Abstract

This study aims to analyze transformational leadership style and work motivation and its effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Plaza Mebel Furniture Center Pekanbaru. Transformational Leadership Style as a variable (X1), Work Motivation as a variable (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a variable (Y).In this study the population is all permanent employees of PT. Plaza Furniture Furniture Center Pekanbaru, amounting to 72 people. Research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with questionnaires as research instruments. The results of the analysis used the validity test, reliability test, determination test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership style and work motivation had an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. Plaza Mebel Furniture Center Pekanbaru. With the results of simultaneous verification that F count (5.406)> F table (3.13). So, the hypothesis of transformational leadership style and work motivation simultaneously significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is accepted.  Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Customer Relationship Management and customer loyality of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch and see its effects. Results of the study concluded that the implementation of CRM in PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch that includes dimension of direct sales, direct customer relationship, customer segmentation for ssales and service, and build-to-order production. have been rated good overall. Customer loyality of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch that is seen from the dimension of re-purchase on a regular basis, refer to other consumers, and the desireremains a customer are also rated high. The results of data analysis through SPSS programs, CRM has a strong connection to the customer's loyalitas. CRM provide variable positive and significant influence on the customer loyality on variable PT. Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Main Branch, which means that if the variable is improved then the CRM will also cause an increase of the customer loyality.Keyword: customer relationship management, customer loyality, Bank Riau Kepri

Data is collected bythrough interview by using questionaire and hereinafter processing data by usingdescriptive analysis and Kuantitative analysis. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motorcycle promotion Honda brand in increasing consumer buying interest PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The independent variables are promotions measured using advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct sales. The dependent variable is consumer buying interest as measured by transactional interest, refrensial interest and preferential interest, explorative interest. The sample in this research is consumer of PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru was taken randomly using Slovin formula which amounted to 93 respondents. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that the promotion gives a significant influence on consumer buying interest PT. Global Jaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. Abstract

An important problem faced by leaders in hospitals is how to maintain loyalty so that they can support the success of achieving goals. The hospital strives to maintain quality employees so that they work for a long time in the hospital is one of the goals of the hospital. This research was conducted at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee loyalty at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Work discipline and work motivation as independent variables (X1, X2) while employee loyalty as the dependent variable (Y) The problem in this research is the occurrence of fluctuating employee turnover and employee absenteeism accompanied by high employee absenteeism. It can be seen from the data on Labor Turn Over and company absenteeism. The sample of this study was taken as many as 42 respondents from the population calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the questionnaire results and then processed for later statistically tested through the SPSS program. From the results of the tests conducted, it shows that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. Abstract

This research was conducted at the Bank riau kepri the study aims to determine the effect of recruitment to employee performance. Recruitment as an independent variable (X), while the performance of the employee as the dependent variable (Y).Samples are 28 respondents, all employees of a Bank riau kepri data obtained from the questionnaire and further processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS program. Results of calculation of the coefficient of determination is 0,609. That is to say, the recruitmen affects the performance of employees amounted to 60,9%.Keywords : Recruitment, Employee Performance, bank riau kepri

Abstract

Employees are the most important factors which will affect the company in the achievement of its objectives. Many things must be done by the company in order to get good performance. In this case the incentive is so important for all employees so that employees are more enthusiastic and have a good performance. The purpose of this study was to determine how the incentive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Bank Mega Syariah branch Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru.This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mega Syariah Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru branch offices in Pekanbaru patchouli road. Reasons for the selection of research here is due to the large number of employees out annually in PT. Bank Mega Syariah branch Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru.The population in this penenlitian are all employees of PT. Bank Mega Syariah branch Sukaramai Market Pekanbaru, as many as 36 employees. And the entire population is made in the sample. It can be shown from the level of employee loyalty is very high.Keywords: Effect, Incentives, Employee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Work Environment and Motivation to Organizational Commitment of medical employees RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru which is located at JL.K.H. Ahmad Dahlan No.163 Sukajadi-Pekanbaru. Respondents in this study amounted to 70 medical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative approach, this research data obtained through questionnaire in the form of research questions that have been filled by respondents who have been determined. Data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis performed using SPSS software.The results of this study prove that the Work Environment (X1) has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y). This can be seen from the value of t count greater than t table (9.092> 1.995) and level sig. (0.000 <0.05).This means that the Work Environment variables significantly influence the Organizational Commitment. Work Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y).This can be seen from the value of t arithmetic greater than r table (9.4.36> 1.995) and sig. (0.000 <0.05). This means that motivational variables have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment.From the simultaneous test results obtained from the results of F count is 57.745 while the F table value is 3.13. This means F arithmetic> F table and significance value 0,000 <alpha 0,05. Means that the Work Environment (X1) and Motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y).Keywords: Work Environment (X1), Motivation (X2), Organizational Commitment (Y)

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Semen Padang Jl. Raya Indarung Padang, West Sumatra. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employees performance at the HR department of PT. Semen Padang. Transformational leadership style as the independent variable (X) and employees performance as the dependent variable (Y).The problem in this research is that the performance of the HR department employees is still fluctuating and has not reached the predetermined target because the realization has not shown a significant increase each year. The sample of this study was taken as many as 38 respondents from the population calculated using the census method. Data obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed in the HR department of PT. Semen Padang. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination, and t test.The results of tests conducted indicate that the tranformational leadership style on  leader of  HR departement and the employees performance in good category. Based on T test transformasional leadership atyle has a significant  effect  on  the employees performance. And for the coefficient of transformasional  leadership  style has a significant effect on the employees performance with R square value  0.123. that thing conducted  the transformational leadership style  has give  effect  12,3 %  on employees performance and 87,7% has determined of other variable  that is not include of this research. Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Employees Performance

Abstract

In this research Issue is the decline in the number of outpatients in the last 3 years, especially for the old outpatients. This indicates patient loyalty to decline medical treatment to hospitals Early Bros Pekanbaru. As for the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of the marketing mix and knowing the loyalty of outpatients at the hospital Beginning Bros Pekanbaru. In addition to knowing the influence of marketing mix to the loyalty of patients in hospitals Early Bros Pekanbaru. Data collection through the kusioner of 100 outpatients. Results of research on the marketing mix implemented Early Bros Hospital Soweto rated it good. So too with the loyalty of outpatients at the hospital Beginning Bros Pekanbaru. votes have been good. However there are still shortcomings in the process and the price problem including outpatient medical treatment procedures. Results of calculation with the SPSS program, obtained as a result of that marketing mix (X) have a very strong relationship to patient loyalty (Y).
