Abstract

This research aims to determine the concept of zakat distribution in LAZISMU Pamekasan and its relevance to umar bin khattabs zakat distibution. This research uses a qualitative research method, which is explanatory qualitative research with a field research type of research. Data collection was carried out using non participan observation methods, semi structured interviews, and documentation methods. The results of the research show that, in terms of regulation, LAZISMU Pamekasans zakat distribution pattern follows central regulations origininating from Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning zakat in Indonesia. Some of Umar bin Khattabs zakat policies, especially in zakat distribution, are relevant to the zakat distribution pattern at LAZISMU Pamekasan because they are both centered on government regulations. Umar bin Khattab has full authority over the zakat policy for the reasons of avoiding corrupt practices and unfair and equitable distribution.

Abstract

Pengupahan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat memotivasi dan membuat kinerja karyawan meningkat. Kepuasan akan dirasakan oleh karyawan apabila upah yang diberikan sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitan pekerjaan dan diberikan secara adil. Oleh karena itu, pengusaha harus memperhatikan hak pekerja untuk menerima upah sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat Islam. Upah dalam teori ekonomi Islam yang dikemukakan oleh Afzalur Rahman adalah ada tiga tingkatan, pertama tingkat upah minimum, kedua tingkat upah tertinggi dan ketiga tingkat upah sebenarnya. Tingkatan Upah minimum adalah tingkat upah terkecil yang seharusnya diterima seorang pekerja, yaitu sekurang-kurangnya upah yang dikeluarkan dapat memenuhi kebutuhannya. Pada tingkat upah tertinggi, pengusaha harus membayar upah kepada pekerja sesuai dengan kontribusinya kepada perusahaan. Sementara itu, besaran upah sebenarnya dalam menentukan upah harus memasukkan faktor keimanan/kemanusiaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami sistem pengupahan eksternal, sistem pengupahan internal, dan sistem pengupahan karyawan di Koperasi Syariah Walisongo Sampang dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari manajer, bagian admin, bagian pemasaran dan kasir Koperasi Syariah Walisongo. Setelah itu, setelah data yang diperlukan terkumpul, peneliti menganalisisnya dengan teori ekonomi Islam, khususnya teori upah menurut Afzalur Rahman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sistem pengupahan eksternal pada Koperasi Syariah Walisongo menggunakan sistem waktu yaitu bulanan dan tahunan. Gaji bulanan meliputi gaji pokok, tunjangan makan, tunjangan transportasi dan bonus. Sedangkan yang diterbitkan setiap tahun berbentuk THR; 2) Sistem pengupahan internal di Koperasi Walisongo Syariah meliputi penyelesaian, prestasi, kemandirian dan pertumbuhan pribadi; 3) Sistem pengupahan karyawan di Koperasi Syariah Walisongo sejalan dengan konsep pengupahan dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam Afzalur Rahman

Abstract

This research investigates the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty in a rural Sharia bank in Indonesia during the post-pandemic period. The study seeks to understand how the pandemic has affected customers' perceptions and loyalty and analyse the impact of corporate image on customers’ loyalty. The research method used regression analysis and path analysis. The results reveal the positive and significant effects of service quality and corporate image on customers' satisfaction, indicating the importance of these factors in maintaining customer contentment during challenging times. However, the quality of service and the corporate image do not influence customers’ loyalty. This research provides valuable insights for Islamic banks and other financial institutions in enhancing customer loyalty strategies. By prioritising service quality and cultivating a positive corporate image, banks can foster more significant levels of customer satisfaction, ultimately leading to increased customer loyalty and a strengthened competitive advantage.

Abstract

The Community Service Partner in this activity is Rapi Sari Furniture which engages in the business of producing and buying furniture items. Rapi Sari Meubel is one of the SMEs that has been very long established in the city of Banjarmasin, which is more than 30 years. However, the marketing activities are still very minimal and still conventional. For this reason, training needs to be given on the importance of using digital marketing so that the marketing system can be better, to expand the scope of its business targets and to support better sales activities. In addition, partners are also given assistance in creating accounts in digital media (Google Business and Google) along with how to optimally manage digital media for the promotion of MSME business needs. The resulting outputs are in the form of Google business and Google accounts, scientific articles published in national journals, and activity reports. The method used in thisis activity by provide training in the form of lectures and giving tutorials / practices directly creating accounts in digital media for the MSME.

Abstract

Demi mengutamakan kesehatan dan keselamatan, dimasa pandemi saat ini semua sekolah di banjarmasin yang merupakan zona merah penyebaran Covid 19 diwajibkan melaksanakan pengajaran secara daring. Hal ini menjadi kendala tersendiri bagi pengajar di MIS Muhammadiyah 3 Al Furqon Banjarmasin. Berdasarkan survey awal tentang kemampuan para pengajar di sekolah tersebut menggunakan pembelajaran daring, dalam hal ini aplikasi Google Classroom, didapat data bahwa dari 31 orang pengajar, mayoritas masih merasa kurang akan kemampuannya. Padahal penguasaan terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran daring ini akan sangat membantu kelancaran proses belajar mengajar secara daring. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mitra dalam mempelajari aplikasi pembelajaran daring google classroom. Metode pelaksanaan dapat dikategorikan dalam tiga tahapan, yakni kegiatan Pra-Pelatihan, kegiatan Pelatihan, serta kegiatan Pembinaan. Keseluruhan kegiatan dan komunikasi antara tim dengan mitra dilaksanakan secara daring demi menjaga prinsip protokol kesehatan dan physical distancing. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan menggunakan media Zoom, kemudian kegiatan pembinaan terus berjalan selama dua bulan pasca pelatihan untuk memastikan praktik di sekolah berjalan lancar.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in 2019 to 2021 affected world economic conditions, including inflation, currency exchange rates and world gold prices. This situation changed the direction of investment from the real sector to investing in gold and stocks. This study analyzed the variables of inflation, the rupiah exchange rates, the price of gold on the share prices of PT ANTM, Tbk. The approach used causalistic quantitative by processing secondary data in the form of monthly report data that had been published on the official website. The population and sample were 36 samples of monthly reports obtained by total sampling technique. To test and analyze the hypothesis SPSS version 20 was used. The results of the study: first, inflation has a significant effect on share prices, with a significance value of 0.030.; second, the price of gold has no effect and is not significant on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.422; third, the exchange rate has no effect and is not significant on stock prices, with a significance value of 0.093; fourth, inflation, gold price and exchange rate variables simultaneously have a significant effect on share prices, with a significance value of 0.002. 0.05). Investors were interested in investing in Mining Company shares during the Covid-19 pandemic. This investment decision was regardless of Indonesia's economic situation at the time of Covid-19 which was completely uncertain, especially in investment.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan kompensasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan kantor pusat BMT NU Jawa Timur. Metode yang dipakai kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 25. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan jalan menyebarkan kuesioner menggunakan media google form. Sebanyak 42 karyawan menjadi sampel penelitian. Jenis pengambilan sampel tergolong pada non probability sampling teknik sampling jenuh karena jumlah populasi relatif sedikit. Temuan penelitian diperoleh bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai sig. 0,000< 0,05. Sedangkan kompensasi memperoleh nilai sig. 0,01 < 0,05 sehingga dinyatakan ada berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Uji F diperoleh Fhitung23,533>Ftabel 3,232 artinya pelatihan dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan variabel pelatihan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja sebesesar 54,7% dan sisanya 45,3% dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel yang tidak diteliti.   Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Kinerja     ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and compensation parasially and simultaneously on employee performance at BMT NU Jawa Timur. The method used is quantitative. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using google form media. A total of 42 employees became the research sample. The type of sampling is classified as non-probability sampling saturated sampling technique because the population is less people. The research findings obtained that training has a significant effect on performance with a sig value. 0.000<0.05. While compensation obtained a sig value. 0.01> 0.05 so it is stated that it has no effect on performance. The F test obtained 23,533 >3,232 means that training and compensation simultaneously affect employee performance. The amount of influence given by training and compensation variables on performance is 54.7% and the remaining 45.3% is influenced by various variables not examined.   Keywords : Training, Compensation, Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui mengetahui apakah Kualitas pelayanan (tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin, dan apakah kualitas pelayanan (tangible,realibility, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin, dan kualitas pelayanan (tangible, realibility, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty) variabel yang memiliki dominan paling banyak dalam hal mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan PDAM kabupaten Tapin. Dalam metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan realibilitas, analisis regresi linier bergana , uji asumsi kelasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini :Variabel bebas Kualitas Pelayanan (Tangible (X1) Realibility (X2) Responsiveness (X3) Assurance (X4) Emphaty (X5) berpengaruh secara signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin 77,8 % dari hasil itu memiliki sisa yaitu 22,2 % maka hal ini dipengaruhi variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Hasil Variabel Tangible (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin dengan nilai Thitung -1,149. Variabel Realibility (X2) Tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin dengan nilai Thitung 1,358. Variabel Responsivenss (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin dengan nilai Thitung 4,431. Variabel Assurance (X4) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin dengan nilai Thitung 2,266. Variabel Emphaty (X5) Tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin dengan nilai Thitung 1,108. Variabel dengan pengaruh paling dominan adalah variabel Responsivenss terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada perusahaan PDAM Kabupaten Tapin dengan nilai r2 yang yang paling besar adalah variabel Responsivenss yaitu 0,210 atau 21%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image dan Brand Trust terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalsel Di Kota Banjarmasin yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui brand image dan brand trust secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Pusposive Sampling dengan 100 responden nasabah PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalsel Di Kota Banjarmasin. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Brand Image secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif tetapi tidak signifikan dan Brand Trust secara parsial bepengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan secara simultan, Brand Image dan Brand Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Dari nilai (Adjusted R Square) menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh Brand Image dan Brand Trust sebesar 80% sedangkan sisanya 20% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain selain Brand Image dan Brand Image dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini juga berdistribusi secara normal, tidak terjadi gejala multikolinearitas, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, tidak terjadi masalah atau gejala autokorelasi, semua variabel x terhadap y hasilnya linear, dan semua variabel hasilnya valid dan reliabel.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) is conducting activities to restore unproductive lands by revegetating in 3 types of areas. They are (1) areas of ex-well pad facilities where well plug & abandon (P&A) activities have been carried out, including the dismantling of related surface facilities, (2) areas of ex-production facilities that have been dismantled and (3) areas of ex-borrow pits. This research was conducted in PHR’s post-operation land area in 5 revegetation sites representing three types of post-operation areas, in Riau Province. The purpose of this study is to identify the types of vegetation found on post-operation land of oil and gas mining and to determine the types of vegetation that grow well on post-operation land based on the revegetation achievement target in each post-operation location in the document of Environmental Impact Analysis. Field research was conducted through the observation method. Observations were made by observing the type of plant, plant height, and plant mortality rate. The results showed that there were ten species of plants found in the 3 types of post-operation land in PHR, namely Cempedak (Artocarpus integer), Durian (Durio zibethinus), Jelutung (Dyera lowii), Jengkol (Pithecellobium jiringa), Mahoni (Swietenia macrophylla), Mangga (Mangifera indica), Matoa (Pometia pinnata), Medang (Litsea sp), Petai (Parkia speciosa), and Pulai (Alstonia scholaris). In total, the percentage of living plants was 88.2%. Furthermore, the average plant height in the five post-operation land areas was 169.8 cm. These values also indicate that the percentage of living plants and the height average of each type of plant in location is categorized as good, according to the achievement of the revegetation target in the document of Environmental Impact Analysis
