Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of food quality, kualitas pelayananand dinescape on customer satisfaction at Mie SS Pasuruan. The independent variables of this study are kualitas makanan (X1) kualitas pelayanan (X2), Dinescape (X3) the dependent variable of this study is Satisfaction customer (Y1). This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, hypothesis determination, and data analysis up to writing uses aspects that involve measurement, calculation formulas, and data in numerical form. The sample of this research is SS Noodle customers aged over 17 years. by using the heirs theory, the required number of samples is determined to be 190 respondents. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to respondents through a print out of the questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed usinf spss 15 by testing data validity, data reliability, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and r square tests. The results of this study indicate that food quality, service quality and dinscape have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract

The cashless lifestyle has been growing in the New Normal Era. The increasing public interest in technology has led to product innovations in the electronic field such as electronic money. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and trust on interest in using e-money. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing online questionnaires to 197 e-money users of the 2017 batch of regular class management students of Universitas Ciputra, Surabaya, at least using e-money 3 times. The data were processed with SPSS 21. The result was that perceived benefits and ease of use have a significant effect on intentions to use e-money. Trust has no significant effect on the intention to use e-money. E-money is a necessity without looking at trust as a priority.

Abstract

Soes Legends is a business that is engaged in the food and beverage industry that offers dried chocolate fill products. Based on the initial survey conducted by the author, the factors that dominate consumers in buying Soes Legends products are consumer perceptions and the quality of Soes products. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer perceptions and product quality on the decision to purchase Soes Legends products. The research method used is quantitative research with the sampling method is purposive sampling. The population in this study were all Soes Legends consumers who had repeated as many as 125 people with a sample of 96 people. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the questionnaire datawere analyzed to test factors and test variables using SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that consumer perceptions and product quality influence the decision to purchase Soes Legends products.

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to measure the impact of price and product quality on purchase intention of Nexfood’s product. This research had distributed an online form purposive to be filled up by 97 participants from Surabaya. SPSS were used to analyzed data collected with multiple linear regression. To find the impact of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, this research was using the coefficient of determination. The price and product quality influencing the purchase intention in the amount of 58,6 percentage and the rest is influenced by other variable that wasn’t mentioned in this research. Based on the F-test, price and product quality simultaneously have a significant impact on purchase intention. Next, based on t-test, price and product quality partially have a significant impact on purchase intention. The finding of this research was price and product quality have a significant impact on purchase intention of Nexfood’s product. Based on that result, means that if the perception of price is increased then the purchase intention will also increase. If the perception of product quality is increased then the purchase intention will also increase. The results of this study serve as a reference for Nexfood to pay more attention to the prices set so that they can be more competitive with competing products, while also maintaining the quality of the products produced. What Nexfood can do is maintain prices without reducing the quality and portions of Nexfood products; maintaining prices and looking for new suppliers at lower prices so that consumers feel that Nexfood products are suitable and can compete with competitors; determine the price of Nexfood products in accordance with the benefits obtained by consumers.

Abstract

Shopee menjadi situs e-commerce yang paling banyak diminati di Indonesia pada tahun 2022. Produk perawatan kulit wajah dan tubuh menjadi kategori produk yang banyak diminati sejak tahun 2019 dan memiliki market share sebesar 42.9% pada kategori kecantikan di platform Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh advertising dan influencer review terhadap purchasing decision di e-commerce Shopee DeeVa Derma Soft Skin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 165 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari DeeVa dengan bantuan SPSS. Urgensi penelitian yaitu belum pernah dilakukan penelitian dengan variabel serupa pada e-commerce Shopee DeeVa Derma Soft Skin. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa advertising dan influencer review memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchasing decision di e-commerce Shopee.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy development of tourism destinations in Kampung adat Paiijing, West Sumba. Qualitative and quantitative method is used in this research. The respondent is the Head of Desa Tebara, West Sumba, communities, and visitors of Kampung adat praiijing. The result showed that attraction, amenities, and accessibility (3A) play an essential role in developing tourism destinations in Kampung adat Praiijing. Meanwhile, the SWOT analysis result identified that the 3A are parts of creating villages by maintaining and preserving the beauty of natural resources and cultural interest, improving supporting facilities, and providing training to the community concerning tourism program

Abstract

Pengembangan produk wisata merupakan salah satu bentuk pengembangan wisata yang dilakukan oleh stakeholder wisata. Dengan adanya pengembangan di Kawasan wisata, dapat menarik wisatawan atau pengunjung yang akan dating dan bertambahnya minat yang dapat menarik wisatwan. Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan produk wisata Kawasan Condet di Jakarta Timur. Metode kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kawasan Condet merupakan kawasan yang sudah dikenal sejak lama sebagai kampung Budaya beserta produk khas wisatanya seperti emping, salak, duku, dll. Bukan hanya buah buahan yang sangat menarik tetapi banyak kesenian yang masih di lestarikan oleh masyarakat yang ada di wilayah condet tersebut, namun dalam pengembangan produk wisata yang ada pun masih ditemukan beberapa masalah dan ancaman seperti kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat Condet dalam memproduksi produk-produk wisata mereka baik produk tangible dan intangible.

Abstract

Kampung Adat Prai Ijing merupakan kampung wisata yang memproyeksikan kebudayaan masyarakat Sumba Barat yang masih begitu kuat. Prai Ijing juga berhasil bersaing dan menjadi Juara 2 Kategori Desa Wisata Berkembang pada tahun 2019 oleh Kementerian Desa dan berhasil menjadi bagian dari 75 Desa Wisata Terbaik Anugerah Desa Wisata 2023. Di balik keberhasilan pencapaiannya terdapat problematika yang harus dihadapi dalam mengembangkan destinasi wisata Kampung Adat Prai Ijing. Maka dari itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui problematika dalam pengembangan destinasi pariwisata di Kampung Adat Prai Ijing dan upaya penyelesaiannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskpritif dengan analisis triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya SDM yang kompeten, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana serta kendala dalam proses pemasaran yang terpadu sehingga menghambat pembangunan pariwisata. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah melalui partisipasi masyarakat yang terlibat dengan bertujuan agar masyarakat menyadari peran yang mereka miliki dalam proses pengembangan destinasi pariwisata di Kampung Adat Prai Ijing.

Abstract

The economy is a human activity related to the production, consumption, and distribution of services and goods of social culture. Meanwhile, social culture concerns unique and distinctive characteristics related to the socio-cultural aspects of each society in a sovereign country. Tourism is an activity in which there are various supporting components and facilities in an area, so tourism is directly related to the economy and socio-culture of the area. This research was conducted to discuss the impact of tourism activities in Godong Ijo Village on the economy, society, and culture. The object under study is the Godong Ijo tourist attraction located on Jl Cinangka, Serua Village, Bojongsari District, Depok. Tourism activity in Godong Ijo affects the economy and socio-culture of the surrounding community. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observations, interviews, field research, and literature research. The results showed that tourism activities positively impact the economy, such as increasing the economy of the surrounding community, job opportunities, and increasing local government revenue. The research results show that economic variables influence tourism activities, but socio-cultural variables do not influence tourism activities.
