Abstract

This study examines the effect of trust and knowledge sharing on employee performance at Alfamart minimarkets in Telukjambe Timur District, Karawang Regency. A quantitative research approach was used by distributing structured questionnaires to 182 respondents who had worked for at least six months. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that trust and knowledge sharing have a positive and statistically significant effect on individual and collective employee performance. Trust contributes to a sense of psychological safety and fosters collaborative relationships among employees, while knowledge sharing facilitates information exchange and enhances individual competence. These findings underscore the strategic importance of cultivating a collaborative organizational culture that promotes collective learning, thereby contributing to improved performance and competitiveness in the modern retail sector. Furthermore, both variables collectively explain 78.1% of the variance in employee performance, indicating their substantial contribution to effective workforce outcomes.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan kerja yang dinamis, pengelolaan data yang akurat dan sistematis menjadi elemen penting dalam mendukung efisiensi dan kualitas keputusan bisnis. PT RJL melalui Divisi Internal Audit memiliki tanggung jawab dalam memperoses dan mengevaluasi data selling marketing yang diperoleh dari berbagai cabang. Namun, keterlibatan Internship dalam proses tersebut sering mengalami kendala, terutama akibat tidak tersedianya panduan tertulis yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi pengolahan data selling marketing. Ketergantungan pada penjelasan lisan dari mentor menyebabkan ketidakkonsistenan dalam pelaksanaan tugas, serta memperbesar potensi kesalahan. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, proyek ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan E-Guidebook sebagai sarana bantu bagi Internship dalam memahami serta menjalankan proses pengolahan data selling marketing. Metode yang digunakan mencangkup observasi lapangan, wawancara, serta perancangan berbasis paduan digital dan uji coba langsung di lingkungan kerja. Hasil proyek menunjukan bahwa E-Guidebook ini membantu pengguna memahami alur kerja pengolahan data, mengurangi kesalahan, dan meningkatkan kemandirian Internship. Panduan ini berisi langkah-langkah teknis yang digambarkan secara visual dan interaktif. Hasil evaluasi pengguna menunjukan bahwa proyek ini berhasil memenuhi tujuannya sebagai solusi praktis dan informatif untuk mendukung kegiatan pengolahan data Divisi Internal Audit.

Abstract

This study explores how potential and realized absorptive capacity affects innovation capability. This study aims to empirically examine the path relationship between potential absorptive capacity, realized absorptive capacity, and innovation capability in mini market in West Java, thus enhance our understanding of the mechanism between absorptive capacity and innovation capability. The authors have conducted a survey among employees with a valid response from 597 respondents. Multiple regression was used to assess the research model. The results provide evidence to show that potential and realized absorptive capacity are positively related to innovation capability, but in different proportions, and potential absorptive capacity affects positively to realize absorptive capacity. This study will contribute in an acceptable way to highlight the effects and role of both the potential absorptive capacity and the realized absorptive capacity in their role as independent variables and the results of this in innovation capability in turn as a dependent variable.Keywords: potential absorptive capacity realized absorptive capacity innovation capability

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the influence of in-store music on impulsive buying among college students (as a millennial generation) in Bandung State Polytechnic, employed customer mood as mediator. Data from 200 respondents were received and analyzed using a regression for testing the hypotheses developed.  The results show that the music is significantly affecting the customer's mood and impulsive buying. However, the customer mood does not play significantly affecting impulsive buying. Future research and managerial implications are addressed. Keywords: in-store music, mood, impulsive buying

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of emotional intelligence on knowledge sharing behavior, with trust serving as a moderating variable, within distro businesses located in the Citarum Subdistrict of Bandung. Operating within the creative economy sector, these businesses encounter intense competition from both domestic and international markets. To maintain their sustainability, it is crucial to enhance emotional intelligence, encourage knowledge-sharing activities, and establish trust among employees. Employing a quantitative approach through surveys, the study gathered data from 179 distro employees. Questionnaires were used as the primary data collection tool, and the data were analyzed using regression techniques. The findings reveal that emotional intelligence has a positive influence on knowledge sharing, and that trust significantly strengthens this relationship by amplifying the effect of emotional intelligence. These results highlight the vital role of trust in creative work settings and offer practical recommendations for distro business stakeholders to foster a collaborative work culture grounded in emotional intelligence and mutual trust.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and transaction security on interest in using the QRIS payment system (study on QRIS users in Bandung City). The development of technology and payment systems today has encouraged innovations, including the use of QRIS as an increasingly popular digital payment method. In this case, understanding the interaction between trust, security, and interest in use is very important. This study uses quantitative methods with a population of QRIS users in Bandung City. The sample was taken by purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents. Data collection was done through a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination testing. The results showed that the research instruments were valid and reliable. There is a strong correlation between trust variables and security variables on interest in using, with a contribution of 41.8%. This observation shows that trust and security have a positive and significant influence on interest in using the QRIS payment system in Bandung City. The managerial implications of the results of this study suggest that digital payment service providers, such as banks and financial technology companies, should prioritize improving the security and systems that users trust. This can be done by increasing information transparency, educating about digital transaction security, and strengthening consumer data protection systems. These steps will increase user interest and loyalty to QRIS payment systems and encourage wider adoption of QRIS in society.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze User Generated Content of Glad2Glow products, purchase interest of Glad2Glow products, and the influence of User Generated Content on TikTok social media on purchase interest of Glad2Glow products in Bandung City. This study applies a quantitative approach with Purposive Sampling technique and involves 200 respondents from Glad2Glow product consumers in Bandung City. Data collection was carried out through the use of Google Form which has been validated and realizable with the help of SPSS software version 27.0. Data analysis techniques include data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, correlation tests, simple linear regression tests, T hypothesis tests (partial), and determination coefficient tests used to analyze the influence of User Generated Content on purchase interest. These findings indicate a positive and significant relationship between User Generated Content and purchase interest. This study only focuses on User Generated Content on TikTok social media on purchase interest of Glad2Glow product consumers in Bandung City. These findings are expected to provide better insight into the development of digital marketing and consumer behavior in the era of social media in shaping purchase interest among Glad2Glow product consumers in Bandung City.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 telah menimbulkan dampak besar pada industri ritel modern, khususnya supermarket dan minimarket, yang mengalami hambatan signifikan dalam operasional akibat pembatasan sosial dan penurunan mobilitas masyarakat. Namun, seiring dengan pemulihan ekonomi, sektor ini menunjukkan tanda-tanda kebangkitan, ditandai dengan peningkatan jumlah gerai dan adopsi teknologi baru. Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, kreativitas karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam mempertahankan daya saing, di mana kerja sama dan teknologi menjadi elemen penting untuk meningkatkan layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Salah satu elemen kunci dalam menciptakan kreativitas adalah tingkat keterlibatan karyawan (work engagement), yang dapat memengaruhi produktivitas dan inovasi dalam industri ritel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran work engagement dalam meningkatkan kreativitas kerja karyawan pada supermarket di Kecamatan Cicendo, Kota Bandung. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan karyawan supermarket, termasuk manajer, supervisor, dan staf pelaksana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengacu pada Utrecht Work Engagement Scale dan model kreativitas kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work engagement yang tinggi berhubungan positif dengan peningkatan kreativitas kerja, yang berkontribusi pada pencapaian kinerja operasional dan daya saing supermarket. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan baru bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor ritel, khususnya dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan untuk mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi di masa pemulihan ekonomi.

Abstract

UMKM Memiliki peranan penting dalam roda perekonomian Indonesia, ada beberbapa kendala yang dihadapai UMKM saat ini seperti mitra program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu kurangnya efisiensi dalam prediksi stock kebutuhan bisnisnya. Program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk membuat Standar Operasiolan Prosedur (SOP) untuk memastikan bahwa proses order inventory tambahan khususnya untuk item daging dilakukan secara efisien dan sesuai kebutuhan, dengan selalu berpatok kepada jumlah persediaan yang mesti dipesan sesuai dengan hasil perhitungan di sistem. Metode observasi; pembuatan pilot project Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP); uji coba; penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini perusahaan dalam mengefisiensikan proses order inventory tambahan dapat dilihat dari sebelum penerapan SOP 277 dan setelah penerapan 251. Hal ini mampu menekan jumlah stok akhir, program ini memberikan manfaat langung bagi mitra.

Abstract

Peraturan Presiden Nomor 68 Tahun 2022 Tentang Revitalisasi Pendidikan Vokasi Dan Pelatihan Vokasi menuntut pendidikan tinggi vokasi untuk menghasilkan luaran atau tenaga kerja yang dipastikan selaras dengan kebutuhan industri. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, perguruan tinggi vokasi tentunya harus terus berinovasi mendesain pembelajaran yang dapat menstimuli kemampuan mahasiswa dalam bidang keilmuannya dan juga keterampilan lain yang lebih relevan di masa kini seperti keterampilan digital abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis masalah di Laboratorium Simulasi Bisnis dalam meningkatkan keterampilan abad ke-21. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengelohan data penelitian menggunakan SPSS 25 dengan beberapa uji yang dilakukan yaitu Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, dan Uji Paired Sample T-Test. Hasilnya proses pembelajaran berbasis masalah yang diterapkan di laboratorium simulasi bisnis terbukti memberikan perubahan yang positif pada keterampilan digital abad ke-21.
