Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial incentives, and physical work environment on employee morale PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru. Total population in this study were all employees of PT Baja DivaManufacturing Pekanbaru, consisting of 42 employees and a sample is drawn from the entire population consisting of employees of PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru totaling 42 people. Results of the study simultaneously there are significant financial incentives, physical work environment, on morale. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) = 0263 which means that the contribution of financial incentives, physical work environment on morale was 26.3%. Advice can be given that the employees inorder to continue to develop the ability continuously to carry out the task, to the leadership of the PT Baja Diva Manufacturing Pekanbaru to always strive to provide and increase the number of financial incentives to employees so that employees are satisfied with the incentive money received and feel better eager to work with the incentives and always improve the physical working environment such as the completeness of infrastructure and facilities in the works so that the number of existing employees seesuai the number of equipment and facilities available.Keywords: Financial Incentives, Physical Work environment and Morale.

Abstract

This study was conducted to Employee Services Department PT. PLN (Persero) Branch Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Regency jl. Yos Sudarso.The purpose of this research to explain the variable employee commitmen and training in simultaneous and parcial to Employee productivity at service department PT.PLN (Persero) Cabang Selatpanjang Kabuapten Kepuluan Meranti. The population in this study were employees of PT Services Department. PLN (Persero) Branch Selatpanjang Meranti Islands Regency totaling 50 people. Sampel decision made by the census method as responden 50 samples, the method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative method by using SPSS version 18. From the results of simultaneous testing (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Employee Commitment and Training) has a positive and significant effect on the variable (Employee Productivity) the magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together - equal to dependent variable 84.6% while the remaining 15.4%, influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each - each variable studied bebas (Employee Commitment and Training) has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Employee Productivity).Keywords: Commitment to Employees, Training and Employee Productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan KabupatenKuantan Singingi. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahuipengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian rawat inap RumahSakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan. Untuk itu diambil sampel sebanyak 63 orangdari populasi atau jumlah pegawai dengan menggunakan metode simpel randomsampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dari semua anggota populasi dilakukansecara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam anggota populasi itu.Analisa yang dilakukan bersifat kuantitatif dan deskriptif serta menggunakan rumusregresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan data program SPSS (StatisticalPackage of Social Science) dimana pembuktian hipotesa dilakukan dengan uji- t.Untuk menguji apakah ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawaibagian rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan Kabupaten KuantanSingingi di gunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dari nilai t —tabel (t- hitung = 3,176) > ( t-tabel = 1, 670) dengan persamaan regresi linearsederhana adalah sebagai berikut Y = 24,812 + 0,332X. Besar pengaruh yangdisumbangkan oleh variabel bebas dapat dilihat dari koofisien determinasi (R))sebesar 0,142 ( 14,2% ) dan koofisien korelasi ( r ) sebesar 0,377( 37,7% ).Sehingga terbukti bahwa dari tanggapan responden terhadap budaya organisasiberpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian rawat inap pada Rumah Sakit UmumDaerah Teluk Kuantan tetapi ada faktor lain yang juga cukup berpengaruh terhadapkinerja pegawai bagian rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk KuantanKabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa budayaorganisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian rawatinap pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Dewan Kerqjinan Nasional Daerah(Dekranasda) Rengat, Kabupaten TK II Indragiri Hulu, Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui strategi bersaing apa yang dapat dirumuskan dan diterapkan olehindustri Tenun Ikat dan Kain Songket Dekranasda Rengat sehingga dapatmeningkatkan volume penjualannya. Metode penelitian yung dipergunakan dalainpenelitian ini adalah metode survey, dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulandata berupa wawancara dan menyebarkan beberapa questioner. Analisis data yangpenulis gunakan berupa analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan,merumuskan, menguraikan dan menginterpretasikan data yang didapat kedalambentuk tabel-tabel untuk kemudian dibahas dengan berlandaskan pada teori yangada. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan data yang sudah ditabulasikan danmembahasnya dengan metode analisis deskriptif yang ada akan menunjukkankeunggulan-keunggulan yang dimiliki sehigga dapat berguna oleh Dekranasdadalam proses merumuskan strategi bersaingnya Hasil penelitian ini memperolehkesimpulan bahwa belum tercapainya target penjualan disebabkan oleh mahalnyaharga produk yang ditetapkan oleh Dekranasda dibandingkan dengan harga yangditetapkan oleh harga pesaing, makin ketatnya persaingan yang terjadi serta kurangintensifnya dalam melayani segmen pasar yang potensial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, work experience andincentives on work productivity of plantation employees of PT. EkaduraIndonesia, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study includes employeesat PT. Ekadura Indonesia, totaling 95 people. Primary data was collected byusing a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test thehypothesis in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help ofthe SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is saturatedsampling, totaling 95 people. The results in the study indicate that: 1)Competence affects the work productivity of plantation employees of PT. EkaduraIndonesia Rokan Hulu Regency 2) Work experience affects the work productivityof plantation employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and leadership onemployee performance at the PT. Capella Isuzu Pekanbaru. The population in this studyincludes all employees at the PT. Capella Isuzu Pekanbaru, totaling 54 people. Primarydata were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of thestudy, to test the hypothesis in this study using linear regression analysis with the help ofthe SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (54employees at the PT. Capella Isuzu Pekanbaru). The results showed that: 1) there was apositive and significant effect of the on employee performance at the PT. Capella IsuzuPekanbaru, 2) there was a positive and significant influence work discipline on employeeperformance at the PT. Abstract

Job satisfaction is an employee's assessment, feeling, or attitude towards his workand related to the work environment is entirely a number of wants and needsthrough some work or work desires. The purpose of this study was to determinethe effect of workload, work stress and leadership on nurse job satisfaction duringthe COVID-19 pandemic at RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. This type ofresearch is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 76people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysismethod uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of theSPSS version 21 software application. The results of this study indicate that: 1)Workload has a negative and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 2) Jobstress has a negative and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 3)Leadership has a positive and significant effect on nurse job satisfaction, 4)Workload Work, Job Stress and Leadership have a significant and significanteffect on the job satisfaction of nurses in RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Keywords: Job Satisfaction;Workload; Work Stress; Leadership

Abstract

This study aims to look at internship experience, job interest, and self-efficacy on job readiness (case study of management students class 2018-2020 faculty of economics and business, Riau University). The population in the study were students majoring in management at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Riau class of 2018-2020) who have participated in internships with a total of 517 people. The sampling technique used is proportional stratified random sampling, which is the activity of taking samples from the population if the population is not homogeneous (not the same) and there are levels (stratified) proportionally, so that the sample in this study amounted to 84 people. The data analysis method used is multiple liner regression analysis using the help of the SPSS Version 26 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between internship experience on job readiness. There is a positive and significant influence between job interest on job readiness. There is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy on job readiness. There is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between internship experience, job interest, and self-efficacy on job readiness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of employee commitment and cultural organizational factors towards employees of the Job Performance, Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province both simultaneously (overall test) and partial (individual test). The research method used is verification, while the population in this study is the Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province based on increasing totaling 402 people. By using the method of proportional stratified random sampling in the sample amount to obtain 40 respondents. While data collection technology is used by the field study and library that includes observation, interviews and question-naires, and to determine the relationship and the influence of an independent variable to the model variables to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the calculated results obtained statistically Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) was 0.8950 with p <0.05 and the coefficient value of Determination (R2) 80.11%. This means that approximately 80.11% of employee commitment and organizational culture factors have a significant influence on employee job performance. Partial test showed that the partial coefficient of determination values contained in the organizational culture variables for (r2) = 54.58% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 7.515> ttable = 1.678 and ttable variables for employee commitment (r2) = 78, 74% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 13.196> ttable = 1.678. These results indicate that organizational cultural factors and employee commitment have a significant relationship influence on employee job performance of the Riau Province Regional Secretariat (SetDa).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Prestasi Kerja, Disiplin dan Loyalitas Karyawan Terhadap Promosi Jabatan pada PT Adimulia Agrolestari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi.” Populasi dalam penelitian ini karyawan PT Adimulia Agrolestari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner sebagai instrument untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian. Untuk munguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data Regresi Linear Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS ver 26. Pengambilan sampel menggunkan sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka sampel penelitian ini adalah 41 karyawan PT Adimulia Agrolestari Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. 2) Disiplin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. 3) Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan. 4) Prestasi Kerja, Disiplin dan Loyalitas karyawan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Promosi Jabatan.
