Abstract

Along with the development of banking institutions in the city of Pekanbaru with diverse product offerings as well as all the advantages given to make people have a lot of alternatives comparison to determine which banks will be selected . Competition in the provision of credit and the interest rate is also seen still small number of customers who receive credit in Bank Nagari Branch Pekanbaru . This is due to the lack of knowledge about the bank loan products villages . Based on field data collected from each respondent obtained the factors that influence the marketing strategies of Bank Nagari jackfruit branch road which in this study is divided into factors strengths and weaknesses . Factors that influence the strength in determining marketing strategies village bank credit can be seen as follows : a strategic location , being located at the center keramain and private and government offices and the interest rate offered is able to compete with other banks . Which is a factor that village bank weakness : The terms in the credit application that requires a lot of valid supporting evidence and the Administration also requires accurate data and also process credit search long enough .Excellent service from staff , because in serving customers with appropriate credit standards of customer service , marketing strategy Bank Nagari is located at coordinates ( 1.452 ; 3.215 ) . These results indicate the position of village bank marketing strategies are in quadrant I where the threat factor , so the marketing strategy shows a progressive strategy means the company is in good shape it is possible to continue to expand to increase growth and achieve maximum progress .Keywords ; Competition in interest rates , Strategy progressive , Bank Nagari

Abstract

The problem in this research is the existence of bad debts, while PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru is already implementing 5C analysis is an analysis of the character, capacity, capital, collateral, and the condition of economic. This study aims to identify and analyze Implementation 5C In Consumer Lending At PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru. The study concluded the application of 5C In Consumer Lending At PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru rated running is good enough. Only in the supervision on the ground for the implementation of character analysis is still lacking, resulting in frequent falsification of the data of borrowers. Based on interviews with informants showed that the character analysis on PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Branch Nangka Pekanbaru is an analysis of the most important compared with other analyzes. Dimensional analysis of other aspects are also important but if the nature of a prospective customer is not good, it will have a negative impact on other dimensions of analysis for dimensional analysis of the application of this 5C intertwined with each other.Keywords: character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition of economic

Abstract

Leardership style and work environment will impact on employee performance. So to build an organization, leaders and workers must work together to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine about the influence of leadership style and working environment on the performance of the employee (Study at The PTPN V Vice Factory Rokan Hulu District). Styles leadership as a variable (X1), the work environment as a variable (X2) and employee performance as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 17, wherein the samples used are permanent employees at The PTPN V Vice Factory Rokan Hulu District by respondents as many as 62 peoples. The formula used to determine the sample slovin, as well as a sampling technique by means of probability sampling include. Data collection through questionnaires and interview. Results so it can be know that the leadership style variable have a significant effect on the performance of employees, the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance, and significant relationship between the leadership style and work environment on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

The issue of this research is the decline in the number of patient and outpatient Sari Mutiara Hospital Medan. In the last 3 years this indicates the occurrence decrease in patient satisfaction so that patients switched to other hospitals. The purpose of this study isto investigate the implementation of the marketing mix and determine patient satisfaction in Sari Mutiara Hospital Medan. The collection of data through questionnaires to 100 patients Sari Mutiara Hospital Medan. Results of a study of the marketing mix implemented Sari Mutiara Hospital Medan considered to be quite good. So also with the satisfaction of patients considered to be high satisfaction. Results calculated with SPSS. Showed that the marketing mix (X) positive effect on patient satisfaction / customer (Y) Hospital Sari Mutiara Medan.Key words : marketing mix, consumer satisfaction, sari mutiara hospital Medan

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar district. This study aimed to determine the effect of incentives on employee morale in the production of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Kampar district. Incentives as an independent variable ( X ) and morale as the dependent variable (Y) . This study took a number of respondents as many as 63 people . Data obtained through questionnaires were then tested further processed through a statistical analysis as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, correlation analysis and determination with the help of SPSS .The results of this study indicate that the results of hypothesis testing t test , t (8,479) > t table (1,670). This suggests that the incentive effect on employee morale. The amount of the incentive effect on the morale of the production employees of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate amounted to 54.1 % .Keywords : Human Resource Management , Incentive , Morale .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate on Employee loyalty (Case Study at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia KCU Pekanbaru).Organizational Culture as a variable ( X1 ) Organizational Climate as a variable ( X2 ) and Employee Loyalty as ( Y ).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20. Abstract

Industrial development is a change from an industrial organisasai or business entity which was originally small in a specified period turned into a huge industry in which the entrepreneur is required to make it happen.The existence of entrepreneurs engaged in small industries supporting Indonesian state economy that has not moved forward and thrive . through training and implementation of the entrepreneurial spirit is a small industry will be able to experience the business development on a larger scale gradually . This research aims to identify and analyze the entrepreneurial spirit that has been applied by traders convection aur kuning market . The sample 94 respondents. Data obtained through observation and questionnaires is measured using a Likert scale . Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical method to test equipment SPSS version 16 . The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial spirit of the UKM product sales trader convection aur kuning market with a level of correlation equal to 33.2 %, which indicates strong criteria . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organization commitment to employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in work environment consists of work atmosphere, relationships with colleagues, and availability of working facilities. Dimensions variable organization commitment consists of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment. And dimensions for the independent variables (employees performance) consists of labor quantity, labor quality, reliability, presence, and ability to cooperate. The method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test of the determinant (R²). Processing data using programe SPSS 20.The results showed that the partial work environment does not significantly effect on employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, as shown by the significant value greater than 0,05. Partial variable organization commitment significantly influence employee employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru,. And simultaneous work environment and organization commitment a significant effect on employees performance. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.832 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.692 or 69,2%. This means that employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru influenced by work environment and organization commitment employees amounted to 69,2%.Keywords: Work Environment, Organization Commitment, Employees Performance

Abstract

Problem in this research was not to achieve the realization of production in the last 4 years, the number of employees of the production are absent due to illness as well as high employee turnover akngka. As for the purpose of the research is to find out and analyze the stress of work and the performance of the production section and the employee knowing the effect of work stress on performance of employees part production at PT. Cider fertile valley Ganduang Pelalawan District. Data collection through the kusioner of 78 employees part production. Results of the study to stress employee part production has not been so good or has a fairly high level of stress in the work. For the performance of the production employees judged already, but there is still a shortage-keurangan-especially in terms of the work which is not good. Results of the analysis with SPSS programme, obtained the results that the free variables that work stress (X) have a very strong relationship to Employee Performance is variable (Y)Keywords: job stress, employee performance, PT Sari fertile valley Ganduang Pelalawan District
