Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah store atmosphere, cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Minoa Coffee and Eatery Waduk Cengklik Boyolali. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah dengan perolehan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Minoa Coffee and Eatery Waduk Cengklik Boyolali. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 96 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan alat SPSS. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi(R2). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Cita rasa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,000 yang berarti model tepat dalam memprediksi pengaruh store atmosphere cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Minoa Coffee and Eatery Waduk Cengklik Boyolali. Hasil uji R2 sebesar 62,9 %, artinya besarnya sumbangan pengaruh variabel store atmosphere, cita rasa dan kualitas pelayanan dapat berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 62,9 % , sisanya (100% - 62,9 %) = 37,1 % diterangkan oleh variabel lain diluar model misalnya harga, kualitas produk, lokasi.

Abstract

Industri minuman kekinian di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan pesat, mendorong persaingan yang semakin ketat antar pelaku usaha. Haus! Store Solo Paragon merupakan salah satu outlet yang menghadapi tantangan dalam menarik dan mempertahankan konsumen di tengah persaingan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, brand image, dan digital marketing Instagram terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Haus! Store Solo Paragon Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen Haus! Store Solo Paragon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria responden yang pernah melihat promosi Haus! di Instagram dan pernah melakukan pembelian di toko tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi, brand image, dan digital marketing Instagram secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan citra merek yang baik, serta pemilihan lokasi strategis dalam meningkatkan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to look at Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Botania Coffee & Eatery. The background of this study is based on the increasingly tight competition in the food and beverage industry, especially in the coffee & eatery segment which has experienced significant growth. In these conditions, product and service quality are key factors in attracting and retaining customers. The research method used is a quantitative method with a causal approach, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers who have visited and enjoyed services at Botania Coffee & Eatery. The sample used in this was 30 respondents. The data that has beenobtainned are processed using multiple linear regressionanalysis to determine the extent to which the independent variables (product quality and service quality) influence the dependent variable (customer satisfaction). The expected results of this study are a positive and significant effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The pandemic has significantly impacted Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in Solo Raya, where adaptation to digital technology is now crucial for survival in an increasingly complex market. This research focuses on the influence of three key factors—Fintech-based payment gateways, digital financial literacy, and financial inclusion—on the financial performance of MSMEs in Solo Raya. The adoption of Fintech is vital due to the rise of cashless transactions and shifting consumer behaviors, making digital financial management essential for MSMEs to thrive. Solo Raya, known for its rich cultural and culinary heritage, has a growing MSME sector that drives the local economy. However, the lack of digital financial literacy and financial inclusion poses challenges for business growth and financial stability. This study employs a quantitative method, using a survey distributed to culinary MSMEs across Solo Raya, including Surakarta, Wonogiri, Klaten, Boyolali, and Karanganyar. Data is analyzed with SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square), assessing validity, reliability, and the relationships between variables through SmartPLS. This research aims to provide insights that will help MSMEs effectively adapt to digital advancements, ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness. The results which states that digital payment adoptions, digital financial literacy, financial inclusion has impact on the MSME’s financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product quality on customer loyalty by considering the role of customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at Anteiku Kopi. The approach used is quantitative with purposive sampling method, involving 31 respondents who are active customers aged at least 17 years. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire, then analyzed using SPSS software with a number of tests such as validity, reliability, linear regression, and mediation analysis. The research findings show that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, satisfaction did not show a significant effect on customer loyalty, nor was it able to mediate the relationship between price and product quality on loyalty. Thus, Anteiku Kopi's customer loyalty is more influenced by other factors outside the product, such as visiting experience, emotional attachment to the brand, and loyalty programs offered

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about how to develop an oyster mushroom bussiness is an obstacle for MSMEs. The problem faced by partners is that they have not implemented digital marketing to increase sales of oyster mushrooms in Gurung, Dukuh, Banyudono, Boyolali, namely Mr. Surya. The service aims to provide support to bussiness actors so that they can utilize digital marketing effectively to expand the market, increase profits and continue to complete professionally in facing the challenges of the digital era. The service was carried out using socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation methods. The first activity is socialization by providing understanding to partners about the importance of digital marketing strategies. Second, training in using technology in the form of taking product photos and videos. The third is assistance in untilizing social media, selecting social media and preparing routine content ideas in optimizing digital marketing. The fourth is an evaluation of the results of using digital marketing. Based on the results of the service, the interest of MSMEs in digital marketing has increased because it is able to increase profits and increase public appeal. It is hoped that with a digital marketing strategy, MSMEs can take advantage of the potential of the digital market to achieve great success.

Abstract

Aging is a natural process for people aged 60 years and above. Physical and mental decline is the process of aging. Therefore, the PKM-PM team of Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta conducted guided activities through physical gymnastics and brain exercises. The purpose of this service is to help increase the productivity of the elderly through active ageing at Widhi Asih Surakarta Nursing Home. The problem-solving approach in the PKM program is training and guidance on active ageing, especially physical gymnastics and brain exercises. After this empowerment event, it is hoped that the elderly at Panti Wreda Widhi Asih Surakarta can be empowered to age actively and become creative, healthy and happy elderly.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada warung makan di sekitar Universitas Slamet Riyadi Surakarta. Besar sampel yang digunakan adalah 46 responden dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS versi 25 yang meliputi uji validitas serta reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis yang mencakup uji F serta T. Hasil pengujian hipotesis adalah (1) Store Atmosphere mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan konsumen, (2) kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada kepuasan konsumen, dan (3) kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Aproblems in urban areas, this is because in addition to limited residential land but food needs also increase significantly. Meanwhile, agricultural output is getting lower because a lot of land is converted for infrastructure development. The use of the home yard as a cultivation land is one of the efforts that can be done by the community in meeting pagan needs mandri. Fish farming in buckets is one of the systems of cultivating plants as well as fish on narrow land by utilizing buckets as a cultivation medium. The result obtained by the service partner is to be able to harvest catfish and kangkong after two to three months of treatment.

Abstract

The culinary business competition in Surakarta City is getting tighter, especially in the snack segment such as siomay. Consumer purchasing decisions are not only influenced by taste, but also by price and location factors. Siomay Raos Bandung as a business actor in this sector needs to understand the extent to which these two factors influence students' purchasing decisions, especially at the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi University, Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. A sample of 30 respondents was selected purposively, namely active students who had purchased Siomay Raos Bandung at least once in the last three months. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale, and analyzed using multiple correlations to determine the relationship between price (X₁) and location (X₂) with purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the study showed that both price and location were significantly related to purchasing decisions, with location having a slightly more dominant influence. This finding provides an important impression for Siomay Raos Bandung's marketing strategy to better adjust prices to students' purchasing power and choose a strategic and easily accessible business location.
