Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of food quality, kualitas pelayananand dinescape on customer satisfaction at Mie SS Pasuruan. The independent variables of this study are kualitas makanan (X1) kualitas pelayanan (X2), Dinescape (X3) the dependent variable of this study is Satisfaction customer (Y1). This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, hypothesis determination, and data analysis up to writing uses aspects that involve measurement, calculation formulas, and data in numerical form. The sample of this research is SS Noodle customers aged over 17 years. by using the heirs theory, the required number of samples is determined to be 190 respondents. The data collection method used was distributing questionnaires to respondents through a print out of the questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed usinf spss 15 by testing data validity, data reliability, multiple linear regression tests, t tests and r square tests. The results of this study indicate that food quality, service quality and dinscape have a significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Shopee menjadi situs e-commerce yang paling banyak diminati di Indonesia pada tahun 2022. Produk perawatan kulit wajah dan tubuh menjadi kategori produk yang banyak diminati sejak tahun 2019 dan memiliki market share sebesar 42.9% pada kategori kecantikan di platform Shopee. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh advertising dan influencer review terhadap purchasing decision di e-commerce Shopee DeeVa Derma Soft Skin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 165 responden yang merupakan konsumen dari DeeVa dengan bantuan SPSS. Urgensi penelitian yaitu belum pernah dilakukan penelitian dengan variabel serupa pada e-commerce Shopee DeeVa Derma Soft Skin. Hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa advertising dan influencer review memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchasing decision di e-commerce Shopee.

Abstract

Heaven Scent is a business engaged in the perfumery industry and was established in 2021. Various marketing efforts made by Heaven Scent are promotions using influencer marketing and viral marketing. This study was conducted to determine the effect of influencer marketing and viral marketing on purchase intention in products from Heaven Scent. This type of research uses quantitative method research methods with the population, namely followers of Instagram @heavenscentindonesia. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire by Google Form distributed to Heaven Scent social media followers. Sampling using purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that the variables of influencer marketing (X1) and viral marketing (X2) have a significant effect on purchase intention, The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that influencer marketing and influencer marketing variables affect the purchase intention of Heaven Scent products.

Abstract

Social media today is an important part of business, to be used as a medium for marketing their products and also to reach a wider target market. The Jungle Waterpark located in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia, is a water park that offers many attractions and adequate facilities. This research aims to explore how The Jungle Waterpark utilizes social media as their marketing strategy. This type of research is qualitative, using qualitative descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out by direct observation and data collection from social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube owned by The Jungle Waterpark. The results showed The Jungle Waterpark makes excellent use of social media platforms. Their photo and video posts include, product promos, sharing information, interesting content, and much more. However, their YouTube social media account needs a better improvement, because some of the content on their YouTube account is not as updated as their other social media platforms.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management strategy at Telaga Warna Puncak, Bogor West Java to increase the number of tourist visits. In this research, Telaga Warna is one of the natural destinations in Puncak, Bogor. This destination has great potential to be developed but there are still several problems in increasing the number of visitors. This research uses qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques and uses qualitative data analysis tools in the form of Nvivo 12 software.The results of this study use the concept of AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action), the strategy is focused on increasing promotion to attract potential tourists, attracting tourists' attention to visit the destination.This research is expected to provide information to destination managers to be more optimal in increasing the number of visits with visitor management strategies,

Abstract

Higher education has three main tasks, namely carrying out education and teaching, carrying out research to develop knowledge and applying knowledge, all three of which are one unit called the Tridharma of Higher Education. Community service is the third dharma of the Tridharma of Higher Education. The existence of community service is actually very important both for university administrators as well as for the existence of the university in the community. Explaination of Development strategy for tourism potential Kalikidang Village using SWOT analysis, held in Balai Desa Kalikidang, Banyumas, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengan, that be held by 50 people (community and tourism creative industry). The aim of this activity is to help tourism industry players in the Kalikidang Village area so they can play a maximum role in economic activities from tourism activities. This activity can support the success of the local government in facilitating the existence of tourism area in the Kalikidang Village area, Purwokerto, Banyumas, Central Java, where the community plays a role as tourism industry players who play a direct role in tourism activities. The activities carried out are expected to increase the per capita community income of tourism industry players in the Kalikidang Village area, which in turn can increase income to improve the standard of living of tourism industry players.ABSTRAKPerguruan Tinggi memiliki tiga tugas pokok yaitu melaksanakan pendidikan dan pengajaran, melaksanakan penelitian guna pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan menerapkan ilmu, yang ketiganya merupakan satu kesatuan yang disebut sebagai Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Pengabdian pada masyarakat merupakan dharma ketiga Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Keberadaan pengabdian masyarakat sebenarnya sangat penting baik bagi pengelola perguruan tinggi demikian juga terhadap keberadaan perguruan tinggi tersebut di tengah masyarakat. Pemaparan materi strategi pengembangan potensi wisata dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dilakukan di Balai Desa Kalikidang, Purwokerto, Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, dengan diikuti masyarakat serta pelaku usaha industri kreatif setempat sebanyak 50 orang. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu para pelaku industri pariwisata di kawasan Desa Kalikidang supaya dapat berperan maksimal dalam kegiatan perekonomian dari adanya kegiatan pariwisata. Kegiatan ini dapat mendukung keberhasilan pemerintah setempat dalam memfasilitasi keberadaan kawasan pariwisata di kawasan Desa Kalikidang, Purwokerto, Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, dimana masyarakat berperan sebagai pelaku industri pariwisata yang berperan secara langsung dalam kegiatan pariwisata. Kegiatan yang dilakukan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat perkapita para pelaku industri pariwisata di kawasan Desa Kalikidang, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup para pelaku industri pariwisata.

Abstract

This research aims to identify how someone finally decides to go to a music concert by looking at an analysis between Motivation and Customer Satisfaction Concert Music The B-Zone in Jakarta. The B-Zone is a world tour concert by South Korean boy group, The Boyz, held in Jakarta. Visitors to The B-Zone Jakarta are the population of this study using quantitative methods and a sample of 100 respondents. The analysis technique for the data obtained was processed using application SPSS version 23. Based on the results of this study on Correlation Test, Motivation and Customer Satisfaction has a value 0.439 or 43,9% which states that X and Y are significant because 0.00 < 0.05 and is positive and correlated. According to research result, Motivation affect Customer Satisfaction. The conclusion of this research, concert music that motivation influences customer satisfaction, this concert shows that someone who comes to see a music concert is motivated to enjoy it and meet their favorite idol.

Abstract

Despite the rapid growth of digital transformation in Indonesia, many firms still face challenges such as limited digital literacy, unequal infrastructure, and high implementation costs, which hinder their ability to fully leverage technology to enhance customer experience and achieve a competitive advantage. Drawing on Dynamic Capability Theory, this research examines how digital transformation initiatives influence competitive advantage through enhanced customer experience in the context of a developing economy. The data for this research were collected using an online questionnaire of 350 managers and business leaders from Indonesian companies that have implemented digital transformation initiatives. The sampling criteria included companies with at least one digital transformation initiative implemented in the past two years and respondents with direct involvement in digital transformation programs. Using structural equation modeling for analysis, this study’s results reveal that digital transformation positively influences both directly and indirectly to competitive advantage through customer experience mediation. The findings of this study indicate that customer experience takes a significantly mediating role in translating digital transformation efforts into competitive advantages. Furthermore, the research demonstrates that despite implementation challenges in developing countries, companies can successfully leverage digital transformation to enhance their competitive position through improved customer experience.
