Abstract

Preparing face-to- face learning with teaching materials has often been done by teachers, but there are still many teachers who find it difficult to prepare and write lessons using online teaching materials. This training activity has the aim of improving the ability of teachers in compiling online teaching materials and increasing teacher creativity in online learning. This training method and strategy uses face-to-face (offline) discussions and questions and answers, as well as exercises and practices in compiling and writing online teaching materials. The results obtained after participating in this training are that all teachers want to be able to compose complete online teaching materials with a 100% questionnaire score. Furthermore, after participating in this training, the main priority in the future is the development of human resources (HR), this can be seen from 20 participants, then 20 participants (100%) chose to prioritize HR. Next, there are only 17 people (85%). Abstrak Mempersiapkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka dengan bahan ajar sudah sering dilakukan oleh guru, tetapi mempersiapkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan bahan ajar online masih banyak guru yang merasa kesulitan dalam menyusun dan menulisnya. Kegiatan pelatihan ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun bahan ajar online dan meningkatkan kreativitas guru dalam pembelajaran online. Metode dan strategi pelatihan ini menggunakan tatap muka (luring) dengan diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan dan praktik menyusun dan menulis bahan ajar online. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini adalah semua guru ingin dapat menyusun bahan ajar online secara lengkap dengan perolehan skor kuisioner 100 %. Untuk selanjutanya setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini yang menjadi prioritas utama dimasa yang akan datang adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM), ini terlihat dari 20 peserta, maka ke 20 peserta(100%) memilih memprioritaskan SDM. Berikutnya baru masalah dana sekiatr 17 orang (85%).

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada materi struktur fabel di kelas VII B SMPIT Permata Hati Bekasi, pembelajaran terfokus pada guru, media pembelajaran kurang maksimal, dan aktivitas siswa hanya duduk mendengarkan guru sehingga motivasi belajar siswa kurang memuaskan. Upaya untuk mengatasinya dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran Number Heads Together (NHT). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subyek penelitian kelas VII B sebanyak 23 siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif – kuantitatif, artinya penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan gambaran yang jelas, obyektif, dan sistematis serta menggunakan analisis data. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus I pertemuan ke-1, jumlah siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 6 orang (26,08%), pada siklus II pertemuan ke-2, jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 14 orang (60,80%), dan pada siklus III pertemuan ke-3, jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 20 orang (86,95%) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penggunaan metode pembelajaran NHT dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII B SMPIT Permata Hati Bekasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Boneka Tangan terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Fabel Siswa Kelas VII SMP Generasi Madani Cibinong. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, yaitu untuk melihat keefektifan suatu teori/konsep/model yang dieksperimenkan dan dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil perlakuan pada kelompok eksperimen dengan hasil perlakuan pada kelompok kontrol. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan dua media pembelajaran sebagai pembanding, yaitu media pembelajaran boneka tangan dan media pembelajaran audio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan penggunaan media pembelajaran boneka tangan terhadap kemampuan menulis fabel pada siswa kelas VII SMP Generasi Madani Cibinong. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa menggunakan media pembelajaran boneka tangan lebih besar yaitu 83,4, dibandingkan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran audio hanya sebesar 67,7. Abstract

The study objective is to develop a motivation-based training model in household waste management which will result in the development of a conceptual model, the development of a procedural model, and the development of a physical model. Research and development methods (R D), a combination of the Borg and Gall development model, the Dick and Carey learning model, and the Keller Motivation Model. The instrument is validated by the validator, then the instrument that has been validated will be used for the feasibility of the product to be tested by experts consisting of instructional design experts, curriculum experts, training material experts, and instructional media experts for the feasibility of research products. Then the product was tested on several prospective trainers through one-to-one trials, small group, and field trials. The results of research by instructional design experts, training material experts, curriculum experts, and instructional media experts state that it is very good and feasible to use motivation-based household waste management training with the name SPIRIT Training Model to increase the motivation of prospective trainers in household waste management training activities so that can reduce household waste in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the competencies possessed by teachers certified by their competence of certified teachers. This study is a survey research with a descriptive approach. Source of research data include informants, documents, and events or activities. Informants consisting of principals, Indonesian Language teachers, and the students of SMA Bina Spora Mandiri. The technique of collecting data with observation, interviews, and reviewing documents. Observation data is a description of the factual, accurate, and detailed about the immediate circumstances, human activities, and social situations. Data were analyzed using analysis model, namely interaction with data reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. Data validation was done by using triangulation. One of the conclusions from this study is good personality of the teacher will give a good example to their students and communities so that teachers perform as a highly exemplary. Teachers as educators whose primary task of teaching have personality characteristics that influence the success of human resource development.

Abstract

Making rubrics needed on terminology of evaluation of Indonesian instructional, evaluation terminology which consists of tests, measurements, and assessments. To be able to make a measurable assessment in accordance with the skills to be achieved by the learner, it is necessary to have an assessment rubric. The purpose of making an assessment rubric is to make it easier for teachers to conduct assessments, while the purpose of this paper is to create an assessment rubric in measuring learners' language skills. The research method was carried out with descriptive qualitative methods using theoretical studies and rubric trials to several teachers who were involved. The result of this study are in the form of an assessment rubric that can be used by teachers in Indonesian subjects.Keywords: Evaluation; Rubric; Language Skills Rubric

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Google Classroom terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia Siswa SMP Negeri 22 Depok terdapat pengaruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Survey. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 36 siswa. Hasil Penelitian uji Pearson Product Moment pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan 1% diperoleh 0,266 < 0,880 > 0,345. Karena ????ℎ???????????????????? ≥ ???????????????????????? maka ????0 ditolak. Alasannya ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan google classroom dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa.

Abstract

Various problems faced by teachers, students and parents while studying during the pandemic. Teachers find it difficult to give assessments so students do schoolwork at home. Therefore there is a need for innovation in giving assignments to be more fun and not burdensome. One such innovation is using quizizz. This service aims to evaluate student learning materials. This activity was attended by 29 students at SMP Negeri 1 Cigombong. From the results of online quizzes using the quizizz application, the teacher knows how much students understand in learning and also as a social studies subject value tool for teachers.

Abstract

The problems in this study are as follows: (1) How are the speaking skills of Class X Students at SMK PERTIWI(2) What are the Factors Affecting Speaking Skills at SMK PERTIWI ?, (3) What is the Solution to Improve Speaking Skills SMK PERTIWI. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data used triangulation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verification. The subjects selected were class X with a total of 20 students. The results of this study can be concluded: (1) The speaking skills of class X students of SMK PERTIWI are very good from 28.7% to 84.6%, (2) The factors that influence students' speaking skills are internal factors including factors from themselves and students' family backgrounds while external factors include community and school environmental factors, (3) solutions to improve students' speaking skills, namely: using interesting learning media, applying speaking practice methods, providing motivation to speak to students, and familiarizing students in discussing group.
