFE. Matriks ini akan menghasilkan nilai koordinat sebesar (0,48 : 0,90) yang akan digambarkan dengan Grand strategy matrix. Berdasarkan grand strategy matrix diperoleh posisi Lab TI-UAI pada kuadran I.  Strategi yang ditawarkan dari hasil brainstorming adalah Strategi penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar dan pengembangan produk. Berdasarkan hasil penggabungan pendapat pakar dengan pendekatan Non Numeric Multicriteria Decision Making diperoleh prioritas strategi pengembangan Penetrasi pasar dan Pengembangan produk dengan nilai P (Penting).

Abstract

Perkembangan pasar global yang fluktuatif semakin menuntut perusahaan seperti PT. KS untuk dapat mangambil keputusan yang tepat dan cepat. Salah satu produk dari PT. KS adalah hot rolled coil (HRC), produk dari PT. KS dijual dengan menggunakan harga yang bersifat dinamis dan mengikuti kondisi harga yang terjadi secara internasional karena produk yang dijual sudah menjadi produk komoditas. Untuk itu, PT. KS membutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan harga dari produk HRC. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode-metode seperti peramalan, technical analysis, dan simulasi. Metode peramalan digunakan untuk memprakirakan kondisi harga HRC yang akan terjadi di Internasional. Metode technical analysis digunakan untuk memperkirakan kecenderungan trend yang akan terjadi pada harga HRC internasional. Dan metode simulasi digunakan untuk memprakirakan kondisi harga HRC yang akan terjadi di Internasional dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perubahan dari harga HRC.  AbstractFluctuation of the global market growth demanding the company like PT. KS to make the right and fast decision. One of the PT. KS’s product is hot rolled coil (HRC), the price of this product is a dynamic price, which is following the trail of the international price condition because this product can be classified as a commodity product. Therefore, PT. KS needs a system that can help the company to support the decision taking for HRC product. In this research, we use some of the method like forecasting method, technical analysis, and simulation technique to estimate the price condition of HRC product. Forecasting method is used for estimating the price condition of HRC product internationally. Technical analysis is used for estimating the trend tendency that will occur. And simulation method is used for estimating the price condition of HRC product internationally which can be calculated with the judgemental decision by decision maker. From these methods, we analyze the method that can be a basis for HRC price decision.

Abstract

In the face of free markets in Asia that will occur by 2015, many companies areworking to improve and enhance all aspects of its business. One improvement in terms ofthe distribution system. IKM DM is a company engaged in the business of producingapparel office for women. IKM DM does not have a location for the manufacture of itsproducts but the company has a partner that is 11 business locations convection whichhelps in the production activities of the company. The company currently has notimplemented the planning of the number of units that should be in the order ofdistribution and scheduling each period for each attempt of convection. Recently,planning process only be conducted based on instinct of management and to the scheduleundetermined. Every convection only be given a time limit the delivery of goods so to thewarehouse IKM DM.This research focuses on the planning and scheduling distribution efforts ofconvection became a partner of the IKM DM using the Distribution Resource Planning(DRP) and this study only deals with products of office trousers of IKM DM. Convectionthat produce these products there was only 5 convection, namely convection alan,bambang, kusnandi, noto, and rani. The result of the calculation of DRP shows scheduledistribution and the number of units of a product that must be submitted for each period.Based on the recapitulation for 14 period obtained the result that convection alan doorder as many as 81,438 units, convection bambang as many as 18,625 units, convectionkusnandi as many as 89,265 units, convection noto as many as 48,768 units andconvection rani as many as 60,099 units.

Abstract

The availability of wheat flour as raw material is a crusial planning, especially forPT. XYZ. That is why, this availability needs to be maintained, thus whenever industry needsto produce noodle, wheat flour always available as stock.PT. XYZ has several suppliers tosupply wheat flour in present.But, in order to fulfill the supplies, PT. XYZ used to get theirlost because of the rejected and lateness of wheat flour as raw materials.In other way, thiscompany has not yet had a standard method to choose the best supplier.This research has studied by using two methods in order to choose the best suppleirs.These are Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy AHP. This research has alsostudied to fulfill the optimal raw material order. In order to get the optimal order quantity,this research suggested Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) modeling.This research has shown that there are no significant deferences between AHP andFuzzy AHP. Based on this research, PT. XYZ may use either AHP or Fuzzy AHP to choosethe best supplier. Based on EOQ, the optimal order quantity is 103.730kg, and companyshould order every 23 days, meaning there is 16 times order to supplier. The reorderpoint is 22.230kg, and the total cost is Rp.9.923.475.086.

Abstract

SME FBS is an industry engaged in the field of apparel. This industry is an industry that has been established for a long time. However, there are still shortcomings in the achievement of targets. Based on the above, optimization is needed in achieving the production time target. Optimization of production time is done by trial and error simulation. This research starts from the determination of standard time, identifies overtime machine time, optimizes initial production schedule scheduling with n Task m Processor and Lang's Algorithm, then design production scheduling with trial and error simulation on CMT A and CMT B. Results from this research to optimize the available work time for 4 days, CMT A based on historical data need to subcontract as many as 3 people, with cost of Rp.432.000. While based on forecast results need to subcontract as many as 5 people, with cost of Rp.628.000. CMT B based on history data need to do subcontract as much 6 people with cost equal to Rp.624.000, while based on forecast result need to do subcontract as much 22 people with cost equal to Rp.3.876.000. Standard production capacity for CMT A is 168 pieces with parallel work, if series can produce 216 pieces. For CMT B that is 720 pieces within 4 days, if 6 days is 1080 pieces.

Abstract

PT. Bona Metal Packaging is a company that move within area of making alumunium tube. The company will be hard to compete if the product result often get defect in production time that the rate of production defect in ranging at 10%, so hopefully there is alternative solution that the company need the most this moment. The objective of this research is to analyze priority solution in minimize tube defect in production process with the use of semi automatic machine.This research begin with finding the cause factor of defect in tube production. Then formulate and choose alternative solution with the use of method non-numerical multi expert multi criteria decision making (ME-MCDM). Base on the result so the problem lies on the operator then need to making efficient use of the operator. The usefullness can be done with the training of operator.

Abstract

Nowadays the Koran is often seen as a sacred book that only regulates religious matters, neglecting messages from other aspects including scientific issues (science). Our group in the KKN program offered an activity carried out under the name Fun Science and Education for Kids to introduce the relationship between the Qur'an and natural phenomena around us. After making observations at the Khadijah TPA, 3 science experiments were designed for the TPA children, namely the process of rainbow occurrence, volcanic eruptions, and rain. The three experiments are linked to 3 verses in the Koran. The evaluation was carried out on the acceptance of science material and its link with the Koran by the participants. Of the 6 questions, the TPA children managed to give 5 correct answers. Khadijah TPA participants seemed to interact with enthusiasm and good comprehension.
