Abstract

This community service activity takes the object of the Sumber Agung home industry in Petoran, Jebres, Surakarta. The main purpose of this service is to provide training and assistance to the owners of the Sumber Agung home industry in making simple financial reports, with the hope that business management will be able to separate business finances from personal finances. So that in managing the tempeh chips business, it can be seen in real terms in running their business, because they already have financial statements, although they are still simple. The problem faced, the tempe chips business that has been involved so far, is not able to show in real terms how much profit is earned per week or per month. This fact encourages the service team to do service with training methods and assistance in making simple financial reports. The training was carried out several times to the owner, then the team was still providing assistance, so that the owner was really able to make financial reports. The training is carried out in stages, starting with the steps of preparing transaction documents, recording financial transactions, separating transactions into ledgers, making work sheets, making capital changes, making trial balances and making profit and loss statements. As a result of this training and mentoring activity, the Sumber Agung home industry is able to make simple financial reports so that business management and business development can be seen in a real and correct way according to accounting rules. The output of this service activity is an article on service activities published in the National Accredited Journal

Abstract

This study underscores the importance of customer experience and perceived quality in determining the level of customer satisfaction in the highly competitive restaurant sector. The purpose of this study is to explore the significant differences and relationships between customer experience and perceived quality at Solo Steak and Steak Moen Moen Mojosongo. The methodology used in this study is a quantitative approach, where data were collected through questionnaires. The information collected was then analyzed using validity, reliability, and independent sample t-tests. The results of this study indicate significant differences in customer experience and perceived quality between the two restaurants, while also indicating a positive relationship between the two variables. These findings can be a guideline for restaurant management in improving service strategies and customer experience and can also be a reference for future research in the field of restaurant marketing

Abstract

This research is designed to identify the determine of consumer preferences on meatball products on purchasing decisions. The technique applied is quantitative descriptive method, with the population considered in this study being individuals who have experience enjoying Bakso Idola Mojosongo, Surakarta. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a total of 59 individuals. The instrument test uses the F test and T test formulas and hypothesis testing using the Chi-Square test. This study’s conclution reveal that there is an important correlation between consumer preferences and consumer purchasing decisions. This is validated by the outcomes of the Chi-Square test which shows the level of significance of each variable as follows: flavor (p= 0.001), texture (p= 0.000) and variance (p= 0.017).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis signifikansi pengaruh store atmosphere, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Madina Bakery Store Clolo Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Madina Bakery Store Clolo Surakarta yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, studi pustaka, dan observasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Madina Bakery Store Clolo Surakarta. Hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 artinya model yang digunakan tepat untuk memprediksi pengaruh variabel store atmosphere, kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasıl uji R² sebesar 0,681 yang artinya store atmosphere, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan memberikan sumbangan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 68,1% dan sisanya (100% - 68,1%) = 31,9% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti.

Abstract

Abstrak - Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengambil obyek sekolah inklusi Yayasan Pembinaan Anak Cacat Profesor Doktor Soeharso Surakarta. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian untuk memberikan pelatihan life skill bagi siswa disabilitas untuk membangun kemandirian, keterampilan dan karakter siswa disabilitas di YPAC Profesor Doktor Soeharso Surakarta. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi, antara lain: 1) belum adanya pendidikan life skill di sekolah inklusi YPAC Profesor Doktor Soeharso Surakarta 2) siswa disabilitas di YPAC Profesor Doktor Soeharso belum diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai Pendidikan life skill. Metode penyelesaian masalah dalam program PKM dengan metode penyelesaian berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang life skill khususnya keterampilan fisik. Pada akhir kegiatan pemberdayaan ini diharapkan siswa disabilitas di Sekolah Inklusi YPAC Profesor Doktor Soeharso Surakarta memiliki peningkatan life skill yang nantinya dapat terwujud menjadi siswa disabilitas yang mandiri, terampil dan berkarakter. Luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, artikel pengabdian yang dimuat di Jurnal Pengabdian Terakreditasi Nasional.

Abstract

Environmental awareness has driven the rise of green consumption behavior. This study aims to examine the influence of green marketing on green buying behavior at Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, with environmental knowledge and green consumption as mediating variables. A quantitative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). A total 200 respondents were selected through purposive sampling targeting visitors who have experienced eco-friendly product consumption at the tourism site. The findings reveal that green marketing-represented by ecolabeling, green advertising, and green branding-has a significant effect on green buying behavior both directly and indirectly through environmental knowledge and green consumption. These results highlight the crucial role of environmental awareness and green consumption in strengthening the link between green marketing strategies and consumer purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan Cafe Kyn Eatery sebagai fungsi dari harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan adalah fokus dari penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan berbentuk survei dengan 35 partisipan. R², uji-t, uji F, dan regresi linier berganda adalah metode yang digunakan untuk analisis. Kepuasan pelanggan terbukti secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk saja, tanpa pengaruh substansial dari harga atau kualitas layanan. Pada saat yang sama, ketiga faktor ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, dengan kontribusi sebesar 68,3% dari total keseluruhan. Menurut penelitian ini, aspek terpenting yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan konsumen di Cafe Kyn Eatery adalah kualitas produk yang ditawarkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, kafe harus fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan menemukan titik temu antara harga dan layanan jika ingin mempertahankan dan menarik pelanggan.

Abstract

Indonesia faces significant challenges in creating adequate employment opportunities, leading many people to turn to the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. MSMEs, particularly in the culinary sector, play a crucial role in driving economic growth and equitable distribution of prosperity. However, MSMEs often face challenges such as low competency, a lack of adaptation to business changes, and limited use of digital technology. Digital marketing is a crucial strategy for improving MSME performance by expanding market access and strengthening product branding. Furthermore, intellectual capital, encompassing knowledge, skills, and networks, contributes to improving MSME competitiveness and performance. Competitive advantage, based on MSME resources and capabilities, is a key factor in their success in facing global competition. This study focuses on the influence of digital marketing on the performance of culinary MSMEs in Solo, with intellectual capital and competitive advantage as mediating variables. The results are expected to provide an understanding of the importance of managing digital marketing and intellectual capital to strengthen MSME competitiveness and performance in the digital era. This study is limited to culinary MSMEs in Solo, thus requiring further research in broader business sectors and regions.
