Abstract

This study was conducted to identify entrepreneurial desire and entrepreneurial productivity among Semarang State Polytechnic students after post-covid-19. Respondents in this study were 100 Semarang State Polytechnic students who own businesses. This study used confirmatory factor analysis and maximum likelihood estimation in SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) from the AMOS 24.0 statistical software package (Structural Moment Analysis). The data collection technique used questionnaires with different semantic scales. The results of parameter estimation are in accordance with the hypothesis that entrepreneurial knowledge has a significant effect on business preference with a normalised coefficient estimate of 0.586 and a P-Value of ***, and entrepreneurial training has a positive effect on business preference with a normalised coefficient estimate of 0.470 and a P-Value of *** and entrepreneurial interest has a significant effect on business productivity with a normalised coefficient estimate of 1.007 and a P-Value of ***. From this study, it can be concluded that in the current post- covid-19 context, students who are engaged in the startup world need to increase their education and understanding of entrepreneurship, especially in this time of great need. There must be innovation so that they can survive and develop in a better direction along with the times.

Abstract

Legal assistance regarding the Registration of Micro Small Business Permits in sub-districts is ordered through the Online Single Submission (OSS) System based on Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018, departing from the lack of socialization and education for PKH (Family Hope Program) Graduation SME’s actors. Implementation of community service in the form of micro, small and medium legal assistance to a number of 20 beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program. This community service aims to increase legal awareness of SME’s actors to take care of the legality of their business. Method of increasing legal awareness by providing assistance. The material for socialization includes Law no. 20 of 2008 concerning SME’s and Presidential Regulation No. 98 of 2014, Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 concerning Integrated Electronic Business Licensing Services or (OSS). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as one of the actors of economic development in the regions need to be empowered through human resource development, capital support, production and productivity, business protection, partnership development, business networks and marketing as well as business legality through (OSS). ). The results of the mentoring show an increase in understanding and legal awareness of SME’s to take care of the legality of their business. Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Komunitas KPM PKH di Kec. Suruh adalah masalah pemasaran dan keterampilan menggunakan teknologi. Komunitas KPM PKH  di Kec. Suruh memerlukan pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi sehingga dapat bersaing dengan usaha  baru yang bersifat online. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah 1) Mengidentifikasi penggunaan media pemasaran pada Komunitas KPM PKH  di Kec. Suruh, 2) Menggambarkan upaya pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi pada Komunitas KPM PKH  Kec. Suruh melalui pelatihan digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan Focus Group Discussion. Metode yang digunakan dalam upaya pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi adalah metode pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan. Materi -materi dalam upaya pengembangan usaha berbasis teknologi pada Komunitas KPM PKH  Kec. Suruh melalui pelatihan digital marketing meliputi : 1) Menumbuhan jiwa kewirausahaan untuk bisnis online, 2) Sharing session, 3) Pelatihan digital marketing (menggunakan facebook dan instragram bisnis). Hasil identifikasi menunjukkan bahwa banyak Komunitas KPM PKH  di Kec. Suruh menggunakan teknologi sederhana dalam pemasaran, yaitu didominasi dengan media Whatsapp. Bahkan masih banyak Komunitas KPM PKH  yang menjalankan usahanya secara offline tanpa bantuan teknologi. Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini mendapatkan tanggapan yang positif, dinilai dapat memberikan wawasan dan ilmu, dan memberikan inspirasi

Abstract

Kegiatan usaha masyarakat di daerah khusunya UMKM telah banyak menberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat umum, akan tetapi kurangnya pendampingan terkait legalitas usaha bagi mereka membuat pengembangan usaha tidak berjalan sebagaimana mestinya, maka perlu adanya pendampingan untuk mendapatkan legalitas izin usaha bagi UMKM yang merintis maupun mengembangkan usahanya di Kelurahan Mangunharjo, program pengabdian berupa pendampingan dan pelatihan ini dengan peserta 10 orang Pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di berbagai bidang usaha seperti fashion, kuliner dan kerajinan di Kelurahan Mangunharjo, Kota Semarang yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku UMKM guna mengurus legalitas usaha, materi yang di sampaikan meliputi UU No. 20 Tahun 2008, Perpres No 98 Tahun 2014 dan PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2018 tentang Pelayanan Perizinan Berusaha Terintegrasi Berbasis Resiko secara Online Single Submission (OSS). Pelatihan Digital Marketing dalam hal ini adalah dengan cara integrasi dan kombinasi berbagai aplikasi online sosial media melalui pendaftaran pemilik secara legal untuk informasi lokasi bisnis dan deskripsi bisnis di google bisnisku sehingga mudah ditemukan oleh pelanggan saat menggunakan aplikasi Google Map, memperluas jangkauan pelanggan melalui strategi pemasaran di Instagram bisnis, serta kemudahan dalam proses pemesanan dan komunikasi dari pelanggan kepada pemilik bisnis melalui fitur katalog produk di Whatsapp for Business. Melalui strategi integrasi berbagai media bisnis online tersebut, maka penyebaran informasi produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan oleh mitra UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of the employee management system and customer relations on business performance at the outsourcing company Etos National Company. The population in this study are cleaning service employees who work under PT Etos Nasional. The number of samples was 67, using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach, and literature study, interviews, and questionnaires carry out data collection methods. The scale used is a semantic differential scale. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The tool used in data processing is the SPSS application. Based on the test results, the regression equation is Y = 7,133 + 0,482 + 0,282 it can be concluded that the variable employee management system (X1) and customer relations (X2) have a positive and significant effect on business performance (Y).

Abstract

The global era, life can be associated with new things. The business conditions very competitive between companies and other SME`s where the level of competition eventually becomes very high. Regarding the price, customers will of course look for the lowest possible price but demand good quality from a product. Customer satisfaction is an important concern at this time because it will form customer loyalty. Research related to Price Perception, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty conducted on customers of gacoan noodle outlets in the city of Semarang consisting of students and workers in the age range of 15 to 40 years. This study uses confirmatory factor analysis and maximum likelihood estimation in SEM from the AMOS 24.0. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with incidental sampling. The parameter estimation results are following the hypothesis that Price Perception and Product Quality significantly affect Consumer Satisfaction and have an impact on Customer Loyalty. From this research, it concluded that after the current Covid-19 pandemic, consumers are increasingly enthusiastic about dining with friends and family outside the home or ordering online by looking for dishes that fit their budget and looking for good product quality.

Abstract

Technological developments also affect the development of the economic and business world. From the problems of MSMEs and previous community service experiences, the community service team provided assistance and application of marketing video-making technology to 5 members of MSMEs KPM PKH Graduasi, Suruh District, Semarang Regency. In this service, the community service team also provided several equipment and tools to support the making of good marketing videos. The MSMEs that the team chose are MSMEs that sell products that can be videoed with the help of the facilities that will be provided. The five MSMEs consist of MSMEs with culinary businesses (cakes and chips), clothing resellers and handicraft businesses (furniture). In the video-making training, they directly use the products owned by MSMEs.

Abstract

Research on business continuity is an interesting topic to investigate, given the intense competition in the business world. The purpose of this study is to develop Green Process Innovation Performance from Green Strategic Intentions with the help of Intervening Variables, namely Green Intellectual Capital consisting of Green Human Capital, Green Organizational Capital, and Green Relational Capital. The population that became the subject of this study were MSME business actors engaged in Batik Tulis Lasem in Rembang Regency. The sampling method used is the census method, and the number of samples used is 115 respondents, which is part of the total population. The results of the model generated from this study are expected to make a positive contribution to the UMKM players of Batik Tulis Lasem in an effort to maintain the continuity and sustainability of their business, especially in the environmental aspect. The results of this study can also be articulated in the form of suggestions for management and formulation of scientific articles, as well as the development of measurement instruments. The managerial advice generated from this research can be useful for local governments in formulating policies and programs aimed at supporting the continuity of entrepreneurs, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The increasing challenges of economic competition and issues related to environmental maintenance require business actors to consider the actions that will be taken in order to survive and exist in the recovery after the co-19 pandemic while still paying attention to the surrounding environmental conditions, the application of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a topic that is being echoed in the industrial world today. The population of this study were Semarang Batik MSME players. While the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. The number of research samples was 100 samples. The research technique used is linear regression analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The output model in this study is expected to make a positive contribution to MSME actors in an effort to realize their business continuity, both in the form of managerial implication suggestions and the formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments. Managerial advice is aimed at the local government in formulating program policies to maintain the existence of Semarang batik entrepreneurs who are currently being affected by issues related to environmental friendliness.
