Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct effect of liquidity, profitability, company size on firm value. Knowing the direct effect of liquidity, profitability, company size on capital structure. Knowing the indirect effect of liquidity, profitability, company size on firm value through capital structure as an intervening variable on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Food and Beverage sub-sector. The population of this study is 26 food and beverage companies that have been listed on the IDX. While the samples in this study were 19 companies.The results showed that liquidity had no significant effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant effect on firm value. While the size of the company has a significant effect on firm value. Liquidity has a significant influence on capital structure. Profitability has no significant effect on capital structure. The size of the company has no significant effect on capital structure. Capital structure has no significant effect on firm value. Determinant of capital structure on firm value in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Food and Beverage sub-sector is liquidity while profitability and firm size are not determinants of capital structure in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in Food and Beverage sub-sector in 2016-2018.Keywords: liquidity, profitability, company size, capital structure, company value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine the Fama French Three Factor Model’s that is market return, firm size, and book to market ratio on stock return’s on the companies belonging to the group LQ-45. The population in this study are all companies belonging to the group LQ-45 from 2015-2016 year, totaling 51 companies. The sample used as many as 51 sample’s and which meet the requirements of as many as 40 companies. The sampling technique in this study by using purposive sampling technique, while the method of data analysis in this study using multiple linier regression analysis. Results from this study provide empirical evidence that the market return, firm size, and book to market ratio have a significant effect on stock returns. Market return have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Firm size have a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. Book to market ratio have a positive but not significant effect on stock returns.       Keywords: firm size, book to market ratio, returns

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang ada pada Badan Pertanahan Kabupaten Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian pengadaan tanah yang ada pada Badan Pertanahan Nasional . Adapun sampel yang digunakan yang berjumlah 75 orang karyawan. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuisioner sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci :Pengaruh Kompensasi Lingkungan Kerja dan MotivasiTerhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe current storage phenomenon, product mix and promotion become the main discussion topic in this research because it able to give contribution to purchasing decision of goods either individually or simultaneously in doing marketing strategy.The research was conducted in Malang Apparel Malang. Tujan this research is for more information and prefer mix, product and promotion for purchasing decision of goods in distros partially or simultaneously. Variables used in this study are attributes of stores, products and. As the dependent variable. The sample used in this research is 90% of noise consumers using accidental method. Methods of research data with questionnaires distribution. Analysis using SPSS 14.0 for windows program.The results of this study indicate a significant storage environment in purchasing decisions in the distribution of goods, a significant product to the decision of purchasing goods in distribution decisions and promotion mix of significant to the purchase of goods in distribution, shop atmosphere, product and promotion mix. AbstractThis reseacrh purpose to determine: 1) Description of ability work, motivation work, organizational commite and the ability Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 2) The effect of ability work, motivation work, organizational commite and the ability Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 3) The effect of potentiality work support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 4) The effect of motivation work support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2. 5) The Effect of organization commite support to employee work competence at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2.The Method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive approach and conducted at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Malang mojor of PBB-P2 with total pupulation 42 employees. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim. 1) To Find out and analyze the effect of profitability on the value of real estate companies. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of dividend policy on the value of real estate companies. 3) To find out and analyze the effect of debt policy on the value of real estate companies. 4) to find out and analyze the effect of manajerial ownership on the value of real estate companies proxied by return on investment, dividend per share, debt to equity ratio, manajerial ownership and price earning ratio as the dependent variable Explanatory Research type research. The data used is secondary data. Obtained by documentation techniques. Namely by searching and collecting data on annual reports obtained from the website. The population used in this research is real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample selection in that study used a purposive sampling method, based on the criteria obtained by 10 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using WU. That partially the debt policy has a significant positive effect on company value while the profitability ratio of dividend policy and manajerial ownership has no partial effect on the value of the company. Keywords:     Profitability, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Manajerial Ownership, Company Value

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, quality of human resources and discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Ledokombo Jember. The population in this study were employees of PT. Ledokombo Jember. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling technique. The population in this study was less than 100 people. The number of samples in this study were all members of 65 people. The results showed that the variables of organizational culture, quality of human resources and discipline had a good relationship to improve the performance of the employees of PT. Ledokombo jember. The known value of F> F table and significance> 0.05, shows that there is a direct and significant impact of organizational culture on employee performance and discipline. In adition there are also indirect impacts on the quality of human resources on employee performance. Employee performance will increase in PT. Ledokombo Jember. Abstract

                                                   ABSTRACT The purpose of this research were to determine the affect of leadership style to the employee performance, career development to the employee performance, and work environment to the employee performance. Population in this research is all employees of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Kota Malang. The sample in this study amounted to 47 employees. Methods of this research was a quisionare and documentation. Data were analyzed by instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression and t-test. The result showed that the leadership style does not affect the perfromance of employees of. Career development affect the performance of employees. Working environment does not affect the performance of employees. Keywords: leadership style, career development, working environment, and perfomance of employees

Abstract

Abstract This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through quesioner methods. The population in this study was the ticket buyers of the Penataran train in Surabaya - Malang - Blitar. The sample is 97 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The purpose of this study are: 1) to find out the factors of price, security, comfort, and timeliness have a partial effect on the purchase of Railroad train tickets, 2) to find out the factors of price, security, convenience, and timeliness have an effect on purchasing train tickets upgrading fire.The results showed that 1) the factors of price, security, comfort, and timeliness have a simultaneous effect on the purchasing decisions of train tickets, 2) the factors of price, security, convenience and timeliness have a partial effect on the decision to purchase train tickets.Keywords:Price factor, safety factor, comfort factor, timeliness factor, ticket purchase, upgrading train

Abstract

Abstract            The research is to analyzed the impact of third party fund (DPK), Operational cost on Operational income (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Performing Loan (NPL) to financial performance (ROA). This type of research is explanatory. The data used in the form of secondary data. The population and sample are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018.The sampling technique is to use purposive sampling techniques and data testing techniques used in this study normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.            Based on the result of this research known that partial, third party fund (DPK) have negative and insignificant impact on financial performance (ROA) with a sig. 0,007  < 0,050. Operational cost on operational income (BOPO) have negative impact and insignificant to financial performance (ROA) with sig. 0,000 <0,050, capital adequacy ratio (CAR) have positive and significant impact to financial performance (ROA) with sig. 0,072 >  0,050 and Net Performing Loan (NPL) a positive and significant impact on financial performance with sig. 0,843 < 0,050. While simultaneously or together, third party fund (DPK) , Operational cost on operational income (BOPO), Capital adequacy ratio (CAR) and Net performing Loan (NPL) have impact to financial performance (ROA) with sig. 0,000 <0,050.  Key words : Third Party Fund (DPK), and Operational cost to operational income (BOPO),  Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Performing Loan (NPL), Financial performance  (ROA).
