Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) for the Air Molek area on Jl. ST. Ibrahim, Candirejo, Pasir Turtle, Indarigi Hulu Regency, Riau. The problem in this study is that employee loyalty at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek is still relatively low, which can be seen from some employees who are less than optimal at work and indiscipline in carrying out their duties and applicable rules. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives and work motivation on employee loyalty at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek.In this study, the method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis using the SPSS program. This population is the employees of the Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru totaling 50 people. Samples were taken based on the census method or saturated sample, that is, the entire population was used as a sample. Therefore, the sample used in this study was 50 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and free interviews. Hypothesis testing using linear analysis methods, simple linear analysis and multiple linear analysis.The research conducted shows the results that for the t-test with the variable giving incentives and work motivation partially significant effect on employee loyalty. And for the results of the F test, it shows that the simultaneous provision of incentives and work motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Air Molek with an R Square value of 0.448. This shows that the provision of incentives and work motivation has an influence of 44.8% on employee loyalty in the very good category, while the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Giving Incentives, Work Motivation, Loyalty

Abstract

Problems in the research is still lack of supervision conducted by the company tothe employees of the production, so it's still widespread illegalities that occurred asemployees who work not in accordance with standards and instructions given bysuperiors. Besides not the achievement of a target production in the last two years,indicating a lack of employee productivity in your work. As for the purpose of research isto find out the supervision, employee work productivity as well as know how theoversight of employee productivity part production at PT. P&P Bangkinang.. Results ofthe study concluded that surveillance against employees of the production at PT. P&Pbeen rated good Bangkinang, just that there is still a lot of shortcomings perceived bythe employees, so still there deviations in the works. Employee productivity partproduction at PT. P&P Bangkinang votes already, but there are also still manyshortcomings such as the lack of professionalism of employees in work. Analysis withSPSS obtained results that surveillance has a strong relationship to the productivity ofemployees work part of production at PT. P&P Bangkinang. The positive effect of thesupervisory employee productivity, so any improvement of supervision, it will be able toincrease the productivity of employees work part of production at PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. The problems in this study is the job performance that employees give not maximal can be seen from the level of employee absenteeism that every year there is always change and even increase, this is allegedly influenced by work placement that is less precise. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work placement on employee job performance of the administration of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara Pekanbaru.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program. The sample of this study was taken as many as 60 respondents from 148 population calculated using Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis method with result of research that is Y = 10.463 + 0.835X.       The research that has been done shows that the responses of respondents to work placement and job performance of employees in good category. While for t test that has been done show that work placement variable by parsial have significant effect to work achievement. And for calculation of coefficient of determination () obtained R Square value equal to 0,607. This shows that the work placement gives influence of 60,7% to the job performance, while the rest 39,3% influenced by other variable not examined in this research. Keywords: Work Placement, and Job Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu located in Kunto Darussalam District of Rokan Hulu Regency. The problem in this research is not achievement targets realization of production company in last 5 years and percentage of target achievement fluctuates and tends ti decline in 2016. This is allegedly influenced by the employees performance on the company. This study aims to determine the influence of Sosial Security and Incentive on the performance of employees of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu.In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program version 17. The population in this research is all employees of production part of PT.Eka Dura Indonesia (PALM OIL MILL) Rokan Hulu which amounted to 171 employees. Samples taken based on method using slovin formula is 63 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. And calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) simple provision of social security for employee performance is obtained value equal to 0,556 or 55,6% and Incentive for employee performance is obtained value equal to 0,454 or 45,4% Hypothesis testing using multiple linear analysis method with result of research that is Y= .The research that has been done show the result that the respondent's response to Social Security, Incentive and employee performance in PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (Palm Oil Mill) in good category. While for the T test that has been done shows that the variable of Social Security and Incentive partially significant effect on employee performance. And F test results show that simultaneously Social Security and Incentive significant effect on employee performance in PT. Eka Dura Indonesia (Palm Oil Mill) Rokan Hulu. And for calculation of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of R Square equal to 0,590. This shows that Social Security and Incentive give effect of 59%, while the rest 41% influenced by other variable not examined in this research.Keywords : Social Security, Incentive, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and organizational commitment to employee loyalty partial and simultaneous. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool that is distributed to 26 respondents to the employees of the hotel "Bintang Lima" Pekanbaru. Data were then processed using descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using SPSS 23 to test the validity, reliability test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing with a test t (partial) and F test (simultaneous ).            The results showed that test result The first hypothesis that organizational climate on employee loyalty is ttest results count (5.838) > ttable (2.062), which means that organizational climate significantly influence employee loyalty. Second, organizational commitment, namely ttest results count (5.883)> ttable (2.062), which means that organizational commitment significantly influence employee loyalty. Ftest results count (41.966)> Ftable (3.42) means the organizational climate and organizational commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee loyalty.  Keywords: Organizational Climate, Organizational Commitment, Employee Loyalty

Abstract

Human resources have great control in a company. To determine whether a company is progressing or not, it depends on the quality and quantity of its human resources. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. There are two independent variables used in this study, namely training as (X1) with indicators namely training content, training methods, instructor attitudes and skills, length of time training and training facilities. Work environment as (X2) with indicators of physical work environment and non-physical work environment. While the dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y) which consists of indicators of quality of work results, quantity of work results and timeliness. This study resulted in a positive and significant influence between training and work environment on employee performance with F count 13,201> F table 3,162 as well as partial test or t test for the training variable (X1) obtained t count 4.720> from t table 1.672 with a significance value <0.05. Shows that training has an effect on employee performance. For the work environment variable (X2) it is obtained in the t table 3,220> t table 1,672 with a significance value <0.05. Abstract

Conducive working climate is important in determining the performance of employees.High or absence of organizational commitment in self- employees are also caused by the working climate in the company.If the employment is climate conducive companies can make employees comfortable, and ultimately the commitment of employees in the company formed to even increased. And so the goal can be achieved with good company . The purpose of this research study is to know how existing work on climate PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru, to know how commitment the organization to the staff of PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru and to determine the relationship of working climate and organizational commitment staff of PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru. In analyzing this study used a statistical technique and model used in this study is the Product Moment Correlation .Based on the results of the questionnaire data processing obtained results show that there is a strong relationship between working climate and organizational commitment on the staff of PT.TELKOM Pekanbaru, where the calculation results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0,699 and hypotheses obtained by calculating t table value of 1,995 with df : 69, and α = 0.05, and t value of 8,1225 . Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted , this means working climate has a significant relationship with organizational commitment on staff of PT . TELKOM Pekanbaru.Thus it can be seen that the working climate has sizable relations with the organization's commitment to the staff of PT. TELKOM Pekanbaru. Abstract

Sales promotion is the efforts made by the company in order to advise, inform about their company and products in the form of services and also products finished goods the Middle social life, consumers or clients, so that products to be recognized and used by customers with any form of advantage convenience and facilities granted promotion.This research was conducted in residential Al-Husna, located at JL. Weekend Arba Tembilahan. electoral Reasons this housing because it develops residential housing design, minimalist home with this type of interest. In this study the methodology used by the descriptive, where the samples used by the resident Housing is Al-Husna for as much as 60 heads of family, to determine the sample census, using techniques of data collection is through interview, observation and quesioner.From the results of analyzing the promotion execution carried out by Housing Al-Husna venues activities, including advertising and promotion, price and service, stating that the consumer's perception of development activities is at a category less fine. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the work environment and career development have on job satisfaction of the Pekanbaru Tampan Mental Hospital employees. Work Environment as a variable (X1), Career Development as a variable (X2), and Job Satisfaction as a variable (Y). The method in this study is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS ver 23 for windows program, where the sample in this study was taken as many as 40 respondents and the technique used was census. From the results of data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, determination test, t test, and f test. So it can be concluded that the work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Career development has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work environment and career development has an effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Pekanbaru Tampan Mental Hospital. Keywords: Work Environment, Career Development, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to find out and analyse the sevice quality (2) to find out and analyse the corporate iamge (3) to determine the influence of the service quality with corporate image in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in the offices of Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru that is located on Melati Street. The research method used was quantitative. With the object of research is the Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru. With the method of data collection by means of questioner and interviews. Data analysis techniques using Simple Linear Regression analysis. With the result of the research there is service quality influences with corporate image in Ibnu Sina Islamic Hospital Pekanbaru of percent. Keywords: Service quality, corporate image.
