Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan plays a crucial role in providing affordable access to healthcare services and reducing individual financial burdens. However, deficit issues can disrupt the sustainability of the program, making anomaly detection highly important to conduct. Previous research on unsupervised anomaly detection in BPJS Kesehatan revealed a limitation with Simple Linear Regression (SLR), which only accommodates linear relationships among independent variables and the target variable of BPJS Kesehatan claim values. Minister of Health Regulation No. 52 of 2016 identified eight influential non-linear independent variables, leading to the proposal of Support Vector Regression (SVR) to address SLR's shortcomings.Research findings demonstrate SVR's superior anomaly detection performance over SLR. Interestingly, the SVR model excels in anomaly detection but lacks in prediction. Optimal tuning of SVR hyperparameters (C=9, epsilon=90, gamma=0.009, residual anomaly definition > 0.5*RMSE for both datasets) yields impressive metrics: Accuracy=0.97, Precision=0.84, Recall=0.97, and F1-Score=0.90. The anomaly detection results are expected to greatly support the sustainability of the BPJS Kesehatan program in Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstrakYoutube merupakan media yang baik untuk membantu anak-anak belajar tentang sejarah. Namun konten sejarah di kanal Youtube dalam bentuk masih belum banyak ditemui salah satunya karena proses pembuatan konten animasi yang cenderung sulit. Cut-out animation merupakan teknik animasi yang sederhana dalam proses produksinya sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah film animasi infografis dengan konten sejarah dengan pemilihan kisah Pahlawan Indonesia yaitu pangeran Diponegoro dengan menggunakan teknik cut-out animation untuk konten Youtube. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) meliputi Concept (Topic, Data Search, Analysis, Synopsis, Script), Design (Asset Design, Storyboard), Material Collecting (Dubbing), Assembly (Animate, Input Audio, Editing), Testing (Rendering, Testing), dan Distribution (Publishing). Penelitian ini menghasilkan film animasi sejarah berjudul Diponegoro berdasarkan kisah Pangeran Diponegoro yang dibuat dengan teknik cut-out animation. Teknik cut-out animation sangat cocok untuk konten Youtube khususnya yang bertema kepahlawanan karena proses produksinya sederhana dan hasilnya menarik, singkat, lengkap, sederhana, membantu daya ingat informasi, serta mendorong penonton untuk berlangganan (subscribe). Kata Kunci: Animasi Sejarah, Cut-out animation, MDLC, Youtube AbstractYoutube is an excellent medium to help children learn about history. However, historical content on the Youtube channel in the form still needs to be widely found because the process of creating animated content tends to be complicated. Cut-out animation is a simple animation technique in the production process. This research aims to design an infographic animated film with historical content by choosing the story of an Indonesian hero, Prince Diponegoro, using cut-out animation techniques for YouTube content. The research method used is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) covering Concept (Topic, Data Search, Analysis, Synopsis, Script), Design (Asset Design, Storyboard), Material Collecting (Dubbing), Assembly (Animate, Audio Input, Editing), Testing (Rendering, Testing), and Distribution (Publishing). This research produced a historical animated film entitled Diponegoro based on Prince Diponegoro's story, which was made using cut-out animation techniques. The cut-out animation technique is very suitable for Youtube content, especially those with heroic themes because the production process is simple. The results are interesting, short, complete, and simple, which helps information retention and encourages viewers to subscribe. Keyword: Cut-out animation, Historical Animation, MDLC, Youtube

Abstract

AbstrakSalah satu bahasa daerah di Indonesia yang paling beragam dan kaya kosakatanya adalah bahasa Jawa.  Namun, seringkali sulit bagi orang memahami arti istilah-istilah Jawa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan aplikasi kamus digital istilah Jawa yang akan membantu pengguna memahami dan menggunakan istilah Jawa.  Aplikasi dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini memungkinkan akses cepat dan mudah bagi pengguna dalam mencari istilah Jawa beserta definisi, contoh penggunaan, dan informasi terkait lainnya. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi fitur-fitur tambahan seperti pengucapan audio dan fitur urun daya yang memungkinkan masyarakat dapat menambah database tetapi tetap menunggu validasi dari pengelola aplikasi.  Dalam pengembangan aplikasi kamus digital ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan metode blackbox untuk metode pengujiannya.  Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi kamus digital bahasa Jawa yang bernama "Senarai Istilah Jawa" yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat memahami dan menggunakan istilah Jawa dan sebagai salah satu bentuk upaya membantu pelestarian bahasa daerah di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: aplikasi android, budaya, kamus istilah Jawa, metode waterfall AbstractOne of the regional languages in Indonesia that is most diverse and rich in vocabulary is Javanese. However, it is often difficult for people to understand the meaning of Javanese terms. The aim of this research is to develop a digital dictionary application of Javanese terms that will help users understand and use Javanese terms. The application developed in this research allows users quick and easy access to search for Javanese terms along with definitions, usage examples and other related information. This application is equipped with additional features such as audio pronunciations and a crowdsourcing feature that allows people to add to the database but still wait for validation from the application manager. In developing this digital dictionary application, the waterfall method and black box method were used for testing methods. This research produces a digital Javanese dictionary application called "Senarai Istilah Jawa" which aims to help people understand and use Javanese terms and as a form of effort to help preserve regional languages in Indonesia. Keywords: android application, culture, dictionary of Javanese terms, waterfall method

Abstract

A product catalog website is a marketing and promotional medium that can be used by Small and Medium Enterprises to expand market share and increase competitiveness in the era of global competition. This research aims to design a website for the Alizetti Semarang furniture product catalog, using the Five Stage Model development method. The designed website has elegant design characteristics, can adapt to various user laptop screen resolutions. The research results show that the furniture product catalog website can increase the knowledge and capabilities of Alizetti Business in utilizing information and communication technology, as well as maintaining relationships with customers and increasing market potential. It is hoped that this furniture product catalog website can be an example for other businesses in Indonesia to develop their business online or website-based.

multiple-choices, regarding students’ learning achievement. When the number of students in a class is huge, however, examinations using essay questions become hard to conduct and take a long evaluation time. Automatic essay evaluation has, therefore, become a potential approach in this situation. Various methods have been proposed, however, optimal solutions for such evaluation in the Indonesian language are less known. Furthermore, with the rapid development of machine learning approaches, in particular deep learning approaches, the investigation of such optimal solutions becomes more necessary. Method: To address the aforementioned issue, this study proposed the investigation of text representation approaches for optimal automatic evaluation of Indonesian essay answers. The investigation compared pre-trained word embedding methods such as Word2vec, GloVe, FastText, and RoBERTa, as well as compared text encoding methods such as long short-term memories (LSTMs) and transformers. LSTMs are able to capture temporal semantics by employing state variables, while transformers are able to capture long-term dependency between parts of their input sequences. Additionally, we investigated classification-based and similarity-based training to build text encoders. We expected that these training approaches allowed encoders to extract different views of information. We compared classification results produced by different text encoders and combinations of text encoders. Result: We evaluated various text representation approaches using the UKARA dataset. Our experiments showed that the FastText word embedding method outperformed the Word2vec, GloVe, and RoBERTa methods. The FastText method achieved an F1-score of 75.43% on validation sets, while the Word2vec, GloVe, and RoBERTa methods achieved F1-scores of 69.56%, 74.53%, and 72.87%, respectively. In addition, the experiments showed that combinations of text encoders outperformed individual encoders. The combination of the LSTM encoder, the transformer encoder, and the TF-IDF encoder obtained an F1-score of 77.22% in the best case, which is better than the best F1-scores of the individual LSTM encoders (75.35%), the best combination of transformer encoders (71.49%), and the individual TF-IDF encoder (76.69%). We observed that LSTM encoders produced better performance when they were built using classification-based training. Meanwhile, the transformer encoders obtained better performance when built using similarity-based training. Novelty: The novelty proposed in this research is the optimal combination of text encoders specifically constructed for the evaluation of essay answers in the Indonesian language. Our experiments showed that the combination of three encoders - namely the LSTM encoder built using classification-based training, the transformer encoder built using classification-based and similarity-based training, and the TF-IDF encoder - obtained the best classification performance.

Abstract

The Tambakrejo Village office has problems in managing village finances in recording and presenting financial reports. Currently, the Tambakrejo village office uses a manual reporting system by handwriting it in a book. Data is stored in archives which may be lost or damaged, requires a long time to search if the data is to be used or viewed again, delays in preparing village financial reports due to ineffective recording and management of financial reports. The aim of this research is to produce a Financial Accounting Information System Using the Cash Basis Method in Tambakrejo Kendal Village to help handle the recording and processing of village financial reports to make them more effective and computerized. Design and development of an accounting information system using the PHP and CSS bootstrap programming languages, MySQL as a database, with Research and Development research methods. The implementation of this system has been able to simplify the financial management process of the Tambakrejo Village Office so that financial reports are obtained more quickly, easily and effectively. The financial accounting information system of the Tambakrejo Kendal Village Office, the cash basis method, is useful for handling the process of recording, processing and reporting village cash finances based on proof of cash transactions when received or disbursed and is able to provide accurate information on village financial balances in the form of numbers and is equipped with digital archiving of proof of transactions.

Abstract

Indonesia's development and financing for its country comes from the income of MSMEs in Indonesia. MSMEs are the economic cycle in Indonesia and MSMEs have a very high influence on improving the economy in Indonesia. More entrepreneurs and MSMEs will increase the economic value of a country, namely Indonesia, because the economy will grow in proportion to the growth of MSMEs with MSMEs, people are required to become entrepreneurs and as a producer and is expected to be able to import its products abroad to increase income from abroad and domestically. The survival of MSMEs is very important for the continuity of MSME businesses, for this reason the government provides various kinds of stimuli so that MSMEs are able to survive under certain conditions, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs need to make improvements in terms of financial governance. This understanding starts from an early age, namely in the MSME environment to support government programs that intensify calls for Indonesian people to comply with reporting which plays a very important role in the country's development. The main problem obtained from observations of MSMEs in Api-api village, Wonokerto is that they do not understand financial governance for MSME entities for business sustainability, so it is necessary to hold a workshop regarding strengthening financial governance of MSMEs to improve business sustainability in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. Goals and targets of community service in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan is so that the public understands good financial governance and how to prepare financial reports for community businesses in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The number of participants was 30 MSME business actors. The implementation method is carried out by presenting workshop material directly (offline) in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The output of this community service is in the form of scientific journal publications in the ITS NU Pekalongan Community Service Journal and cinematic videos of the implementation of community service.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana variabel independen yang terdiri dari Return on Assets (ROA), ukuran perusahaan, debt to equity ratio (DER), dan ukuran Dewan Komisaris memiliki dampak langsung pada variabel dependen pengungkapan CSR. Data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan analisis deskriptif digunakan secara kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sebelas sampel diambil dari perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022. Menurut hasil penelitian, ukuran perusahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Namun, Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran dewan komisaris tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi pengungkapan CSR. Sebaliknya, Return on Assets (ROA), ukuran perusahaan, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan ukuran dewan komisaris secara simultan mempengaruhi pengungkapan CSR secara signifikan.

Abstract

Manajemen risiko dalam layanan kesehatan memastikan bahwa sistem layanan kesehatan beroperasi dengan aman, memenuhi standar mutu, dan mendukung keselamatan pasien. Permasalahan di Indonesia adalah fasilitas layanan kesehatan, termasuk rumah sakit, puskesmas, dan klinik, diharuskan untuk mendokumentasikan penerapan manajemen risiko dalam bentuk register risiko. Namun, pembuatan register risiko tersebut masih konvensional dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, sehingga menyulitkan manajer mutu dan manajemen puncak dalam memantau mupun mengevaluasi upaya mitigasi/pencegahan risiko. Tahap pertama dalam pengembangan sistem informasi adalah perencanaan, yang melibatkan identifikasi masalah dan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan sistem. Urgency penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan untuk membangun aplikasi Kasir-Risk: Kalkulator Mitigasi Risiko. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data meliputi diskusi kelompok terarah, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masalah pengguna yang terkait dengan input, proses, dan output telah diidentifikasi, beserta solusinya. Hasil identifikasi masalah berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk menghasilkan persyaratan fungsional yang diperlukan untuk merancang sistem informasi. Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan bahwa kepala unit, manajer mutu, dan manajemen puncak memerlukan aplikasi Kasir-Risk untuk mengatasi permasalahan dokumentasi penerapan manajemen risiko. Ini mencakup berbagai proses mulai dari identifikasi dan analisis risiko hingga pengembangan rencana mitigasi risiko secara holistik. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu dan keselamatan pasien dengan mengatasi kebutuhan input, proses, output, dan pengguna.
