Abstract

Public transportation, especially Light Rail Transit (LRT), plays a vital role in supporting community mobility and economic growth. In Palembang, the LRT system is the main means of transportation that facilitates social interaction and efficient movement of goods. However, this service faces challenges such as not utilizing current technological advances or still relying on cash transactions and member cards that are vulnerable to loss, long queues at counters that cause a waste of time and limited access to real-time information.This research aims to implement the prototype method in developing a web information system to improve the service and efficiency of LRT in Palembang City. The proposed system will provide innovative features, including online ticket booking, problem reporting, and real-time train schedule tracking. The prototype method will be applied through the stages of requirements gathering, initial prototype design, user evaluation, and iterative system improvement. It is expected that the implementation of this system can increase the effectiveness of LRT services, simplify the ticket booking process, and accelerate access to information for users. This research aims to make a significant contribution in improving the quality of public transportation services in Palembang through the integration of information technology in the LRT system.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, with platforms like Lazada and Bukalapak, has made User Experience (UX) a critical factor for success. This study aims to analyze and compare the UX of both applications using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method, which evaluates six dimensions: attractiveness, clarity, efficiency, dependability, stimulation, and novelty. A quantitative approach was applied, using a questionnaire distributed to 180 respondents aged 17-30 years. The results show that both applications received positive overall evaluations, with Lazada outperforming in terms of efficiency. These findings provide essential recommendations for developers to enhance the UX of e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

The web-based product marketing system in the photo gallery aims to increase the vision and accessibility of the products offered. The method used in developing this system is the System Development Life Cycle (SLDC), which includes planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance stages. This research aims to design and implement an information system that can make it easier for users to search for and obtain information related to products available in the gallery. The results of system development show significant improvements in market reach and marketing process efficiency, with users able to access product information more quickly and easily. With this system, it is hoped that the photo gallery can attract more customers and increase sales of the products offered.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design a web-based sales information system for the Bakri Electronics Store. With the advancement of information technology and the internet, many companies have begun adopting web-based systems to facilitate their business processes. Currently, Bakri Electronics Store relies on manual transactions, requiring customers to visit the store in person. This research proposes an online sales system that allows customers to browse products, make purchases, and complete payments online, thereby expanding market reach and improving operational efficiency. The research methods used include interviews with the store owner and manager, as well as direct observations. The system is designed using the PHP platform with a MySQL database and hosted on AWS, providing real-time information on product availability, pricing, promotions, as well as payment and shipping processes. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance sales and customer convenience, while strengthening the interaction between sellers and buyers.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, perusahaan dihadapkan pada pilihan platform cloud untuk mendukung infrastruktur web services mereka, di mana Amazon Web Services (AWS) dan Google Cloud Platform (GCP) merupakan platform layanan cloud terbesar di dunia. Kedua platform ini memiliki perbedaan mendasar dalam hal efisiensi biaya, performa, fleksibilitas, skalabilitas, dan kemudahan penggunaan, sehingga masalah utama yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah bagaimana memilih platform yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Dengan menggunakan metode literature review penulis menganalisis fitur-fitur utama yang ditawarkan oleh AWS dan GCP, serta membandingkan keduanya berdasarkan lima kriteria tersebut dengan tujuan memberikan panduan yang jelas bagi perusahaan dalam membuat pilihan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa GCP unggul dalam biaya dan kemudahan penggunaan, menjadikannya pilihan yang baik bagi pengguna baru dan perusahaan yang mencari solusi sederhana. Sebaliknya, AWS lebih cocok untuk perusahaan besar dengan kebutuhan fleksibilitas dan skalabilitas tinggi serta kontrol mendalam terhadap infrastruktur, terutama dalam hal keamanan melalui WAF. Sebagai saran, perusahaan yang mengutamakan biaya dan kemudahan sebaiknya mempertimbangkan GCP, sementara perusahaan dengan kebutuhan skala besar dan kontrol lebih kompleks disarankan memilih AWS, atau bahkan mempertimbangkan kombinasi dari keduanya untuk mengoptimalkan keunggulan masing-masing platform.

Abstract

Sulitnya akses informasi yang ada membuat peneliti tertarik untuk mengembangkan Sistem informasi SMA Negeri 1 Cempaka dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kepada calon siswa dan juga para siswa dan guru disekolah , akses informasi bisa diperoleh dengan mudah, promosi akan sekolah pun bisa dengan mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web pada SMA N 1 Cempaka sehingga nantinya bisa menjadi media promosi sekolah ketika sistem ini dibangun. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam yaitu metode waterfall (air terjun). Hasil daripada penelitian ini didapat bahwasanya sistem berjalan dengan lancar sesuai yang diharapkan dan menampilkan informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi e-commerce berbasis sistem informasi sebagai solusi peningkatan akses pasar bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. UMKM merupakan sektor penting yang berkontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun seringkali menghadapi tantangan dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar akibat keterbatasan infrastruktur dan metode pemasaran yang masih konvensional. Dengan adopsi e-commerce, UMKM dapat menjangkau konsumen lintas daerah, menekan biaya operasional, dan meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis internet memudahkan pengelolaan inventaris, mempercepat proses transaksi, dan memberikan customer experience yang lebih baik, yang secara langsung berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan dan daya saing UMKM. Namun, adopsi teknologi tersebut masih terhambat oleh infrastruktur yang belum merata dan rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan pelaku UMKM. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya terpadu dari pemerintah dan sektor swasta untuk menyediakan pelatihan dan infrastruktur yang memadai guna mendukung transformasi digital UMKM secara optimal.

Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of Marketing Management Information System (MIS) in implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to increase customer loyalty in retail companies. In the midst of increasingly fierce business competition, the implementation of CRM is considered a strategic solution to strengthen relationships with customers. This research uses the literature review method to identify and analyze various relevant literature regarding the application of CRM and its impact on customer loyalty. Evaluation of CRM effectiveness can be done by comparing whether CRM implementation is effective in increasing customer loyalty compared to conditions without CRM. This comparison can be seen from the results of the literature review that has been collected. The results of the analysis show that the use of CRM can increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through better data management, more personalized interactions, and effective loyalty programs in its application. However, challenges in CRM implementation, such as system integration, employee training needs, and limited technology resources, are also identified. This article provides recommendations for the optimization of marketing management information systems through increased use of technology and continuous training for employees. With a deeper understanding of the effectiveness of CRM, it is expected that retail companies can improve their marketing strategies and create a sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the form of digital, libraries have changed their form from conventional to digital which is often referred to as 'digital libraries' or digital libraries. The existence of the digital library itself is the same as its name which is in digital form so that it can be accessed anywhere and anytime through Android phones, tablets, notebooks, laptops and computers connected to the internet network. Digital libraries are not only useful for non-disabled users but all types of users including disabled users. The writing of this article is carried out using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques carried out by means of literature studies to obtain theoretical references related to the problem being studied through library materials from various reference sources. A digital library or digital library is an organized system consisting of hardware, software, electronic collections, and librarians or library staff who are responsible for collecting and managing them. Efforts in developing digital libraries include: Smooth and fast internet access, Preparation of hardware and software, Publication and socialization, Cooperation system, and Creativity. Furthermore, disabled users are users who have physical deficiencies so that they have special needs in accessing information. The existence of inclusive services means that librarians should not distinguish between non-disabled users and disabled users.

Abstract

Di era teknologi yang terus berkembang saat ini, proses pemesanan yangcepat dan mudah sangat penting untuk memuaskan pelanggan. Banyak pelanggan menghadapi kesulitan dengan sistem pemesanan studio foto yang masih offline, karena harus menghadapi antrian panjang dan proses pemesanan yang memakan waktu. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk melakukan pemesanan studio foto secara online dengan mudah dan cepat. Metodepengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC model prototype, sebuah pendekatan yang memungkinkan pengembang untuk membuat prototipe awal dari sistem yang kemudian secara berkala diperbaiki dan disesuaikan berdasarkan masukan dan umpan balik dari pengguna. Dengan penerapan sistem informasi pemesanan online, studio foto dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasionalnya secara signifikan. Sistem juga dilengkapi dengan fitur manajemen yang memungkinkan pemilik studio untuk dengan mudah memantau dan mengelola pemesanan, stok, dan permintaan pelanggan secara real-time.
