Abstract

Business continuity is an interesting phenomenon to study. Because businesses have very intense competition. Innovation is needed in order to continue to exist and develop, the application of strategies that have an impact on the environment is highly expected by consumers today with the rampant health issues that haunt society. The purpose of this study is to build Green Process Innovation Performance from Green Supply Chain Management based on Green Intellectual Capital which is described by Green Human Capital, Green Organizational Capital, Green Relational Capital. The population of this study were the actors of Batik Tulis Lasem SMEs in Rembang Regency. While the sampling technique used in this study is the Census Method. For the number of research samples is 100 samples from the total population of respondents. This research technique uses two approaches: 1). Confirmatory factor analysis, in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM); and 2). Regression Weight on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The model output in this study can provide a positive contribution for Batik Tulis Lasem business actors in an effort to be able to realize the continuity and sustainability of their business in environmental aspects, both in the form of managerial implication suggestions and the formulation of scientific articles and measurement instruments. Managerial advice is aimed at the local government in formulating program policies to maintain the existence of entrepreneurs

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the interest in entrepreneurship and business productivity of Semarang State Polytechnic students during the covid-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study were Semarang State Polytechnic students who had a business in the middle of their learning on campus totaling 100 students. This study uses confirmatory factor analysis and maximum likelihood estimation techniques on SEM (Structural Equations Modeling) from the AMOS 24.0 statistical package (Analysis of Moment Structure). The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a differential semantic scale. The parameter estimation results are in accordance with the hypothesis that entrepreneurial understanding significantly affects entrepreneurial interest with an estimated standardized coefficient value of 0.534 and P-Value ***, as well as entrepreneurship training has a positive effect on entrepreneurial interest with an estimated standardized coefficient value of 0.503 and P-Value *** and interest in entrepreneurship significantly affects business productivity with an estimated standardized coefficient of 0.361 and P-Value ***. From this research, it can be concluded that in the midst of the current covid-19 pandemic, students who are engaged in the world of entrepreneurship need to increase their training and understanding related to entrepreneurship, especially with the current digitalization era which is growing rapidly, there needs to be innovations that can make them survive in a better direction according to the times.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mekanisme kinerja keberlanjutan atau Sustainable Performance  melalui Big Data Analytics Capabilities yang berkontribusi dalam menciptakan nilai berkelanjutan dan menganalisis peran mediasi yang dimainkan oleh Supply Chain Management Capabilities (SCMC), serta Circular Economy Practices (CEP), yang berdampak terhadap kinerja berkelanjutan. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah para pelaku UMKM sektor Kuliner dan Fashion di Jawa Tengah. Sedangkan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Purposive Sampling. Untuk jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 100 sampel dari total populasi responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Big Data Analytics Capabilitiesmempunyai dampak yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan dari kinerja UMKM, maka bagi para pelaku UMKM seyogyanya senantiasa berupaya mengikuti perkembangan zaman dengan penerapan Big Data Analytics Capabilitiesterhadap para karyawan sehingga mampu meningkatkan konsumen dan tetap eksis dalam industri

Abstract

Meningkatnya tantangan persaingan ekonomi dan permasalahan terkait pemeliharaan lingkungan hidup menuntut para pelaku usaha untuk mempertimbangkan Tindakan - tindakan yang akan diambil agar dapat bertahan dan eksis dalam pemulihan pasca pandemi dengan tetap memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan sekitar, penerapannya Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) menjadi topik yang sedang digaungkan di dunia industri saat ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM Batik Semarang. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 sampel. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan aplikasi AMOS 24. Output model dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi pelaku UMKM dalam upaya mewujudkan keberlangsungan usahanya, baik berupa saran implikasi manajerial. dan perumusan artikel ilmiah dan instrumen pengukuran. Saran manajerial ditujukan kepada pemerintah daerah dalam merumuskan kebijakan program untuk mempertahankan eksistensi pengusaha batik semarang yang saat ini terimbas isu terkait ramah lingkungan

Abstract

Environmental concerns have become increasingly prominent, as numerous phenomena underscore the critical relationship between human sustainability and environmental preservation. This awareness has extended into the business sector, where consumers now expect companies to implement environmentally responsible strategies, especially amid growing health and ecological concerns. This study investigates the impact of transforming Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices on the environmental performance of culinary and fashion MSMEs in Semarang City. Using purposive sampling, data were collected from 100 respondents representing local MSMEs. The research employed two analytical approaches within the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework: Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Regression Weight Analysis. The findings reveal that the implementation of GSCM positively influences environmental performance and contributes to the long-term sustainability of MSME operations. This study offers practical implications for local MSMEs to integrate green practices into their supply chains while enhancing business continuity. Furthermore, the results provide valuable insights for local government authorities to develop supportive policies and programs that encourage sustainable business practices. Overall, this research highlights the strategic importance of GSCM as a tool for improving environmental performance and maintaining competitiveness in a globalized economy.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang juga mempengaruhi perkembangan dunia ekonomi dan bisnis, istilah era industri 5.0 sudah tidak asing lagi, dimana teknologi membantu manusia dalam hal bisnis. Melanjutkan pengabdian sebelumnya terhadap Komunitas UMKM Mangunharjo mengenai pendampingan legalitas usaha dan pelatihan digital marketing yang diterapkan kepada seluruh Komunitas UMKM Mangunharjo sebanyak 8 orang, tim pengabdian hendak melanjutkan pengabdian tersebut. Dari hasil pengabdian sebelumnya, dalam hal pemasaran terutama pemasaran secara digital, UMKM masih merasa kurang mampu untuk membuat tampilan pemasaran yang menarik karena keterbatasan pengetahuan termasuk pengetahuan penggunaan teknologi. Masih banyak UMKM yang menginginkan pelatihan untuk dilanjutkan namun lebih terfokus dari permasalahan UMKM dan pengalaman pengabdian masyarakat sebelumnya, tim pengabdian masyarakat akan  melakukan pendampingan dan penerapan teknologi pembuatan foto dan vidio pemasaran kepada 8 anggota Komunitas UMKM Mangunharjo. Pengabdian akan dilakukan kepada 8 anggota UMKM saja, agar terjadi seperti pengabdian sebelumnya sehingga ilmu disampaikan dan praktek yang dilakukan dapat terserap dengan baik oleh UMKM dengan harapan kedepannya UMKM mampu secara mandiri membuat foto dan vidio pemasaran.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on previous research for three purposes, namely: creating hypotheses, creating new variations on hypotheses that are different from previous research, and proving hypotheses. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from sources that are definitely credible in the form of Three Second customers, with a total of two hundred customers spread throughout Indonesia. The data that researchers obtained were analyzed using the innovative PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The conclusion is explained comprehensively in this section. In the first hypothesis in this article, it can be concluded that it is accepted and proven. This is because the P-values in this article are positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.007. The results mentioned by the researcher above are in line with a number of previous studies, namely. This means that better user-generated content on a product can make a larger market share, increase product recognition in the eyes of the public, and so on, which can increase Purchasing Decisions. In the following hypothesis, the Electronic-Word of Mouth variable can strengthen or moderate the influence of the User Generated Content variable on Purchasing Decisions because the same thing, namely the P-Value value, is positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. more significant than direct testing of 0.007. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven the growth of e-commerce as a major platform in modern trade activities. In increasingly competitive conditions, businesses are required to implement effective marketing strategies, one of which is through product discounts. This study aims to analyze the role of product discounts in increasing marketing effectiveness and their contribution to business progress in the e-commerce era. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive associative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 active e-commerce businesses that have used discount strategies. The analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests, multiple regression, and the Sobel test to examine the mediation effect. The results show that product discounts have a significant effect on marketing effectiveness (β = 0.568; p < 0.01), and marketing effectiveness has a significant effect on business progress (β = 0.612; p < 0.01). Discounts also have a direct effect on business progress (β = 0.325; p < 0.05), but the indirect effect through marketing effectiveness is proven to be stronger based on the results of the Sobel test (Z = 3.85; p < 0.001). This finding provides important implications for e-commerce business actors to be able to utilize discounts appropriately in building their business progress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan penelitian terdahulu sebagai acuan utama dalam penelitian ini. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh peneliti dari berbagai sumber primer maupun diperoleh langsung dari sumber yang kredibel. Data yang diperoleh peneliti dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil dalam artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis dalam artikel ini bertanda positif dan berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Pada hipotesis pertama, variabel Brand Ambassador dapat memiliki arah hubungan positif dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, yaitu 0,004. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa peran Brand Ambassador dapat membuat produk lebih dikenal luas oleh masyarakat, memperluas pangsa pasar, dan pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan Keputusan Pembelian. Pada hipotesis berikutnya, P-Values ​​juga memiliki arah yang serupa, yaitu positif dan berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05, yaitu 0,000, lebih signifikan dibandingkan pengujian langsung sebesar 0,004. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis pertama dan kedua dalam artikel ini dapat diterima dan terbukti.
