Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis Strategi Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu Kelas VIII Di SMP Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi yang digunakan oleh guru IPS kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Kota Gorontalo yaitu melaksanakan pembelajaran yang menarik, penggunaan teknologi, pemberian reward, atau penghargaan bagi siswa, dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang menarik. Dengan adanya strategi guru IPS di kelas VIII dapat meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran. Adapun beberapa faktor yang dapat mendorong siswa untuk termotivasi belajar adalah dengan mengkaitkan keterlibatan orang tua dan hubungan antar guru dan siswa. Dengan adanya kedua faktor tersebut dapat membangun rasa nyaman, kepercayaan orang tua terhadap aktivitas anak di sekolah maupun di rumah dan komunikasi yang baik antar guru, orang tua ataupun siswa terjalin dengan baik.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di kantor camat bonepantai sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di kantor camat bonepantai, dimana dalam hasil penelitian ini diperoleh sebesar 58,5,% dari variabel lingkungan kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di kantor camat bonepantai, sedangkan 41,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Ex-post Fakto, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Gaya Hidup terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2019 Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Besar Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Terhadap Minat Menabung Mahasiswa 83,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui Efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa Bongo nol dan mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan dana desa dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Bongo nol, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian untuk menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat didesa Bongo nol sudah berjalan dengan baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari program program desa yang telah dilaksanakan serta proses perencanaan, penyususnan, pelaksanaan dan pertanggung jawaban yang dibuat berdasarkan undang undang yang berlaku, sementara beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan dana desa yaitu masyarakat yang masih kurang mendukung dalam pengelolaan dana desa dan beberapa aspek yang menjadi penghambat yang efektifitas di dalam pengelolaan dana desa adalah kepemimpinan, kebijakan pemerintah, kelembagaan, partisipasi Masyarakat.

Abstract

This paper discusses how to solve problems occurring in the risk management of musyarakah mutanaqisah contract on home financing in sharia banks in Indonesia, particularly on its legal and operational issues. This study used a qualitative method using library data collection techniques and interviews. The study found that legal and operational risk management issues could be satisfactorily resolved by agreement of rescheduling, adding new conditions, and using new structures in accordance with Islamic teachings and applicable positive laws. In addition, ownership proof of some is needed to minimize the risk for the bank and the customer.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the Independent Curriculum Class XI at Wira Bhakti Gorontalo Integrated High School and find out what factors affect the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project in the Independent Curriculum Class XI. By using a qualitative research method, a Descriptive approach with a Narative Inquiry research design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that Wira Bhakti Gorontalo Integrated High School has carried out the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project with the theme: Build the Soul and Body, Bhineka Tunggal Ika, Sustainable Lifestyle, Voice of Democracy, and Entrepreneurship. The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project has been running effectively and has undergone development. Its implementation has instilled the character of Pancasila. The factors that affect its implementation are supporting factors consisting of student motivation, support of parents/guardians of students, school environment, the existence of facilities and infrastructure, and cooperation with external parties/agencies. The inhibiting factors consist of teacher training related to P5, and the limitation of time and project schedules.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model on students' creative thinking skills in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at SMP Negeri 8 Gorontalo. Creative thinking skills are one of the 21st century skills that need to be developed in the learning process, especially in social studies lessons that require analysis and solving social problems. This study employed a quantitative approach utilizing primary data from questionnaires distributed to students at SMP Negeri 8 Gorontalo. The sample consisted of 30 respondents, and the data analysis was performed using simple linear regression. The analysis shows that the t-count for the project-based learning model variable is 6.060. To determine whether Ho is confirmed or rejected, the t-table was calculated at a 5% statistical significance level, resulting in a t-table of 1.701. The comparison indicates that the t-count is greater than the t-table. This leads to the rejection of Ho, implying a significant effect of the project-based learning model on students' creative thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at SMP Negeri 2 Sumalata, Sumalata District, North Gorontalo Regency, and to identify factors that influence its success. The study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and field research design (field research). Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation (display), and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of SBM at SMP Negeri 2 Sumalata has covered several aspects, including curriculum management, students, finance, education personnel, facilities and infrastructure, school-community relations, and special services. However, its implementation is still not optimal. One of the main obstacles is the principal's supervision which has not been running effectively, thus affecting the level of teacher professionalism. Internal factors such as leadership, teacher motivation, and limited resources also affect the implementation of SBM as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the offect of using the Kahoot application on the learning motivation of Social Science students in grade XI studying economics at SMA Negeri 1 Tilango, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 115 students and a sample of 60 students, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include descriptive and statistical analysis using the SPSS 25 software (2025). The results indicate that the hypothesis testing regarding the Kahoot application’s effect on students’ learning motivation shows a moderately strong, positive, and significant effect, as demonstrated by the correlation coefficient value. The coefficient of determination indicates that the percentage of the efeect is 66.20%, while the remaining percentage is affected by other variables. Therefore, the results of this study empirically prove that the independent variable in this study is the use of the Kahoot application (X), and the dependent variable is the learning motivation of students (Y) at SMA Negeri 1 Tilango, Gorontalo Regency, Gorontalo Province

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of education level on community welfare in Bube Baru Village, Suwawa Sub-District. This quantitative research used primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 56 people in Bube Baru Village. The data in this study were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on the analysis, education level influenced the community’s welfare in Bube Baru Village, Suwawa Sub-District. Partially, the level of education significantly influenced the community’s welfare in Bube Baru Village, Suwawa Sub-District. The influence (partial) of the education level variable on the community’s welfare was 63,1%, and unexamined variables influenced 36,9%.
