Abstract

Abstract This article is examined to find out the implementation of offline learning with shifting patterns at SMAN 1 Batusangkar in terms of student learning activities and student learning outcomes. This article aims to analyze the implementation of the shifting pattern of offline learning applied at SMAN 1 Batusangkar. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. For data analysis used in this study, data from interviews and research questionnaires were carried out at SMAN 1 Batusangkar in 2021. The research method used was a mixed method strengthened by 2 methods, namely qualitative and qualitative. Quantitative analysis is explained by the results of research questionnaires and descriptive interviews. The results of the research conducted found the impact on the offline learning system of shifting patterns at SMAN 1 Batusangkar. Where these impacts affect the learning system carried out at SMAN 1 Batusangkar. The positive impact on offline learning is that shifting patterns help students, teachers, and school officials to interact at school. While the negative impact caused by reducing lesson hours and using the lecture system to divide students into local learning makes students bored and teachers find it difficult to teach. Abstract

This study aims to determine how to design powtoon-based learning media and determine and analyze the validity and practicality of developing powtoon-based learning media on atmospheric dynamics and its impact on life. The type of research used is Research Development or Research and Development. The development model is in the form of IDI (Instructional Development Institute which has three stages, namely the definition stage, the development stage and the evaluation stage. The results of this study indicate that the percentage of validation (1) the assessment score of the material expert is 92.33 %; (2) design expert assessment of 88.53%; (3) linguistic expert assessment of 95.41%; (4) and practicality assessment by teachers of 89.69% and (5) practicality assessment by students of 89, 95%. Based on these results, the development of powtoon-based learning media is categorized as very valid and very practical so that it is feasible to use and develop. It is hoped that this application can facilitate the teaching and learning process and improve the quality of student learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Case Based Learning learning model on student learning outcomes in the basic knowledge of geography. Which will be held at SMAN 1 Harau in the 2022/2023 academic year. This study uses a quasi-experimental method, with the type of research in the form of a posttest control only group design. As for the research sample using purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was the X IPS 1 students who had 36 students as an experimental class, by applying the Case Based Learning model. While X IPS 5 which has 36 students as a conventional class, applies a scientific approach model. This study used data collection techniques in the form of written tests, 45 multiple choice questions and documentation tests. From the results of the average posttest value of the experimental class, it was obtained that the score was 83.61 and the conventional class was 61.69. Data analysis of the two sample groups used a t-test with the SPSS 21 system in order to obtain a significance of 0.00 which is below = 0.05 (sig>α). This means that there is a significant influence from the application of Case Based Learning on student learning outcomes in the basic knowledge of Geography.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions of the application of case based learning (CBL) in Geography at the UNP Laboratory Development High School. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The object of research is the opinion of students with research subjects namely students and teacher of class XII IIS. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study describe that students have a positive perception of the application of case based learning (CBL) because it is able to improve students' abilities such as critical thinking skills, communication skills, collaboration skills, participation skills and student involvement in learning. So that case based learning (CBL) can be used by teachers as an alternative method in learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student participation in learning using the case study method in geography lessons at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach with a sampling technique that is random sampling with a sample of class XII semester I with a population of class XII social studies students. SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang, Data collection techniques through observation with descriptive quantitative techniques. Data analysis using the Percentage Technique. The results of this study were to determine that student participation in learning using the case study method in SMA Pertiwi 1 obtained data with an achievement level of 68% in the mediumcategory.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to discuss the application of Case Mathod to the dynamics of the lithosphere and its impact on life to improve student learning outcomes in MAN Lima Puluh Kota geography. This research is an experimental research (Quasi Experiment Design) with pretest posttest control group design. Using a quantitative approach. Sampling using purposive sampling. The sample in this study was class X IPS as the experimental class, totaling 19 people and class X IPK as the control class, totaling 18 people. The research instruments were in the form of learning achievement tests and study participation observation sheets. The results showed that the average pretest score for the experimental class was 45.90 and that for the control class was 48.14. Then the posttest value of the experimental class was 76.31 and that of the control class was 56.48. So that the N-Gain score for the experimental class was 0.56 which was in the medium criteria and for the control class the N-Gain score was 0.16 which was in the low criteria. So this shows that the N-Gain score of the experimental class is greater than the control class. The results of the hypothesis test with the t test show that the value of Tcount is 10.43 and Ttable is 1.68 which indicates the value of Tcount > Ttable, then Hɑ is accepted meaning that the application of the Case Method in geography learning can improve learning outcome to the dynamics of the lithosphere and its impact on life. Abstract

Artikel ini mengevaluasi kapasitas Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS) dalam pengembangan wisata pemandian air panas di Padang Belimbing, Nagari Koto Sani, Kabupaten Solok. POKDARWIS memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan destinasi, promosi, dan pelestarian budaya serta lingkungan. Namun, kapasitas yang dimiliki dinilai belum optimal, terlihat dari keterbatasan dalam promosi, partisipasi masyarakat yang rendah, dan manajemen sumber daya yang kurang terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi aspek manajemen, promosi, dan partisipasi dalam pengelolaan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun POKDARWIS memiliki potensi besar, peningkatan kapasitas dalam promosi wisata dan pelestarian lingkungan sangat diperlukan. Kolaborasi dengan pemerintah daerah dan sektor swasta menjadi kunci pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan meliputi: (1) penyediaan toko cinderamata untuk memasarkan produk khas Aia Angek Padang Belimbing, (2) kerja sama dengan agen travel untuk menyediakan paket wisata ke Aia Angek, dan (3) kemitraan dengan perhotelan untuk menyediakan akomodasi yang dipromosikan melalui media sosial. Upaya ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dan membuka peluang ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Model Case Based Learning (CBL) berbantuan Canva terhadap hasil belajar geografi di SMA S Adabiah Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan tipe quasy experimental. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal multiple choice. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi, metode tes, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji beda menggunakan t-test diperoleh nilai yang signifikansi 0,000 > 0,05 dan Thitung > Ttabel yaitu 5,313 > 1,675 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji N Gain dari hasil nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest kelas kontrol didapatkan sebesar 44,55% termasuk kriteria kurang efektif dan kelas eksperimen 64,90% termasuk kriteria cukup efektif. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model Case Based Learning (CBL) berbantuan Canva terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Analisis kualitas butir soal dalam kegiatan penilaian pembelajaran sangat perlu dilakukan, dari soal yang berkualitas dapat diketahui hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas soal UAS yang dibuat oleh guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kombinasi (Mixed Method) yakni menggabungkan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pada metode kuantitatif (empiris) menganalisis validitias soal. Sedang pada metode kualitaitif (teoritis) menganalisis persebaran ranah kognitif, konstruksi, dan bahasa. Hasil analisis validitas soal paket A terdapat 38 butir soal yang valid dengan pesentase 76% dan paket B terdapat 34 butir soal yang valid dengan persentase 68%. Persebaran kognitif butir soal tersebar tidak merata Banyak butir soal yang menggunakan ranah kognitif C3 yang menganalisis ranah kognitif pengaplikasian. Sedangkan soal mengenai ranah kognitif pemahaman hanya terdapat 1 butir soal, analisis hanya terdapat 9 butir soal. Hasil Uji konstruksi soal diketahui terdapat 5 butir soal yang bermasalah pada paket A dan 4 butir soal yang bermasalah pada paket B. Hasil uji bahasa pada paket A diketahui 49 butir soal yang bermasalah dan paket B diketahui 46 butir soal yang bermasalah. Hasil analisis kualitas butir soal dari aspek kuantitatif kedua paket soal tersebut layak digunakan. Beberapa soal tersebut dapat disimpan dan digunakan. Sedangkan pada aspek kualitatif kedua paket soal tersebut perlu direvisi berat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantu argument mapping terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Mutiara. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik porpuse sampling. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Randomized Control Group Post-test Only Design dengan membandingkan dua kelompok yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan melakukan tes tertulis berupa soal uraian yang berjumlah 5 butir soal. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji t. hasil pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapam model pembelajaran problem based learning terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Mutiara.
