Abstract

Abstract The competition in the expedition industry is becoming increasingly intense, necessitating businesses to formulate effective business development strategies to ensure their survival. The research aims to elucidate the impact of strategic management on the expansion of cargo transport services and conduct a SWOT analysis of the Business Development Strategy for Cargo Transport Services at PT. Berkat Laut Indonesia Jaya. The study's findings indicate that proficient strategic management at PT. Berkat Laut Indonesia Jaya aids in the progression of cargo transport services. The company can optimize marketing through customer analysis, enhance operational efficiency to meet growing demands, and reinforce existing financial and operational aspects. Within the framework of the SWOT strategy analysis, this approach empowers the company to capitalize on opportunities within the transportation industry and mitigate challenges such as market competition and price fluctuations. As a result, PT. Berkat Laut Indonesia Jaya can achieve sustainable growth in the cargo transport business along sea routes, focusing on a strategic amalgamation of internal and external factors. Keywords: Management, Business Development Strategy, Cargo Transport Services

Abstract

Abstract The study aims to determine. the Effect of Liquidity Ratio, Operating Efficiency, Ability to Manage Productive Assets, Non-Performing Loans and Solvency Ratio, on Financial Performance in National Private Commercial Banks for the 2017-2021 Period. .This research. uses a quantitative approach, by conducting empirical analysis, using panel data from 2017 to 2021. The sampling method used the purposive sampling method and 23 banks were selected as samples. The data analysis technique in this study is the regression analysis of panel data processed with SPSS. Based on the results of the panel data estimates, it shows that the variables of Liquidity Ratio (LDR), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on Financial Performance (ROA) at national private commercial banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. Meanwhile, Operating Efficiency (BOPO), Productive Asset Management Ability (NIM), and Solvency Ratio (CAR) did not have a significant effect on Financial Performance (ROA) at National private commercial banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. Keywords: Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze brand image, product quality and price which simultaneously have a significant influence on the decision to purchase the Rabbani hijab among students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang. This population was taken because students play an important role in the daily use of the hijab, with the consideration that this population can be reached by researchers. This population was taken because students play an important role in the daily use of the hijab, with the consideration that this population can be reached by researchers. The sample was determined using the Malhotra formula where 20x5 and 100 respondents were found. The research results show that the variables brand image, product quality and price have a significant influence simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Brand image variables partially influence purchasing decisions. Product quality variables partially influence purchasing decisions. The price variable partially influences purchasing decisions the Rabbani hijab among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang and have a contribution to the purchasing decision of 93% , while the remaining 7% is explained by other variables outside the variables in this study. Keywords: Brand Image, Product Quality, Price, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract Some factors in culinary business are very important to note in order to attract costumers or preserve customers that already exist. Price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction are some factors in culinary business that must be note to run a business especially for culinary business. The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence between price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction in You&Me Restaurant Gresik.This research was a quantitative research using premier data, data was obtained by spreading the questionnaire to 80 samples who has been to You&Me Restaurant at least once or more than once. The obtained and described data was used to find whether there is an influence between price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction on customer repurchase intention on You&Me Restaurant Gresik.Based on the result of this research, it can be known that there is an simultaneous influence and also partial influence between price perception, taste, and customer satisfaction on customer repurchase intention in You&Me Restaurant Gresik. Keyword : Price Perception, Taste, Customer Satisfaction, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract Shopee has a promotional strategy by placing advertisements in various online media and providing lots of promotional discounts on various products. The aim of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of advertising attractiveness and price discounts on purchasing decisions among Management Study Program students who use Shopee at the Islamic University of Malang. The research method used was a quantitative survey. Sampling used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique of 82 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that simultaneously the attractiveness of advertising and price discounts have a significant effect on purchasing decisions among Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, class of 2020. Partially, the attractiveness of advertising has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Management study program students at the Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2020. Partially. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze and describe the influence of Lifestyle and Financial Literacy on Consumptive Behavior in online shopping (case study of Unisma Faculty of Economics and Business Students). The population in this research is FEB UNISMA students who have shopped online. Determining the number of samples used the Malhotra formula and obtained results of 60 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. To solve the problem in this research using SPSS assistance with the analytical methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, coefficient of determination test (R2) . The research results show that Lifestyle has a significant effect on Consumptive Behavior, while Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Consumptive Behavior. Keywords: Consumptive Behavior, Lifestyle and Financial Literacy.

Abstract

Abstract Economic growth and development is one of the indicators for assessing economic development in a country. Especially in the informal sector, Islamic boarding schools, which in fact are traditional Islamic educational institutions that study, understand, appreciate and practice Islamic teachings, are now not inclined towards this, for example, the Tiban mosque. Now people view the Tiban Mosque as a tourist attraction and no longer as a place that is considered sacred for followers of the Islamic religion. Tiban Mosque is a tourist spot that is visited by many local and foreign residents. The large number of tourists visiting provides an opportunity for business people or traders to sell merchandise in the Tiban Mosque area as a source of income. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of capital, length of business and working hours simultaneously on the income of the Tiban Malang Mosque traders. and Researchers use quantitative research. Researchers depart from theoretical paradigms towards data, and end in acceptance or rejection of the theory used. Meanwhile, qualitative data is presented in descriptive form to support quantitative data. Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to analyze the advertising apeeal, word of mouth and brand image on iPhone purchasing decisions for FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. Using multiple linear regression methods, this research focuses on explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research sample of 75 consumers was taken using the Malhotra formula. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 software, including validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and R2 coefficient of determination test. The results showed that advertising appeal, word of mouth, and brand image simultaneously influenced consumer purchasing decisions for iPhone products for FEB students at the Islamic University of Malang. Specifically, advertising appeal and word of mouth have a partially positive impact on purchasing decisions, while brand image partially has no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Advertising Appeal, Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, and Customer Trust on Customer Loyalty to Tokopedia in Malang City. In this study, the population size is unknown. Therefore, this study used the Malhotra formula to determine the number of samples, obtaining results of 5 respondents. This research uses primary and secondary data and the data collection method used is an online questionnaire. (Google Forms). For data analysis, Version 25 software is used to analyze instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable has no effect on Tokopedia Customer Loyalty in Malang City. The Brand Awareness variable has no effect on Tokopedia Customer Loyalty in Malang City. Customer Trust has a significant effect on Tokopedia Customer Loyalty in Malang City. Kata Kunci  :  Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Awareness, Customer Trust, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, work discipline and motivation on productivity in the general section of Malang City Hall. The type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this research were ASN employees at the General Department of Malang City Hall, numbering 33 respondents. The data collection technique used was through distributing questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that leadership style, work discipline, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on leadership style on productivity.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Motivation, Productivity.
