Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of situational leadership styleand working environment on the performance of the employee (Case Study at PT.Riau Pos Intermedia. Styles situational leadership as a variable (X1), the workenvironment as a variable (X2) and employee performance as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS 20,wherein the samples used are permanent employees at PT. Riau Pos intermedia byrespondents as many as 59 people. The formula used to determine the sampleslovin, as well as a sampling technique by means of probability sampling includesimple random sampling. Data collection through questionnairesResults of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test and f test so thatit can be seen that the variable situational leadership style positive effect on theperformance of employees, the working environment have a significant effect onemployee performance, and significant relationship between the situationalleadership style and work environment on employee performance.Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Work Environment, EmployeePerformance

Abstract

Man power source is one of the important factors for companies that developed and developing human resources obtained through good recruitment and placement in the position/ right position in order to create maximum employee performance and able to support the achievement of corporate goals. PT.Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru have noticed the recruitment, placement, and employee performance . But when PT.Bank Riaukepri pekanbaru recruitment company achievements decreased and increased when not doing recruitment and placement of employees there is a discrepancy. Of this phenomenon researchers interested to know the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri pekanbaruThe method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, data collection using the questionnaire, this study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru, researchers using multiple linear regrensi analysis. X1 variable in this study is a Recruitment, X2 is the placement, and Y is Performance. the number of samples in this study were 48 people, the sampling technique is simple random sampling, sampling by means of the draw.The results showed the effect of variable recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru, from analysis of multiple regrensi Y = 2284 + 0709 + 0258 X1 X2 + e. T test with t table at a significance level of 5 % ( 2 - tailed ) = 2.014, t = 4,821 X1, X2 = 2,416. Then there is positive and significant relationship between X1 to Y. And a positive and significant influence between X2 toward Y. Test f with f value count = 34 701 > f table = 3.204. Then simultaneously X1 and X2 influence on Y. And note X1 is a dominant factor of influence on Y. And the unknown value of r = 0.607 percent, so donations influence of X1 and X2 on Y by 60.7 %. And 39.3 % are influenced variables are not included in this equation.Keywords: Recruitment, Placement, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment and Organizational Commitment on Employee Satisfaction (Case Study at Hotel Ratu Mayang Garden Pekanbaru). Work Environment as a variable (X1) Organizational Commitment as a variable (X2) and Job Satisfaction as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20 program. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. To determine the sample using census research method. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that the Work Environment has significant effect on Employee Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, and Work Environment and Organizational Commitment have a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction.Keywords: Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of careerdevelopment and the commitments made by PT. Logistics Cargo Indah Pekanbaru on theperformance of its employees. PT. Logistics Cargo Indah Pekanbaru is one of the deliveryservice company private commercial enough in the eyes of the people of Indonesia,especially the townspeople. PT. Logistics Cargo Indah Pekanbaru has implemented careerdevelopment and organizational commitment to employees to induce employees to betterperformance in which will be able to cause a sense of employee loyalty to the company.In this case the optimal performance of employees and work in accordance with thestandards of the company will be able to realize the company's goals. In this study, thepopulation is consumers who use the services of PT. Logistics Cargo Indah Pekanbaru asmany as 100 people by distributing questionnaires / questionnaire and interviews.The study concluded that the impact of career development and a commitment toemployee performance in PT. Logistics Cargo Indah Pekanbaru. With evidence of regressioncalculation results show that thitung career development of (5.766)> t table (2.002) and Sig.(0,000) <0.05. What this means is that the variable career development have significantinfluence on employee performance. Then evidenced by the value of the t variable oforganizational commitment (4.017)> t table (2.002) and Sig. (0,000) <0.05. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of job stress and job statistification towards employee’s preformance (case study Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu). Job stress as variable X1, job statistification as variable X2 and employee’s preformance as variable Y.The research method in this research is quantitative method with SPSS programme, which the sample is the medic employee as much as 47 respondents. The sample in this research is 47 employees of Rumah Sakit Az-Azahra Ujungbatu Which is all of the population. The data is collected through the questionnaires.The results of this research concludes that the variable of job stress is significantly influential to employees perfoormance and the job statification is significantly influential to the employee’s performance, and job stree and job stratification are simultaneously influenctial to the employee’s performance.Keywords: job stress, job statistification, employee’s performance

Abstract

Along with economic growth and technological development, the business world was experiencing rapid growth with the emergence of companies that strive to create products and services to meet the needs and desires of consumers. Businesses initially have a large market share, as well as extensive marketing areas, are now required to work more efficiently and effectively and responsive anticipate that they will enter markets both at present and in the time to come. , To attract buyers, one attempts to do is to repair an effective marketing system. Effective marketing in the application not only how to increase sales volume but also observe the behavior of consumers and businesses to meet the desires of consumers through product improvement in line with expectations konsumen.Penelitian aims to determine the effect of sales promotions on consumer interest in the motor vehicle business cv. Honda Nusantara Citra Pekanbaru. Data obtained from questionnaires with respondents as many as 55 people further processed using descriptive statistics and then the data is presented in tabular format with the numbers and percentages for subsequent analysis results indicate that the implementation of the promotion have a good influence on consumer interest in CV. Honda Nusantara Citra Pekanbaru. Promotion is affected by consumer interest with a value of R Square of R = 0.403, meaning is that the contribution of variable influence to variable interest konsuemen sale amounted to 40.3%, while the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other factors such as customer perception, behavior consumers and others.Keywords: marketing, promotion, consumer interest

Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) as Variable (X₁), Work Discipline as variable (X₂) and Employee Productivity as variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is the production employee as much as 100 respondents. The amount can already represent the population. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of career development and discipline of work to employes performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon Kota Timur. With cencus sampling method as many as 41 people. The research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used by using SPSS.Result of analysis using multiple linier regression, t-test, and the test of determination (R2), career development of 0,797or 79,7% and work discipline of 0,561or 56,1% and the F-test. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0,834, or 83,4% . this shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (career development and discipline of work) on the dependent variable (performance of employes) amounted to 83,4% and strong relationships with a large award is 0,834. While the percentage of the remaining 16,6% (100%-83,4%) influenced by other variables not included in this study variablesKeywords : Career Development, Discipline Work, Employe Performance

Abstract

The company is one of the large and comprehensive forms of organization contained in it human beings who act as mobilizers to advance the company. This research uses this type of research with quantitative approach. As for the independent variables of this research, Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2). As for dependent variables in this research Employee Performance (Y). Sampling techniques using Simple Random Sampling method, then data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT Swakarsa Sawit Raya Indargiri Hulu. Data processing uses simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25.This study aims to determine the influence of organizational climate and organizational commitment on employee performance. The sample of this study was taken by 62 respondents. The results of this study showed that organizational climate affects employee performance. Organizational commitment affects employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee morale PT. PTPN V Sei Galuh Kampar district. Compensation as an independent variable (X) and morale as the dependent variable (Y), and respondents of this study took as many as 81 people. Data were obtained through questionnaires seloanjutnya processed for later tested through statistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination with the help of using SPSS.(1.990). This suggests that significant influental employee compensation employee morale. The amount of compensation the employee against employee morale PT.
