Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Of Siak order to determine the effect of variable Job Satisfaction, non Financial Compensation and Work Environment Physical, simultaneously on Spirit of employees. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Lubuk Dalam Kabupaten Of Siak. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees that totaled 49 people and sampled. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that job satisfaction variable, non-Financial Compensation and Working Environment Physical simultaneously significant effect on Spirit Employees. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that job satisfaction variable, non-Financial Compensation and Working Environment Physical significant effect on spirit employees. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) amounted to 0,656, which means, variable Job Satisfaction, non Financial Compensation and Working Environment Physical against spirit employees, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Compensation Non Financial, Physical Work Environment and spirit employees

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and work environment simultaneously on employee morale at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru and determine the effect of communication and work environment partially at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. This study uses census method technique , 80 samples were selected as respondents. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, analysis of partial and simultaneous (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17:00). From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the working environment variables have a dominant influence on employee morale. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together against the dependent variable of 57.9 % while the remaining 42.15 % is influenced by other variables that are not diteliliti in this study. Thus to improve employee morale, the management needs to pay attention to communication and work environment in the company.Keywords: communication, working environment, and employee morale

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sreambi Media Press di Kota Padang in order to determine the effect of variable work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously to stress the work of journalists PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang. This study uses primary data obtained from interviews and giving questionnaires to all employees of PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang. Secondary data were obtained relating to the object and the organizational structure of the population in this study were all employees of 60 people and made in the sample. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (Test-F) shows that the work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously significant effect on work stress reporters PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang. From the results of the partial test (t-test) showed that the work environment and individual characteristics significantly influence work stress reporters. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.744, which means, work environment and individual characteristics together influence the work stress reporters PT. Serambi Media Press di Kota Padang, while the rest influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Work Environment, Individual Characteristics and Job Stress

Abstract

The research was conductedon Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau in order to determinethe influences Leadership and Employee Commitment either simultaneously orpartially on Performance of Organizational in Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau. The methodologyin this studyis: Leadership and Employee Commitment significant influenceon Performance of Organizational Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau and thedominant factoraffectingthe Performance of Organizational is Leadership. While thepopulationin this studyistheemployees on Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau whichamounted to145people, witha total sample of 106 respondents. Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysismethodby usingSPSSversion17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Leadership and Employee Commitment) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Performance Organizational). The magnitude of the influence that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable was 50,9%, while the remaining 49,5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (leadership and employee Commitment) has a significant influence on Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (performance organizational). Dominant variables affecting performance organizational in Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Riau is Leadership where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables.Keywords: Leadership, Employee Commitment and Performance Organizational

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out influence of personal characteristic and organizational commitment on civil servants loyalty in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Population in this research is all of civil servants in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Sample which is taken is done with making all of population to be respondents and there are 61 respondents. Data source from primary data and secondary data. Technique of collecting data in this research are through an observation, interview, and questionnaire. Analysis method which is used quantitative descriptive method that use multiple linear regression constructively SPSS program version 17. Result shows that organizational commitment variable has significant influence to civil servants loyalty and more dominant than personal characteristic variable. Personal Characteristic has significant influence to civil servants loyalty in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Simultaneous test shows that personal characteristic variable and organizational commitment variable has significant influence depends on civil servants loyalty in Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Pengelolaan Pasar Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu which are described on R2 0,557. Means that Personal Characteristic and Organizational Commitment variables has influenced loyalty by 55,7% while the rest 44,3% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in this study.Keywords : Personal Characteristic, Organizational Commitment, Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence simultaneously on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. To determine the influence of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence partially on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. And to determine which variables are the dominant influence on the performance of the Direktorat Polisi Perairan (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru. In this study, the population is Water Police Directorate officers (Ditpolair) Pekanbaru, amounting to 82. To undertake research sample taken using census method that sets the entire population as the study sample. Analysis of the data in this study will use a multiple regression model. The results of this study stated that intelligence (X1), emotional intelligence (X2) and spiritual intelligence variable (X3) simultaneously have significant affects the performance. Then partially these three variables also have a significant effect. Variable spiritual intelligence ( X3 ) is a dominant variable affecting the performance Ditpolair Riau Police officers because it has a regression coefficient greater than the other independent variables (intellectual and emotional intelligence). Effect of intellectual, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance simultaneous based Adjusted R2 value is equal to 0.476 or 47.60 % , while 52.40 % influenced by other variables not examined in this study as a factor compensation motivation, environment work, supervision and so forth.Keywords : Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence, Performance

Abstract

The aims of this research is to find out the employee commitment and job satisfaction with work discipline. The population of this research is taken from employes of Research and Development of Riau Province Office’s. Total Sampling method is used to get the samples from 80 peoples. To analyze the data Multiple Linier Regression, F- test, and t- test analysis with using SPSS 17. The result shows that employee commitment about value and aim, participatory and loyality in organization are sufficient. Employee job satisfaction show that their statisfied with their Jobs. For employes work discipline is in sufficinet categories. The result shows that both of variabel employee commitment and job satisfaction had significant effects with work discipline. Employee commitment and job satisfaction has positive coefficient regression, in other words employee commitment and job statisfaction will improved work discipline. There are strong correlations between employee commitment and job statisfaction with work discipline.Keywords : Employee Commitment, Job Satisfaction, and Work Discipline

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sawit Asahan Indah Rokan Hulu District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect job placement, traning and non-physical environment on employee job satisfacition. The study population was 80 employees and is set with models census. Research variables used are the job placement, traning and non-physical work environment as independent variables and job satisfacition dependent variable. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis aided by SPSS version 21. Research shows that the work placement and a significant positive effect Satisfaction Good work means more work placement can then job satisfaction will be improved, in particular in PT. Sawit Asahan Indah. Training variables influence positively and significantly Against Job satisfaction. Searching Google Articles Thus, more Effective Employee Training Conducted Indeed in basically able to increase job satisfaction, particularly in Sawit Asahan Indah. Non Physical Environment Variables work and significant positive effect on job Satisfaction, particularly in PT Sawit Asahan Indah. Increasingly High non Physical work environment employees in the Company, then the work will satisfaction can be improved. Abstract

The purpose is to know the effect of partial and simultaneous leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Riau Pos Pekanbaru which is located at Jalan H. Soebrantas Km 10,5 Pekanbaru Kecamatan Tampan, Riau. The sample in this study amounted to 107 people by using random sampling method. In this study using quantitative descriptive with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research that has been implemented, leadership has an influence on employee performance with the tcount (5.488)> ttable (1.983) and the resulting significance value of 0.000. Motivation also has an effect on employee performance with the value of tcount (3.320)> ttable (1.983) and the resulting significance value of 0.00. And work discipline has an effect on employee performance with the value of tcount (4.105)> ttable (1.983) and the resulting significance value of 0.000. Thus known F count (76.706)> F table (2.69) with Sig. (0,000) <0.05. This means that simultaneously or simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline have an influence on employee performance at PT Riau Pos Pekanbaru. R value of 0.831 or 83.1% means there is a relationship between leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Riau Pos Pekanbaru. R Square value of 0.691 or 69.1% leadership, motivation and work discipline can affect employee performance at PT Pekanbaru Pekan Pekanbaru while the remaining 30.9% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study. kkeywords : Leadership, Motivation,Work Discipline, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The research was conducted on a PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang Pekanbaru in order to determine what variables influence of enviromental variables and co-workers working simultaneously and partially on employee job satisfaction service PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang, in Pekanbaru.As for the population in this study is part of a service employee PT. Riau Jaya Cemerlang, in Pekanbaru which amounted to 55 people and populations sampled in this study by using the method of census of all employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00 From the results of testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that the work environment and co-workers simultaneously significant effect on employee satisfaction service PT.Riau Jaya Cemerlang, in Pekanbaru. Partial Test Results (t test) indicate that the work enviroment variable positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction service, and coworkers variable partial positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in service. Recommendations that can authors ask is that companies should pay attention to the working environment and a good co-worker relationship to improve employee job satisfaction in the future.Keywords:Work enviromental, Coworkers, and Job Satisfaction
