Abstract

The purpose of this research to knowing the effect of Brand Image and service quality for the loyalty of costumer, business service, transportation in the case of PO. Medan Jaya Brand Image Branch Pekanbaru. Brand Image as a Variable (X1) and service quality as (X2) and then can formulate at the step of implementation of the activity,equiment that used, standard or parameter that has appointed, The test and inspection. And then the loyalty of costumer as a the dependent variable (Y). This research is doing for every passengers or everyone who know the Bus PO. Medan Jaya as many as 99 persons. The Data obtained from questionnaire and the next to be treated for being tested use statistic analysis such assimple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with use the help of SPSS 17.The result of research show that the result of hypotesis test t thitung 4,652>ttabel 1,985. This case show thatBrand Image give the effect on Loyalty of costumers, and the test result thitung 7,259>ttabel 1,985. This case show that the service quality give the effect onloyalty of bus costumers PO. Medan Jaya is equal to 68,1%Keywords: Brand Image ,Service Quality, Loyalty of costumer

Abstract

Work environment is everything that is around an employee of a company. The work environment should be considered by the management, as it will affect the job satisfaction of employees. With improvements in the work environment will be able to increase job satisfaction and indirectly improve performance and ultimately will be able to facilitate the company achieve its goals in accordance with the plans that have been prepared well. Job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional attitude and loves his job. This attitude is reflected by the morale, discipline and performance.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Riau Andalan Kertas. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 72 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.The results showed that simultaneously working environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction PT. Riau Andalan Kertas, This means that the working environment can improve employee job satisfaction PT. Riau Andalan Kertas.Keywords: work environment ,the non physical work environment, job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotel is a company engaged in hospitality services that aims to improve and maximize achievement in its business. For this reason, in order to face competition that is quite difficult, companies must pay attention to work motivation and employee organizational climate in order to create high organizational commitment. But in the company there are still employees who have low commitment, such as the phenomenon of the existence of employees who lack full responsibility for work. For this reason, a study was conducted on how the influence of work motivation and organizational climate on organizational commitment at Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotel. This study aims to analyze work motivation and organizational climate and its effect on organizational commitment to employees of Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotels. Work Motivation as a variable (X1), Organizational Climate as a variable (X2), and Organizational Commitment as a variable (Y). The method in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 23 program, 43 samples were used by census methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the analysis used the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, determination coefficient test (R2), multiple linear regression test, t test and F test          From the results of data analysis it is known that work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotels, organizational climate has a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotels, and work motivation and organizational climate have a significant effect on organizational commitment to employees of Tjokro Pekanbaru Hotels. Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Climate, and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are positive influence between supervision with Employee Performance At Kutai regency Bappeda office. The population in this study are all Employees who number as many as 20 people, given the relatively small amount taken, this study used census method, the entire population as a respondent. Based on the description above, the analysis tools used in this study is the product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation results indicate a significant influence of supervision on employee performance in the Office of Regional Development Planning Agency Kutai it is based on the calculation results stating that rhitung greater than rtabel namely 0.982> 0.561 for the critical value of n = 20 the rate significance = 0, 01. For n = 20 then the two variables have a very strong relationship level. After the count r is obtained, then the next authors conducted hypothesis testing using t test of the results of testing this hypothesis, tcount of 22.058 while that for the prices keritis of ttable value is 2,552 which means that the t-test> t table ie 22.058> 2.552 the critical value n -20 with a significance level of 0.01 means that by doing so. It can be said that there is a very strong influence from variable to variable employee performance monitoring in Kutai regency Bappeda office.Keywords: Supervision, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style and effectiveness selff and its influence on organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Transformational leadership as a variable (X1), Selff Eficacy as a variable (X2), and Organizational Commitment as a variable (Y). Method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using program of SPSS 21, where sample used is 89 employees conducted by census. Technical data through questionnaire The results of analysis using validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test can be concluded significant transformational leadership towards organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru, It can be concluded significant Self efficacy to organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru as well as transformational leadership and significant effectiveness towards organizational commitment at Grand Zuri Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee recruitment and employee selection and its effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Employee recruitment as a variable (X1), employee selection as a variable (X2), and Employee Performance as a variable (Y). The method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is 87 employees conducted by simple random sampling and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The results of the analysis use the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. So that it can be concluded that employee recruitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru, employee selection has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru, and employee recruitment and employee selection have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Pegadaian Kanwil II Pekanbaru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of situational leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Blue Bird Pekanbaru. where two independent variables are proposed and one dependent variable, situational leadership style and work motivation as independent variable and employee job satisfaction act as dependent variable. This research method is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 21 program, where the sample used is employees of PT. Blue Bird Pekanbaru with 43 respondents. For sampling technique using census method. Technique of collecting data through kusioner and interview. The result of analysis using validity test, reliability test, detemination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and f test so that it can be seen that situational leadership style have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, that work motivation has significant effect on employee job satisfaction , and that situational leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research was conducted at the main branch of Bank Nagari Pekanbaru .which is located in the street Jenderal Sudirman No. 337 Pekanbaru . This research aims to analyze competitive advantage strategy which is used by the Bank Nagari in effort to face and win the competition in banking business .The data collection method that author use in this study is interview, then author process data obtained by using descriptive analysis. The subject of the study are all employees who work on the division of finance and services totaling 6 people. And to strengthen research and interviews , the author also interviewed some of the customers .The results shows that the competitive advantage strategy used by the Bank Nagari is to create service differentiation drawn from five attributes such as : reliability , responsiveness , assurance , consulting services and physical evidence.Keyword : competitive advantage strategy, differentiation, and service differentiation.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PTPN V Sei Buatan whick located at Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Derah Tingkat II Siak Indrapura.This study aims to determine the effect of Placement and Performance appraisal work on the performance of employees of the administrasi PTPN V Sei Buatan.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program software ver. 21 for windows. Populasi in this research is all administrative employees at PTPN V Sei Buatan (Palm Oil Mill) Kampung Sawit Permai Kecamatan Dayun Kabupaten Siak that is 52 all employess Samples taken based on method using accidental samping are 52 employees.methods of data collection using questionnaires and interview, This research used questionnaire with measurement scale that is Likert scale which analyzed by validity test, reliability test, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, analysis of determination, t test, and f test.From the result of tests conducted show that placement have a significant effect on employees performance, job performance appraisal has a significant effect on employees performance, as well as placement and performance appraisal affect simultaneously to employee performance. The calculation results known R Squre is the coefficient of determination and obtained the value of R Squre of 0.761. That is, the work environment and organizational commitment affect employee job satisfaction of 76,1%.Keywords : Placement, Performance appraisal, employee performanc

Abstract

Based on staffing data at the Dumai City Human Resources Development and Staffing Agency, it is known that employee competence is still an issue that needs attention, especially in terms of knowledge/intellectual competence (formal education), skills competency (structural training, technical/functional training, courses, stewardship), and experience competencies (tenure, position/leadership experience), and attitude competencies. The purpose of this research is to find out the development of civil servant competency in the Dumai City Human Resources Development and human resources development agency and analyze the factors that hinder the development of civil servant competency in the Dumai City Human Resources Development and Staffing Agency. This research uses qualitative methods that are descriptive. The result of this study is the development of civil servant competencies in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development dumai competency development cycle is still not optimal and there are still factors that hinder the development of Civil Servant Competency in the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development.
