Abstract

Wilayah pesisir Desa Carita di Provinsi Banten merupakan lokasi pariwisata yang rawan akan bencana tsunami, baik yang disebabkan oleh aktivitas lempeng tektonik maupun erupsi gunung api. Pada Desember tahun 2018, wilayah pesisir Desa Carita dihantam tsunami yang dipicu oleh longsoran sebagian tubuh Gunung Api Anak Krakatau sehingga menimbulkan korban jiwa dan kerusakan material yang cukup signifikan. Berdasarkan historis tsunami di Selat Sunda, dilakukan kajian terhadap lokasi dan jalur evakuasi tsunami dengan memanfaatkan data penginderaan jauh dan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Penentuan lokasi dan jalur evakuasi mengacu pada skenario inundasi dengan ketinggian tsunami 5 m dan diidentifikasi menggunakan Google Map. Terdapat tiga bangunan yang dianggap layak untuk dijadikan sebagai lokasi evakuasi yaitu Masjid Jami Al-Barokah, Puskesmas Carita, dan Kantor Kecamatan Carita. Waktu tempuh yang dibutuhkan masyarakat berjalan kaki dari pinggir pantai hingga lokasi evakuasi tsunami berkisar antara 9 hingga 16 menit.Kata kunci: Banten, Carita, evakuasi, inundasi, SIG, tsunami

Abstract

As a coffee-producing country, Indonesia needs help exporting its coffee to South Korea, which has high coffee consumption. It causes the value and volume of Indonesian coffee exports to fall below expectations. This research aims to discuss the export of Indonesian coffee to South Korea by using international trade theory and the concept of economic diplomacy. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with primary data from semi-structured interviews, while secondary data is obtained from documents and literature related to data collection collected from January – April 2023. The results of this study are economic diplomacy carried out to maximize Indonesian coffee exports in 2016 – 2021, consisting of business matching, coffeeversation, the Seoul coffee expo and Seoul café show, and the role of government and private actors. These efforts significantly increased the value and volume of Indonesian coffee exports to South Korea the following year.

Abstract

This research is conducted because of the low reading interest of Cikeruh I Public Elementary School students. The students spent more time playing than reading during their spare time. This research aims to build reading interest through "ABC Lima Dasar modifikasi" Games at Cikeruh State Elementary School I. The scope of this research is based on the traditional game modification strategy of learning, including modification of tools, improvement of game rules, change of learning approaches, and development of variations in skills. The research method used is action research. Data collection techniques to determine user needs are done by interview, observation, and literature study. While data collection techniques to assess user responses are done using a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that “ABC Lima Dasar modifikasi” Game in building up reading interest was under the needs and expectations of the school and was following the traditional learning game modification strategy by paying attention to four methods, including tool modification game rule modification, modification of learning approaches and development of skill variations. User responses after an action research study produced the fact that there was an increased interest in reading and library visits. The conclusion of this research is based on the traditional game modification strategy of learning to make students comfortable in playing, train students' skills, and make students interested in reading books in the library.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets on Financial Gains through Investment Strategies at BNI Cabang Surakarta. Using a quantitative approach and structural equation modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS, data from 70 bank customers were analyzed. The results indicate significant direct effects of Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets on Investment Strategies and Financial Gains. Specifically, Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets positively influence Investment Strategies, which in turn enhances Financial Gains. Moreover, indirect effects analysis reveals that Crypto Savvy and Digital Assets indirectly contribute to Financial Gains through Investment Strategies, highlighting the mediating role of Investment Strategies in translating crypto literacy and digital asset integration into financial gains. These findings underscore the importance of enhancing knowledge and strategic management of digital assets within banking operations to optimize financial performance. The study's insights provide actionable recommendations for BNI Cabang Surakarta and similar institutions to improve their digital asset strategies and achieve sustainable financial success in the evolving financial landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle, Sales Promotion, Hedonic Shopping Motivation and Pay later on online impulsive buying behavior. This research used a survey design with purposive sampling. In this study, it used a quantitative approach with a sample of 144 Shopee consumers and using Shopee pay later when making transactions. The data source used is primary data using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study: (1) there is a positive influence of shopping lifestyle on impulsive buying (2) there is no positive influence of sales promotion on impulsive buying (3) there is no positive influence of hedonic shopping motivation on impulsive buying (4) there is a positive influence of pay later on impulsive buying.

Abstract

This study examines two main issues: the authority of Bawaslu in supervising the implementation of honest and fair regional head elections in Pasaman Regency and the perspective of siyasah tanfidziyah regarding Bawaslu's role in these elections. The research aims to analyze Bawaslu's supervisory authority over regional head elections in Pasaman Regency and explore the views of siyasah tanfidziyah on its role in ensuring fair and honest elections.  The research adopts an empirical juridical approach, focusing on the operations of Bawaslu in Pasaman Regency. Primary data were collected from the Pasaman Regency General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) and community figures, while secondary data were obtained from legal documents, regulations, books, and journals. Data collection methods included interviews and documentation. The analysis utilized descriptive techniques to evaluate Bawaslu's authority in ensuring fair elections in Pasaman Regency, grounded in the provisions of Law Number 7 of 2017.The findings indicate that Bawaslu in Pasaman Regency has fulfilled its duties and exercised its authority as mandated by Law Number 7 of 2017. However, limited public awareness of election violation reporting procedures presents a significant challenge for Bawaslu in addressing such cases. This highlights the need for Bawaslu to actively promote public awareness through educational and outreach programs that engage the community directly. Enhanced public participation in reporting violations would improve Bawaslu’s effectiveness in fulfilling its supervisory functions.From the perspective of fiqh siyasah, Bawaslu functions as part of al-shulthah tanfidziyah, carrying out its mandate to oversee and enforce election laws. This aligns with its executive role in maintaining order and fairness during elections, ensuring compliance with democratic principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi permintaan konsumen buah anggur pada lapak buah california fresh fruit di Kota Palu. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari 2024 sampai bulan Maret 2024. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan yakni 33 responden yang membeli dan mengonsumsi buah anggur, dengan penentuan metode Sampling Aksidental. Alat analisis yang digunakan yakni Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan uji F (Simultan) dan uji T (Parsial). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai F hitung (40,166) > f-tabel (2,71) berarti secara bersama-sama semua variabel yaitu pendapatan konsumen X1, harga buah anggur X2, harga buah apel X3, jumlah tanggungan keluarga X4, memberi pengaruh nyata terhadap permintaan buah anggur. Hasil uji t diperoleh harga buah anggur, harga buah apel, berpengaruh nyata secara signifikan terhadap permintaan buah anggur, sedangkan pendapatan konsumen X1 , dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga X4, berpengaruh tidak nyata secara signifikan terhadap permintaan buah anggur pada lapak buah California Fresh Fruit di Kota Palu.

Abstract

UMKM sebagai salah satu penopang perekonomian di Indonesia menjadi memburuk karena adanyapenekanan terhadap penyebaran covid-19. UMKM membutuhkan solusi yang dianggap bisa menjadistrategi internal UMKM, yaitu menggunakan informasi akuntansi agar lebih mahir dalam mengelolausaha pelaku UMKM. Bantuan yang diberikan pemerintah menjadi solusi pihak eksternal yang dapatmenunjang kelangsungan berdirinya UMKM, melalui kebijakan restrukturisasi pinjaman, tambahanbantuan modal, dan lainnya. Selain itu, dorongan dari pemerintah agar UMKM melakukan inovasidigital yang dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan dapat melewati kesulitan di masa pandemi. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mencari solusi atau “obat” bagi UMKM agar mampu bertahan dan menghadapikrisis di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang datanya bersumberdari jawaban kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Sebanyak 131 data responden diolah dalampenelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwainformasi akuntansi dan peran pemerintah mampu membantu UMKM bertahan di masa pandemi.Sementara itu, digitalisasi belum mampu membantu UMKM bertahan di masa pandemi.

Abstract

This research aims to find legal provisions regarding Mentawai cultural discrimination in Law no. 17 of 2022 concerning West Sumatra Province, what is the siyasah fiqh perspective regarding Mentawai cultural discrimination in Law Number 17 of 2022 concerning West Sumatra Province. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the legal provisions regarding Mentawai cultural discrimination in Law Number 17 of 2022 concerning West Sumatra Province. The author can conclude several things as follows: The impact of the policy of Law Number 17 of 2022 concerning the Province of West Sumatra, on Mentawai ethnicity is considered to be less suitable, the government is considered to be ignoring the Mentawai tribe, this can be seen from the fact that Mentawai is not an area with the Minangkabau tribe.

Abstract

Money used in Islam is money that doesn’t not contain usury in its creation. The form can be full bodied money or fiat money with 100% gold standard. The principle of both is the same, namely limiting the creation of money so that the stability of the value of money is maintained. Current banknotes legally and in fact have become legitimate payment instrument. Its position is still a legitimate means of payment as long as it meets the conditions set by sharia, namely the government must declarat it as a legal payment instrument, the government must maintain its value, ensures that there is no trade in money and prohibits and prevents the circulation of counterfeit money. The concept of Time Value of Money is motivated by the presumption of the loss of capital owners of opportunity cost when they lend money to other parties, so that the capital owner imposes a certain precentage value as compensation to the borrower. The view of Islam is that money has no time value. But time has economic value, the value of time will be higher if someone can take advantage of his time. The more effective and efficient the higher the time value will be.
