Abstract

The souvenir business is a business that has been running in the Muara Batu sub-district, North Aceh district for several decades. Tourist interest in merchandise and souvenirs when visiting Aceh province, especially cross-coastal areas, is a special attraction when shopping. North Aceh is an administrative area with a district administration, Muara Batu sub-district is right in the middle of the eastern route of Sumatra. Located between Banda Aceh and Medan, this district is a vital distribution and trade route in Aceh. Unfortunately this has not been supported by the use of technology in fostering digital marketing management. The solution to partner problems is to develop business management, develop human resources, provide guidance on partner product promotion, motivating employees and mastery of technology. The program monitoring and evaluation system as well as seeing the impact of implementing the program was tested using the CIPP method. The outputs in this service are: 1. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is considered different from previous pandemics because of the extent and number of people infected. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has made almost all joints of the world economy sluggish, as a result it is estimated that the world economy will be in a recession. This also applies in Indonesia, where economic growth is not as expected. One of the sectors most impacted by this virus is the tourism industry and its derivatives, so it is very important to know and determine the right strategy in managing and seeing tourism opportunities in the midst of the pandemic and the aftermath as an effort to develop the world of sustainable tourism. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of tourist satisfaction and perceived quality on the intention of halal tourism in the midst of a pandemic and in the future. Research on travel intentions in the midst of a pandemic, especially during the COVID-19 period, is still very limited, so that it will have an impact in the future, so further research needs to be carried out in a different context from the limitations of previous research. The research stages include; data observation, determining the main problem, the purpose of the activity, literature study, data collection, data processing, analysis of results, and evaluation of research results. This research is based on the theoretical framework of Destination Attributes and Perceived Quality. This study seeks to analyze the intentions of tourists traveling in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic among the people of Aceh, Indonesia, and world tourists who travel to Banda Aceh City, Aceh Province. The data analysis method used a partial least squares (PLS) statistical approach with the structural equational model (SEM) method to see the direct and indirect effects (mediation). The findings of this study are expected to contribute to more effective planning for restoring the tourism business, specifically halal tourism and for the development of measures for destination attributes and visitor satisfaction and security in tourism services, now and in the future. The outputs in this study consist of research reports, articles in accredited national journals and produce HKI (copyright). The resulting TKT level of research is TKT 3.

Abstract

Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is a bank performance ratio used to measure the adequacy of capital owned by the bank in order to support assets that contain or generate risk. The greater the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), the better the bank's ability to meet capital needs. The greater the capital owned by the bank, the bank is able to provide loans to customers in large amounts so that it has the opportunity to increase the company's profitability. Profitability assessment is a process to determine how well business activities are carried out to achieve strategic goals, eliminate waste and present timely information to carry out continuous improvement (1). This study aims to be one of the indicators of how an important event in a country, especially in the socio-political field, can affect the country's economic turnover and stock exchange. Especially for the big four ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand), the case of increasing stock prices in the banking sector is in the spotlight and it is necessary to conduct a scientific study on the correlation of General Election events in the big four ASEAN countries with the increase in their country's stock market. This type of research is associative research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, namely examining the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) which are linked to the Profitability of banking sector companies during the general election period in the big four ASEAN countries. This study will use ratio analysis to determine the performance of a bank and its health. With the results of LDR does not have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of banking companies. CAR has a positive and significant effect on the Profitability of Banking Companies. BOPO has a negative and insignificant effect on the Profitability of Banking Companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of labor force participation, per capita income, and industrialization on urbanization in Indonesia in the short and long term. Rapid urban growth poses various social and environmental challenges. This study uses secondary data from the 1991–2023 time series and analyzes it using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to examine the dynamic relationships between variables. The results show that labor force participation has a significant effect on urbanization in the short term, although the direction of the influence is inconsistent. In the long term, the influence is insignificant. Per capita income also has a significant effect in the short term with varying directions, but is insignificant in the long term. Industrialization shows a negative effect in the current period and a positive effect in the previous period, but its long-term effect is also insignificant. Simultaneously, all three variables have a significant effect on urbanization in the short term, but not in the long term. These findings indicate that urbanization in Indonesia is more influenced by short-term socioeconomic dynamics than long-term structural factors.

Abstract

Floods are one of the most frequent natural disasters in Indonesia and have a significant impact on vulnerable groups, including children living in orphanages. Miftahul Jannah Orphanage is one of the social institutions affected by the floods, disrupting their caregiving activities, health, and the psychosocial well-being of the children. This study aims to analyze the process and impact of the distribution of humanitarian aid to Miftahul Jannah Orphanage after the floods. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through field observations, semi-structured interviews with orphanage administrators, orphanage children, and volunteers, and documentation of aid distribution activities. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of needs, benefits of aid, and implementation challenges. The results show that the distribution of humanitarian aid has a positive impact on meeting basic needs, improving environmental hygiene and health, and restoring the psychosocial conditions of orphanage children. However, challenges remain in the logistical aspects and sustainability of aid. This study concludes that needs-based humanitarian assistance, targeted at vulnerable groups, and integrating material assistance and psychosocial support, is crucial for supporting sustainable post-disaster recovery. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of future humanitarian assistance and community service programs.
