Abstract

This study explores how market research, social capital, and dynamic capabilities interact to shape the competitiveness and sustainability of firms in Indonesia's tourism creative economy. Survey data from 215 businesses were analyzed quantitatively using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings show a strong correlation between dynamic capability and competitiveness and sustainability in marketing. Likewise, social capital and market research showed favorable correlations with competitiveness and sustainability in marketing. While the structural model attained good fit indices, the measurement model proved to be valid and reliable. These results advance our knowledge of the variables affecting competitiveness and sustainable marketing strategies in the fast-paced environment of the tourism creative economy.

Abstract

The present study examines the complex relationships that exist between pricing strategy, promotional activities, supply chain management, market research, and marketing performance within the framework of start-ups in Indonesia. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to assess data from a sample of 150 start-ups quantitatively. The findings demonstrate the interdependence of strategic choices and their influence on marketing results by pointing out important correlations between these variables. Key factors influencing marketing performance were found to be pricing strategy, advertising, supply chain management, and market research. The results offer practical advice for aspiring business owners, highlighting the significance of comprehensive and integrated marketing approaches for long-term success in the cutthroat market.

Abstract

In the dynamic setting of Pekanbaru City, this study explores the complex interactions among innovation capacity, market orientation, and branding, and their effects on marketing performance and sustainability in Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs). Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS 4) was utilized for investigation in a quantitative method with 215 respondents. The study reveals important positive correlations between marketing performance and innovation ability, market orientation and marketing sustainability, and marketing performance and sustainability enhanced by successful branding. Additionally, the synergistic relationship among branding, market orientation, and innovation affects marketing results and sustainability. These findings have important ramifications for MSMEs, policymakers, and researchers. They offer practical guidance for improving tactics and promoting sustainability in the MSME sector of Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This research is a literature study on marketing strategies for MSME owners in Riau. This study aims to analyze what marketing strategies are used by MSME owners in an effort to maintain their business continuity. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data, which is categorized into two types, namely primary data and secondary data. Sources of data obtained through library research techniques (library study) which refers to sources available both online and offline such as: scientific journals, books and news sourced from trusted sources. The results of the study conclude that the marketing strategies carried out by MSME owners in maintaining their business during the Covid-19 pandemic are; Product Strategy, during the Covid-19 pandemic, MSME owners in Riau also created innovations in their respective products. Price Strategy (Price), during the pandemic, MSME owners in Riau also carried out a price strategy in the form of discounts or price discounts to attract consumers and be able to maintain business. Promotion Strategy (Promotion), The forms of promotion used are: (1) Advertising (Advertising) (2) Personal Selling (Personal Selling) (3) Sales Promotion (4) Place Strategy (Place/Distribution).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on tik-tok and product knowledge on purchase intention which is moderated by price discount on the shopee marketplace in Pekanbaru City. The respondents of this research are those who use the Shopee and Tiktok applications and have shopped online at the Shopee marketplace in Pekanbaru City. The primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study and to test the proposed hypothesis. In this study, using the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method using Warp-PLS version 6.0 software. Sampling using the technique of Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling procedure by taking a sample of 120 respondents. The results in this study indicate that: 1) Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by looking at the pvalue in this study, which is <0.001 with a beta (?) value of 0.380, 2) Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by looking at the p-value in this study, which is <0.001 with a beta (?) value of 0.352, 3) Social Media Marketing has a positive and positive effect. significantly to Purchase Intention moderated by Price Discount at the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by looking at the p-value in this study, which is <0.001 with a beta () value of 0.280, 4) Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention which is moderated by Price Discount on the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is proven by by looking at the p-value in this study, which is 0.015 with a beta (?) value of 0.191

Abstract

UMKM merupakan tulang punggung perekonomian nasional, namun banyak pelaku usahanya belum memahami pentingnya pencatatan keuangan sederhana, yang berdampak pada lemahnya akuntabilitas dan pengambilan keputusan usaha. Minimnya literasi keuangan pada UMKM binaan PT BPR Duta Perdana Pekanbaru menjadi alasan penting dipilihnya topik pengabdian ini. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pencatatan keuangan sederhana bagi pelaku UMKM agar dapat mengelola dan memantau usahanya secara efisien. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui empat tahapan: motivasi kewirausahaan, pemberian materi, pelatihan interaktif, dan praktik pencatatan keuangan. Kegiatan dilakukan selama empat bulan dengan melibatkan 10 pelaku UMKM terpilih berdasarkan evaluasi debitur triwulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 85% berdasarkan hasil pre-post test, dan sebanyak 80% peserta mampu menyusun buku kas dan laporan laba rugi sederhana secara mandiri. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan literasi keuangan dan penguatan tata kelola usaha mikro melalui sistem pencatatan keuangan yang mudah dan aplikatif.

Abstract

Human resources are the main key to achieving organizational goals, and they are very important in this regard. PT Bumi Siak Pusako is one of the companies that conducts an employee performance assessment. The assessment of managerial employees' work found that the results did not align with the company's targets.This study aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance at PT Bumi Siak Pusako in Pekanbaru City. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the entire population of 119 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, all conducted using SPSS version 26. The research findings indicate that both individual characteristics and OCB have a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at PT Bumi Siak Pusako. The discussion reveals that enhancing individual characteristics and OCB can support the achievement of better employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that both independent variables, individual characteristics and OCB, jointly contribute significantly to improving employee performance in the company.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai PERUMDA AIR MINUM TIRTA SIAK PEKANBARU. Sebanyak 110 karyawan merupakan populasi dalam penelitian ini, dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitiannya berjumlah 87 orang dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Karena terdapat beberapa kendala selama penelitian, maka hanya 41 kuesioner yang dapat diproses. Jadi jumlah karyawan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 orang. Penelitian ini menyajikan data kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui gambaran perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur atau path analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk melihat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel bebas yaitu: beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. masa depan yang lebih baik dalam mencapai tujuannya.

Consumer decision-making is an integration process that uses information to assess and choose one of two or more alternative actions. Abstract

Jantra Radja Persada is a firm that specializes in producing and distributing bottled drinking water (AMDK). It is situated in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The research was carried out at CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan located on Ahmad Yani Street. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of financial contentment and work discipline on employee satisfaction with their employment. This research is of a quantitative nature. The study included a population of 36 employees from CV firm, Jantra Radja Persada, located in Tembilahan, Riau Province. The sample used in this study consisted of the complete population, specifically 36 individuals. The investigation employed a saturation sampling strategy. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis with the utilization of SPSS version 25 software. The findings of this study indicate that financial remuneration has a favorable and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction. Additionally, work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Moreover, the variables of financial reward and work discipline collectively exert a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on this research, it can be inferred that both financial funding and work discipline exert a favorable and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction at CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan, located in Riau Province. These findings demonstrate the significance of efficient human resource management in enhancing employee work satisfaction. This research suggests that organizations should prioritize financial savings measures and promote strong work discipline in order to enhance employee job satisfaction. By implementing this approach, firms can provide a conducive work atmosphere that fosters employee motivation and enhances their performance.
