Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran berbasis Canva dalam meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek siswa kelas X-2 SMAN 1 Penajam Paser Utara sebanyak 36 siswa. Subjek dipilih berdasarkan hasil studi kasus dan pra observasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa meningkat ketika pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Canva sebagai media pembelajaran. Pembelajaran menggunakan Canva membuat siswa fokus pada pembelajaran. Media Canva merupakan salah satu media interaktif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa. Media Canva juga merupakan salah satu media yang dapat menunjang semua gaya belajar siswa karena menyediakan berbagai macam fitur dan template yang dapat digunakan oleh guru.

Abstract

The research is motivated by student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class IV SDN 05 Birugo is still low. The aim of the study was to improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning with the Cooperative Learning Model Numbered Head Together in Class IV SDN 05 Birugo. The results of the study show that planning, implementation and learning outcomes have increased. The RPP assessment of the first cycle was 77.78% and in the second cycle it increased to 94.4%. The evaluation of the implementation of teacher activities in the first cycle was 79.16% and increased in the cycle of 95.83%. For the activities of students in the first cycle 79.16% increased in the cycle of 95.83%. %. Assessment of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 66.42 and increased in the second cycle 84.83. In conclusion, Cooperative Learning Type Numbered Head Together can improve student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning learning in class IV SDN 05 Birugo.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbantuan video dan LKPD berbasis PBL terhadap kemampuan kerja sama peserta didik kelas X Merdeka 9 di SMA Negeri 1 Jalaksana pada materi Inovasi Teknologi Biologi. Objek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Merdeka 9 dengan jumlah 20 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal evaluasi dan angket peserta didik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini selain penyajian hasil berupa data berupa angka peneliti juga menentukan pengolahan hasil dengan membuat analisis implementasi model PBL (Problem Based Learning) terhadap kemampuan kerja sama peserta didik berbantuan video dan LKPD berbasis PBL. Hasil penelitian untuk kemampuan kerja sama peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata yaitu 87,50 dengan kategori sangat baik artinya peserta didik sudah dapat bekerja sama dalam kegiatan diskusi kelompok. Penilaian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kerja sama peserta didik dalam diskusi kelompok, hasil yang diperoleh adalah peserta didik dapat bekerja sama dengan peserta didik lainnya saat berdiskusi memecahkan permasalahan tanaman endemik yang ada di Indonesia dengan pemanfaatan Inovasi Teknologi Biologi. Hasil rata-rata nilai evaluasi yang diperoleh peserta didik yaitu 83, sehingga dengan menggunakan model PBL (Problem Based Learning) memfasilitasi peserta didik untuk mencapai hasil belajar sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Analisis angket peserta didik memperoleh hasil 80% yang menunjukkan respon peserta didik terhadap implementasi model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbantuan Video dan LKPD berbasis PBL terhadap kemampuan kerja sama peserta didik termasuk kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, model PBL (Problem Based Learning) berbantuan media video dan LKPD berbasis PBL mampu memfasilitasi peserta didik dalam kemampuan kerja sama. The object of this research is students of class X Merdeka 9 with a total of 20 students. The data collection technique uses evaluation questions and student questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses the Microsoft Excel application. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique of purposive sampling type. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis. In this study, in addition to presenting the results in the form of data in the form of numbers, researchers also determine the processing of results by analyzing the implementation of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model on the cooperation skills of students assisted by videos and PBL-based LKPD. The results of the study for the ability of student cooperation obtained an average value of 87.50 with a very good category, meaning that students have been able to work together in group discussion activities. This assessment is used to determine the cooperation of students in group discussions, the results obtained are students can work together with other students when discussing solving the problem of endemic plants in Indonesia by utilizing Biological Technology Innovation. The average evaluation score obtained by students is 83, so that using the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model facilitates students to achieve learning outcomes in accordance with learning objectives. Analysis of students' questionnaires obtained a result of 80% which shows the response of students to the implementation of the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model assisted by Video and PBL-based LKPD to the cooperation skills of students including a very good category. The conclusion in this study is that the PBL (Problem Based Learning) model assisted by video media and PBL-based LKPD is able to facilitate students in the ability to work together. Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bekal bagi anak panti sebagai bekal pengetahuan agar bisa mengelola keuangan lebih baik dan mampu mengontrol pengeluaran keuangan dengan membedakan mana yang menjadi kebutuhan dan mana yang hanya keinginan. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Panti Asuhan Ar-ridho Depok. Sasaran dari program pengabdian ini adalah tingkat SMP dan SMK sebanyak 25 (dua puluh lima) orang. Pelaksanaan dilakukan secara tatap muka (on the spot training) yang diawali dengan dilakukan observasi dan koordinasi dengan pengurus yayasan terkait dengan ketersediaan tempat, kesiapan anak panti asuhan serta pengurusan perizinan secara administratif dengan pengurus yayasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM adalah sosialisasi dengan teknik penyuluhan dalam bentuk ceramah atau memaparkan materi menggunakan microsoft powerpoint berupa teori dan video animasi yang berkaitan dengan akuntansi dalam mengelola keuangan, serta di akhir penyampaian terdapat tanya jawab. Hasil pengabdian kepada siswa-siswi menjadi menambah pengetahuan, wawasan dan kreatifitas siswa-siswi SMP dan SMK. Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan antusias, dibuktikan dengan komunikatif nya mereka selama kegiatan berlangsung serta bermanfaat bagi siswa-siswi. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Keuangan; Siswa Siswi SMP dan SMK; Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat

Abstract

This aims to analyze and examine laboratory quality management in enhancing student competencies. The research method used is qualitative, specifically a case study approach. The subjects of the study include school principals, laboratory heads, lab technicians, teachers, and students. Data collection was conducted through observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation analysis. The instruments utilized in this research are observation sheets, interview guidelines, and field notes. The results from both schools indicated that the planning for laboratory quality management was prepared at the beginning of the new academic year, which included annual and semester programs, equipment procurement, and inventory management. The implementation of laboratory quality management involved conducting practical work as scheduled, with facilities used optimally. Monitoring and evaluation of laboratory quality management included regular assessments through observations and interviews with teachers and students to identify any shortcomings. Follow-up actions for laboratory quality management included corrective actions taken based on evaluation results, such as facility improvements and the addition of equipment. Barriers to laboratory quality management included equipment maintenance. Solutions to overcome these barriers involved facility improvements, equipment additions, additional training for staff, increased involvement of lab technicians, and optimizing funding. It was concluded that the series of laboratory quality management within the PDCA framework functioned effectively, commencing with planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and follow-up. The management of the Biology laboratory can optimize the competencies of students at SMA Negeri 1 Ciamis and SMA Negeri 1 Pangandaran.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan puncak kendali dalam suatu organisasi, dengan hadirnya seorang pemimpin yang mampu mentrasformasikan segala aktivitas dengan optimal akan memperlancar efektivitas dan efisiensi segala kegiatan yang dilaksanan bersama untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah disepakati bersama. Penelitian menyajikan tentang optimalisasi kepemimpinan transformasional menuju efesiensi pendidikan. Melalui kepemimpinan trasformasional menjadi pilihan yang tepat bagi seorang pemimpin agar dapat mengoptimalkan kepemimpinannya dalam peraktik manajemen dunia pendidikan. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Sumber data penelitian menggunakan bahan-bahan pustaka, baik buku, majalah maupun artikel hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini dan sudah terseleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam konteks pendidikan pendekatan ini dapat membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam efisiensi dan kualitas pendidikan. Abstract

The role of a teacher in the world of education is not only teaching subjects, but also shaping children’s character. One of the most important character traits to be develoved is curiosity. This study conducted literature research by looking for previous references to theories related to the theme of the discussion. The literature review outlines the findings of previous research and is adapted to future research. Gamification is an innovative educational approach than can make learning more fun and motivate children. Teachers who are can design educational games that are engaging, interactive, and support active learning. Through gamification, teachers can create learning environment that stimulates children’s interest and desire to explore deeper knowledge. This approach is expected to develop children’s curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in problem solving. Further research is needed to assess the effectiveness of the gamification method in shaping children’s curiosity and its impact on learning outcomes.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) was designed to strengthen national character and identity through the application of Asta Cita values among the residents of Rejuno Village, Karangjati District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. Conducted over two days, the program involved active participation from youth groups, community leaders, and village officials. The activities consisted of the introduction of national and civic values, interactive discussions with local figures, and group reflections aimed at formulating social commitments rooted in the Asta Cita principles. The findings show a notable increase in participants’ understanding and appreciation of the eight core values: patriotism, mutual cooperation, honesty, responsibility, hard work, discipline, tolerance, and social justice. Moreover, local wisdom and traditions—such as martial arts practices and community deliberations—were revitalized as effective tools for embedding these values within daily life. This program highlights that national character building does not solely rely on formal education or governmental initiatives but can also grow organically from community-based cultural practices. By integrating local heritage with national ideals, the PKM successfully promoted a sense of unity, civic awareness, and moral responsibility among the people of Rejuno Village, illustrating how local culture can serve as a strong foundation for fostering national identity and integrity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of empowerment of the Seruni Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Ngancar Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency as an effort to improve the local community's economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was located in Ngancar Village, RT/RW 13/02, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires to 67 respondents, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of empowerment for KWT Seruni was carried out through several stages, starting from providing material on how to make noodles from those equipped with facilities in the form of the necessary tools to providing material on packing by conducting a comparative study with MSMEs in Malang. This empowerment program can help Geyong Hamlet female farmers increase their income through the production of vegetable-based food. Keywords: Empowerment, Farmer Women’s Group, Economic Improvement
