Abstract

This study examines da'wah and religious harmony which are important issues in the social context in Bengkalis Regency. Although the majority of the population embraces Islam, there are Christians, Buddhists, and others who coexist. This research aims to identify the role of da'wah in maintaining religious harmony and explore the factors that affect the success of da'wah in creating harmony in the midst of diversity. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques with religious leaders, community leaders, and parties involved in da'wah activities in Bengkalis Regency. The findings show that da'wah based on religious moderation has a significant role in reducing social tensions and building awareness of the importance of harmony between religious communities. Da'wah that is carried out with an inclusive and dialogical approach, and involves all elements of society, has proven to be effective in creating an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect for differences This study concludes that da'wah must be strengthened with a more contextual approach and based on national values to maintain harmony in a diverse society.

Abstract

The duties and functions of BAZNAS are regulated in RI Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning the management of zakat, namely planning, implementing, and controlling the collection of zakat in terms of distributing zakat and utilizing zakat including reporting and being accountable for the movement of zakat. To optimize the duties and functions of BAZNAS nationally, the Government issued a Decree of the Director General of Islamic Community Guidance No DJ. II / 568 / the Year 2004. Based on this decision, Baznas was born and formed for Pamekasan, Bangkalan, Sampang, and Sumenep Regencies on Madura Island. The strategy for procuring HR in the context of revitalizing Regency BAZNAS in Madura based on e-commerce/ digitization of zakat online is carried out following existing regulations, namely BAZNAS Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning procedures for appointing and dismissing Provincial BAZNAS and Regency/City BAZNAS leaders and circular letter from the Head of BAZNAS No. 3 of 2018 concerning the dissemination of the decision of the Chairman of BAZNAS number 24 of 2018 concerning guidelines for the management of amil zakat at Provincial BAZNAS and Regency/City BAZNAS. This strategy is not yet fully accommodating to online digitization-based services. The promotion strategy for revitalizing the Regency BAZNAS in Madura based on e-commerce/ online zakat digitalization is carried out directly and indirectly. In online digitization, promotions are carried out by uploading advertisements inviting people to make donations of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah at BAZNAS Regency in Madura through their website and Facebook. The potential application of e-commerce/ digitization of zakat online in the context of revitalizing BAZNAS districts in Madura is not yet representative in serving the collection of zakat, infaq, and sadaqah funds through digitalization online. Empowerment of the Community's economy through online digitization at the Regency BAZNAS in Madura has not yet been carried out because the digital application owned by BAZNAS Regency in Madura is not representative. After all, it is still done directly/manually.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of building branding through digital communication. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involve reading literature from various sources including reports, books, articles, and journals using qualitative and deductive approaches. The results of this study are that building branding through digital communication is not just following trends, but a strategic need in facing the dynamics of the modern market. Digital communication allows brands to reach a wider audience, establish more personal relationships, and manage brand image efficiently and measurably. With the right strategies such as building a strong digital identity, optimizing social media, providing quality content, optimizing websites and SEO, email marketing, and collaborating with influencers can form strong branding

Abstract

Community service with the focus of this program on strengthening Islamic economic and financial literacy in the context of family economic independence during this pandemic is something that is right on target for the Pakong Village community, considering that many people still do not fully understand Islamic economics and finance. In addition, to increase business activity in ways that are blessed by Allah SWT, namely doing business on the basis of Islamic economic and financial literacy. This service uses teaching or lecture methods & the Asset Based Community Development method (ABCD). This method has the intention of providing guidance and assistance to participants in terms of strengthening economic literacy and sharia finance, especially to participants who already have a strong desire to start a business, and also more assistance to participants who already have an ongoing business. With regard to the sharia economy, the people of Pakong Village are very enthusiastic about understanding the contract, starting a business and marketing strategy, as well as the Islamic way of doing business. Meanwhile, with regard to Islamic finance, it is more focused on how to find solutions for finding capital in business and strategies for managing finances well.

Abstract

Toko Siantan Jaya adalah sebuah usaha dibidang alat dan bahan-bahan yang dimana sistem informasi pendataan yang digunakan masih secara manual. Seperti dalam hal pendataan barang, barang masuk, penjualan, dan pembuatan laporan semuanya ditulis disebuah buku kecil dan disimpan dalam buku besar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk merancang sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan pendataan bahan bangunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang dimana teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah memperoleh data mengenai suatu objek dari penelitian dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan suatu permasalahan dan menggunakan metode waterfall sebagai langkah-langkah pengembangan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem informasi pendataan yang sudah terkomputerisasi agar mempermudah para tenaga kerja dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya.Kata Kunci: Sistem Infomasi, Pendataan, Berbasis Desktop

Abstract

Pada era digitalisasi, teknologi telah mengubah proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Pemakaian AI, machine learning, blockchain, dan sistem ATS membuat proses ini lebih cepat, efisien, dan akurat. Teknologi membantu memperluas pencarian calon karyawan, mempercepat proses rekrutmen, dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelamar. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti bias algoritma, privasi data, serta resistensi dari pengguna. Karena itu, perusahaan perlu strategi yang tepat agar adopsi teknologi berjalan lancar. Tim HR juga dituntut untuk lebih strategis dan adaptif terhadap perubahan. Studi ini mempergunakan metode pustaka (library research) dimana berbagai literatur, jurnal ilmiah, dan buku yang relevan dikaji secara mendalam untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang komprehensif terkait topik yang dibahas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Proses seleksi karyawan sekarang banyak menggunakan teknologi. Perusahaan memakai sistem otomatis seperti ATS untuk menyaring lamaran sesuai kriteria. Tes juga dilakukan secara online, bahkan ada yang pakai video dan kecerdasan buatan untuk menilai pelamar. Hal ini membuat seleksi lebih cepat dan efisien. 2) Proses rekrutmen, teknologi juga sangat membantu. Perusahaan menggunakan situs lowongan kerja, media sosial, dan website resmi untuk mencari pelamar. Ada juga chatbot yang memberi informasi secara otomatis. Dengan teknologi, rekrutmen jadi lebih mudah, praktis, dan teratur.

Abstract

The abundant waqf practice does not always come with good management which leads to the emergence of conflicts. Conflicts over waqf land are easy to find, including those that occurred in Pangereman Village, Ketapang District, Sampang Regency, East Java Province. This research aims to explore the waqf land practice and management, the conflict or dispute, and its resolution according to Islamic and Indonesian positive law. The method used is descriptive qualitative by connecting the theories and problems of Islamic and Indonesian positive law. Data was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with nāẓir, wāqif, wariṡah wāqif, village heads, and religious figures. Researchers also observed the situation of the village and the current condition of the conflict. The results of this research are: 1) the waqf land practices had occurred in a cultural way and the village government is the one who manages it; 2) the conflict was due to the absence of waqf transaction official note while the waqf land was not used anymore. This situation led to the heir of wāqif wanted to take the waqf land back; 3) Conflict resolution through traditional ways (deliberation and mediation) was proved to be effective. The role of kiai as a trustworthy one did matter. Although the litigation way was not used, it showed the same spirit as what Indonesian positive law coveys about conflict resolution.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the relevance of zakāh distribution practices at Indonesia’s National Zakāh Agency (BAZNAS) in Pamekasan through the lens of ʿUmar ibn al-Khaṭṭāb’s fiscal policies. Using a qualitative explanatory approach, the research investigates how contemporary zakāh distribution aligns with classical Islamic governance principles, particularly in achieving equity, justice, and socioeconomic empowerment. The findings reveal that while BAZNAS Pamekasan adheres to national zakāh regulations (Law No. 23 of 2011), its operational strategies—such as prioritization, the use of local databases, and both consumptive and productive schemes—demonstrate striking parallels with ʿUmar’s zakāh framework. Notably, ʿUmar’s policies on decentralized distribution, eligibility reclassification (e.g., exclusion of converts), and zakāh substitution (badal) during economic crises offer viable models for enhancing zakāh governance in Muslim-majority countries facing similar structural challenges. This study contributes to the global discourse on Islamic fiscal reform by proposing a historically grounded, yet adaptable model for zakāh distribution that integrates classical jurisprudence with modern regulatory frameworks. Future research may expand this framework to examine zakāh management across diverse geopolitical contexts, enabling comparative analysis of institutional efficiency, community impact, and policy innovation within the broader domain of Islamic public finance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa langkah-langkah penanganan risiko kegagalan proyek pembangunan perumahan di Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi langkah-langkah penanganan risiko dan menganalisa langkah-langkah penanganan risiko yang terjadi paling dominan. Secara umum, metodologi yang digunakan adalah menggabungkan antara penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Jumlah sampel yg digunakan 36, diambil dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) versi 26 dilakukan pengujian validitas, reliabilitas, dan rata-rata tingkat signifikansi.

Abstract

Warung Madura sebagai identitas suku Madura merupakan toko yang menyediakan sembako dan berbagai alat kebutuhan rumah tangga dengan harga yang relatif terjangkau dan jam opersional selama 24 jam. Eksistensi Warung Madura didukung oleh pengelola Warung Madura yang profesional dan amanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemilik Warung Madura dalam proses rekrutmen dan seleksi calon pengelola Warung Madura. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek informan adalah pemilik warung Madura yang berdomisili di daerah Kabupaten Sumenep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi pengelola Warung Madura lebih mengutamakan kekeluargaan dan rekomendasi dari kenalan. Selain itu pengalaman dan kesehatan juga menjadi aspek penting yang diperhatikan. Sedangkan kualifikasi pendidikan tidak terlalu menjadi penilaian. Berdasarkan strategi tersebut pemilik Warung Madura masih menggunakan pendekatan lokal berkaitan dengan budaya suku yang mendepankan ikatan persaudaraan dan solidaritas antar sesuku.
