Abstract

This research was motivated by the ineffectiveness of the efforts of the government and social institutions, law enforcement agencies in reducing the number of domestic violence that occurs in the community, and especially for the role of legal aid institutions that provide legal assistance in assisting domestic violence cases is still ineffective, because people who need legal assistance in accessing legal aid in domestic violence cases are still low, especially people in the Sukabumi Regency area in terms of prevention and Legal assistance in domestic violence cases by Legal Aid Providers is still not well coordinated. Therefore, research was conducted with concrete objectives on how to step the strategy pattern of the role of the Legal Assistance and Consultation Institute (LBKH) Faculty of Law, University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, in tackling domestic violence crimes in Sukabumi.  The research method used is descriptive-analytic, that is, explaining existing data from relevant materials and analyzing them with reference to juridical foundations. The wrong approach that will be taken is to make observations in advance of an existing problem by being studied qualitatively and quantitatively, making a   pattern the concept of handling the provision of legal assistance between LBKH and the Local Village Area. The results showed that with a pattern of strategic concepts applied between the cooperation of  LBKH and the local village government, it can be possible to emphasize domestic violence cases in Sukabumi Regency by also focusing on the concept of domestic violence together with social institutions, law enforcement, and other institutions. With legal aid institutions in the regions tackling domestic violence cases in the community, solutions can be found by forming a pattern of joint handling concepts both in terms of prevention and legal assistance can run effectively, especially so that the role of legal aid institutions in providing legal assistance for domestic violence cases is maximized, especially in terms of prevention and legal assistance.

Abstract

The presence of modern markets can be considered by various groups to have cornered the existence of traditional markets. Presidential Regulation Number 112 of 2007 concerning the Arrangement and Development of Traditional Markets, Shopping Centers and Modern Stores is expected to be implemented with the aim of facilitating public order in the implementation of every form of business. Pelita Market, Sukabumi City, in its arrangement and order in the field, has established good communication, although it is not very optimal because as time goes by traders begin to ignore the public order policy. In terms of human resources, they are competent and adequate, but there is still a lack of financial resources. The disposition of an implementor is said to be good because it has the main capital needed by the implementor in the market environment. Good and structured coordination and cooperation between all parties in the organizational structure.

Abstract

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative research which aims to find out whether there is an influence of the regional health laboratory information system (SIL) and employee work motivation on employee performance. The research population was employees of the Sukabumi City Health Laboratory UPTD and community health center network laboratories with a population of 40 people using a saturated or census sample. For the purposes of data collection, the author used two methods, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of questionnaires, interviews and participant observation. Secondary data collection takes the form of library research which includes books, scientific writings, journals, documents and previous studies related to the research problem. Data analysis consists of validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The validity test uses the Pearson product moment correlation formula which is processed using SPSS version 26. To see whether the resulting regression model is the most appropriate model and has the smallest error, analytical testing is used using the R2 test (coefficient of multiple determination), the F test, and the Q test. The results of the research show that the Regional Health Lab Information System (SIL) has an influence on employee performance, with increasing SIL contributing to increasing employee work efficiency and effectiveness. Work motivation also has a significant impact on employee performance, where higher levels of motivation undermine better performance. Furthermore, research shows that these two factors, SIL and work motivation, interact positively and complement each other in improving employee performance. The implication of these findings is the importance of management attention to good implementation of SIL and the creation of a motivating work environment to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and understand the implementation of the Sukabumi Alert for Mental Health (RASASEJIWA) movement in public services at the Sukabumi Health Center, Sukabumi City. The implementation of this program is a crucial aspect in addressing the cases of People with Mental Disorders (ODGJ) in the region. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with various related parties, including Puskesmas staff, local government, and families of ODGJ patients. The analysis was based on 4 indicators from the Edward III implementation model: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results show that effective communication has been carried out between the Puskesmas and stakeholders, but there is still a need to simplify language and increase the depth of communication with the community. Resources such as specialist medical personnel and special facilities are still limited, requiring further support. The staff's disposition shows a high level of commitment, but additional training is needed. The clear bureaucratic structure supports the division of tasks, but inter-departmental coordination needs to be improved to enhance the consistency of information.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of adaptive leadership style and program relevance on citizen responses to education and cultural preservation programs in West Java. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal explanatory design, using a survey method with 400 respondents selected using proportional random sampling from Bandung City, Cirebon Regency, and Garut Regency. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on a 1–5 Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, including classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination. The results showed that adaptive leadership style and program relevance simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on citizen responses. Partially, program relevance was found to be more dominant (β=0.581; Sig. 0.000) than adaptive leadership style (β=0.272; Sig. 0.012). The Adjusted R² value of 0.435 indicates that the model is able to explain 43.5% of the variation in citizen responses, while the remaining 56.5% is influenced by factors outside the model. These findings confirm that the combination of adaptive leadership and programs relevant to community needs is an important foundation for increasing public participation.
