Abstract

Teknik shooting baik dalam permainan sepakbola memerlukan kemampuan memperkirakan jarak dan arah bola yang harus dihantarkan. Dalam kajian penelitian ini melakukan penerapan metode latihan resiprokal terhadap ketepatan shooting. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan resiprokal terhadap ketepatan shooting. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu. Instrumen pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes ketepatan shooting. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UKM Sepakbola Universitas Primagraha sebanyak 25 atlet dan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 25 orang yang mengikuti UKM Sepakbola Universitas Primagraha. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji prasyarat yag terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan teknik uji paired sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan resiprokal terhadap ketepatan shooting UKM Sepakbola Universitas Primagraha dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05 dengan peningkatan sebesar 83%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan latihan shooting dengan metode resiprokal terhadap ketepatan shooting terdapat peningkatan dan berpengaruh untuk UKM Sepakbola Universitas Primagraha. Reciprocal training method: Does it affect the shooting accuracy? Abstract: Good shooting technique in the game of football requires the ability to estimate the distance and direction of the ball that must be delivered. In this research study, the reciprocal training method was applied to shooting accuracy. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the reciprocal training method on shooting accuracy. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a quasi-experimental method. The data collection instrument in this study used a shooting accuracy test. The population in this study was the Primagraha University Football UKM, consisting of 25 athletes and the sampling technique used total sampling so that the sample used was 25 people who took part in the Primagraha University Football UKM. The data analysis technique in this research uses a prerequisite test consisting of a normality test and a homogeneity test, then a hypothesis test is carried out using the paired sample t-test technique. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of the reciprocal training method on the shooting accuracy of the Primagraha University Football UKM with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 with an increase of 83%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of shooting training using the reciprocal method on shooting accuracy has increased and has an effect on the Primagraha University Football UKM.
