Abstract

One of the agricultural products which is an important aspect of the life of Indonesian people is rice. Rice disease has a devastating effect on rice production, while detecting rice diseases in real-time is still difficult. Therefore, this study designed a Livestream video system that is equipped with a rice disease Classification system. The Livestream system utilizes 4G network communication and is assisted by the WebSocket protocol to communicate in real-time and for the rice disease Classification system using YOLO algorithm. In addition, Livestream uses the raspberry pi camera V2 to take video stream data. In analyzing the performance of the Livestream system, four tests were carried out, namely: functionality test, connectivity test, classification performance test, and implementation performance test. The test was carried out using the wireshark and conky tools, while the classification training used 5447 images from the Huy Minh do dataset that he provided on the Kaggle website. The results show that all programs run well and get a good QoS value according to the index of the parameter results, it is also found that sending non-base64 can reduce the size of the data to approximately 200,000 bytes/s and the performance of the classification system is good because it has an average accuracy of 80% even though it is quite burdening the raspberry pi. This system can still be optimized and developed further to support research in the field of data transmission and the performance of machine learning in a microcontroller.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to support environmental sustainability education by implementing a Smart Trash Bin system based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology at Sekolah Alam Indonesia, Cibinong. The initiative followed a structured Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of five stages: engagement, co-development, implementation, evaluation, and feedback. A technical team developed the system from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. It integrated ultrasonic and load-cell sensors with ESP32 microcontrollers and wireless data transmission to enable real-time monitoring of waste volume and weight. In parallel, the Environmental and Forestry Agency (DLHK) of Depok City delivered a seminar on waste ecosystem management to improve knowledge among teachers and staff. Evaluation through pre- and post-test questionnaires showed that participants' knowledge scores enhanced from 13.78 to 15.61 (out of 17), while their environmental attitudes remained consistently high. This project demonstrates a scalable model for integrating technology and environmental education in schools

Abstract

This Community Service Program focuses on managing micro-business-scale food production waste. The activity was carried out at Pakcik Tanjung Morawa Roti MSMEs in the Tanjung Morawa area. These MSMEs produce used eggshell waste and cooking oil every day. The waste has not been managed systematically and could pollute the surrounding environment. This program aims to increase partners' awareness of the value of organic waste. The program also introduces the concept of waste utilization as an alternative energy source.  The activity's approach is educational and informative through field visits. The methods used include observation, interviews, and two-way discussions. The team conveyed the potential of eggshells as a source of calcium oxide.  Calcium oxide serves as a biodiesel catalyst from waste cooking oil. Activities do not yet include technical training or process demonstrations. The activity results showed an increase in the partners' initial understanding. Partners show interest in sustainable waste management. This program results in a mapping of potential waste and partner needs. The output of the activity is documented in reports and follow-up plans. This program is the foundation for the next stage of technology assistance. A simple approach is assessed based on the partner's capacity. Activities support waste reduction and community-based environmental education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of guest lecturse in improving continuous learning in business law courses for students in 2023 in the Entrepreneurship Study Program at Satya Terra Bhinneka University. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quantitative correlational survey method. The quantitative correlation approach is used to determine whether there is a relationship between two or more variables. In this study, data processing was carried out using SPSS version 26.0. The sample of this study was 162 students of the 2023 class of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Satya Terra Bhinneka University. The research data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis prerequisite tests include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests, hypothesis tests include simple regression analysis. The results of the study show: There is a significant effect of Guest Lectures on Employability skills of students in the 2023 class of the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Satya Terra Bhinneka University by 65%.
