Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify the effects of brand image, quality perception, and social media influencers on purchasing intentions. Quantitative research was the method used in this investigation. Probability sampling or simple random sample is the technique used in sampling. By multiplying the number of indicators by 5 as part of the sampling process, 80 respondents are produced. The findings of this study demonstrate that brand image, quality perception, and social media influencers all significantly influence consumers' willingness to make a purchase.  Keywords: Brand Image, Quality Perception, Social Media Influencers, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on the performance of commercial banks in Indonesia ( case studies on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021). The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period with a total of 46 banking companies. The sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 31 banking companies. The research data collection method uses the data documentation method listed in the annual report at (IDX). The data analysis technique in this study used panel data regression with the eViews 9 software. The results showed that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) had a positive and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA). Non Performing Loans (NPL) and Operating Costs Operating Income (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA) and sensitivity has a positive and significant effect on Return on assets (ROA). Keywords: CAR, LDR, NIM, NPL, BOPO, Return on assets (ROA)

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, product diversity and service quality on purchasing decisions in Lazada e-commerce. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population used by Students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019, was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with criteria set by the researchers. Data collection method is by using a questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS 16 program. The results of this study indicate that promotion, product diversity and service quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Partially promotion has an effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity has partially had an effect on purchasing decisions, Service quality has partially had an effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Promotion, Diversity, Product, Service Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the relationship between information quality, system quality, and service quality on the repurchase intention of marketplace users on the Shopee site. This study used a study on Malang city students where the data was obtained by distributing questionnaires via the g-form to Malang city students who were selected by purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Malhotra formula and the results obtained were 90 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is instrument test (validity test, reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (F test and t test), coefficient of determination test. (Adjusted R2) data processing using the IBM SPSS 24 program. The results of this study indicate that information quality, system quality, and service quality simultaneously influence repurchase intention, information quality partially influences repurchase intention, system quality partially influences repurchase intention, service quality has a partial effect on repurchase intention.  Keywords: information quality, system quality, service quality, repurchase intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, price and product quality on purchasing decisions at Awesam Store. This research is a quantitative research. The method used for sampling is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study were 80 consumers who had purchased products at the Awesam Store in December 2022 – February 2023. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study is using validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, F test, T test, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the results in this study indicate that simultaneously the variables store atmosphere, price, product quality, influence purchasing decisions. Partially, the store atmosphere variable influences purchasing decisions, price variables affect purchasing decisions, product quality influences purchasing decisions. Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract Football is one of the sports that is very concerned about and favored by people from various parts of the world. One of them is the football club Arema FC.PT. The Indonesian League applies regulations to all clubs that join the IndonesiaSuper League (ISL). Clubs are forced to seek funding professionally and independently, this has made clubs in Indonesia try to hook fans or fanatical football supporters by making them one of the marketing objects. Arema FC is known for its club base with many supporters who are commonly called Aremania.The existence of aremania is a positive side to boosting the club's finances by sellingvarious kinds of merchandise such as club jerseys. This research is to find out andanalyze product quality, brand image and price on purchasing decisions for AremaFC jersey. The population in this study were students of the 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 80 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1), brand image (X2) and price (X3) have a contribution to the purchasing decision variable by 56%and the remaining 44% is explained by other independent variables that are not present in the study. And simultaneously and partially product quality, brand imageand price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Price, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to analyze the effect of E-marketing, Effectiveness of advertising and Brand awareness on Khayrscarf Official. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The source of data in this study is primary data derived from distributing questionnaires to Khayrscarf Official consumers and secondary data derived from documents, journals, previous research and other sources. The population used in this study was 154,600 taken from social media followers. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and 100 samples were obtained using the method of randomly distributing questionnaires and the questionnaires distributed in this study used a Likert scale. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression as measured by SPSS. Hypothesis testing using the t test and f test. The results showed that E-marketing, Effectiveness of advertising and Brand awareness had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions and partially E-marketing, Effectiveness of advertising and Brand awareness had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: E-marketing, Effectiveness of advertising dan Brand awareness

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service, product quality and price to consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in the study was 115 respondents. The data used are primary data using the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests: validity tests and reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests: multicolonierity tests and heteroskedasticity tests, path analysis, hypothesis tests: partial tests and sobel tests.From the results of the study, the results were obtained that the quality of service to customer satisfaction had a significant effect. Product quality to consumer satisfaction has a significant effect. Price to consumer satisfaction has a significant effect. The quality of service to customer loyalty has a significant effect. Product quality to consumer loyalty has a significant effect. The price of consumer loyalty has no significant effect. Consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the quality of service to consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction mediates product quality against consumer loyalty. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, motivation and career development on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jabung District. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample of this research was taken by simple random sampling technique or simple random sample by using the slovin formula, the number of samples was 98 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Using (F test) for simultaneous hypothesis testing and (t test) for partial testing. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously training, motivation, and career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jabung District. While partially training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jabung District, motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jabung District, and career development partially has no significant positive effect on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jabung District.  Keywords: Training, Motivation, and Career Development

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of social media (instagram), celebrity endorsements, and prices on purchasing decisions for Lozy Hijab. The number of samples was determined using the Maholtra formula with a purposive sampling method and the results obtained were 95 respondents. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 at the Islamic University of Malang. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. Data analysis in this study used SPSS IBM V.26 for windows. The data testing technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). In this study, the results showed that social media (instagram), celebrity endorsements, and prices simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of Lozy Hijab. Social media (Instagram) has a partial effect on purchasing decisions, celebrity endorses have no partial effect on purchasing decisions, and prices have a partial effect on purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Social Media (Instagram).
