Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of information technology infrastructure at the Alfamart Sukarami Palembang branch, identify the main components of IT infrastructure used, and describe the challenges and obstacles faced in its management. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through direct observation at the store and secondary data analysis from various reliable sources. The results indicate that Alfamart has implemented an integrated IT infrastructure, including hardware (cash registers, barcode scanners), software (internal retail systems), communication networks (VPN, intranet), data centers, information security systems, and cloud computing technology. This infrastructure supports operational efficiency, transaction service speed, and data management accuracy. Based on SWOT analysis, Alfamart possesses strengths in providing facilities and customer-friendly services, but faces challenges such as intense competition and obstacles in goods distribution. This study recommends enhancing IT infrastructure, employee training, increased promotion, regular system evaluation, and maximizing the use of cloud technology to improve Alfamart’s competitiveness in the modern retail industry.

Abstract

Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI) plays a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence and digital transformation in modern enterprises. PT Digital Nusantara, a technology-driven company, has implemented various IT systems to optimize productivity, operational efficiency, and business competitiveness. This study aims to evaluate the IT infrastructure of PT Digital Nusantara through direct observation of physical facilities, software systems, network architecture, data security protocols, and IT human resources management. The findings reveal that while the company has developed a solid technological foundation, it still faces strategic challenges such as scalability limitations, insufficient system integration across departments, and the need to comply with international information security standards. This article suggests reinforcing cloud-based infrastructure, developing a long-term IT roadmap, and improving IT personnel capabilities through structured digital competency training.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of IT service management based on the ITIL framework at PT Paragon Technology and Innovation, a prominent Indonesian cosmetics company leveraging information technology across its operations. A case study method was employed to describe the actual application of IT infrastructure, the IT service lifecycle, and role distribution through the RACI model. The findings reveal that PT Paragon has adopted most ITIL processes, particularly in incident management, system testing, and cloud-based infrastructure monitoring. The RACI model has been effectively utilized to define responsibilities across departments. This study recommends enhancing information security systems and fully adopting the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) framework.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze the information technology infrastructure (ITI) utilized by the e-commerce company Tokopedia, in order to understand the role of ITI in supporting operations and business development in the digital era. The research method employed includes literature review and indirect observation through the analysis of secondary data sources, such as articles, company reports, and online publications related to Tokopedia's technology systems. The analysis focuses on hardware, software, networks, data, and human resources components within the ITI system. The results indicate that Tokopedia possesses a robust ITI, based on cloud computing and microservices architecture, which supports scalability, security, and operational efficiency. The implementation of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, and API integration are key to enhancing user experience and internal effectiveness. The study concludes that Tokopedia's success in delivering reliable e-commerce services largely depends on its adaptive and integrated IT infrastructure, as well as continuous investment in technology development and human capital. This research highlights the strategic importance of ITI in enhancing competitiveness and innovation in the e-commerce industry.

Abstract

 In this era of technology, to handle several obstacles in conventional ticket ordering such as long queues at the station, limited time owned by consumers, the process of delivering information about ticket prices for the day of departure or previous dates that cannot be processed, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) provides a solution through the KAI Access application which will facilitate ticket ordering, fast transaction process, reduce operational costs when ordering tickets, delivery of information about schedules and ticket prices that can be accessed quickly. By downloading the KAI Access application, the counter feels like it is in your hand, like the slogan buying tickets is as easy as updating status is one of PT. KAI's campaigns in the program buying tickets is easy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze information technology service management (IT Service Management) in the product ordering process through the Klik Indomaret application developed by PT Indomarco Prismatama. As consumer demand for fast and efficient online shopping services increases, the company is required to provide a reliable, responsive, and user-friendly IT service system. This research employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The analysis is based on the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework to evaluate the effectiveness of service management in supporting core business processes. The findings indicate that although the Klik Indomaret application has positively contributed to streamlining the ordering process and improving customer satisfaction, several challenges remain, such as delays in stock data updates, system disruptions, and limited integration among IT services. Recommendations include enhancing system monitoring, optimizing the service desk, and strengthening incident management strategies. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for the future development of more robust IT services.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut sektor perhotelan untuk mengelola layanan TI secara efektif guna menunjang operasional bisnis dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menganalisis manajemen layanan TI di Hotel Aston Palembang dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja ITIL V3, khususnya pada domain Service Operation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan strategi studi kasus, melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen internal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hotel telah menerapkan proses manajemen insiden dan permintaan layanan, namun masih dilakukan secara manual dan belum terdokumentasi secara formal. Rata-rata terjadi 8–10 insiden per bulan dengan waktu penyelesaian 1–2 hari. Selain itu, belum tersedia dokumentasi SLA, sistem ticketing digital, maupun proses change management yang terstruktur. Hanya domain Service Operation yang berjalan relatif baik; domain lain masih perlu pengembangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru karena studi berbasis ITIL di sektor perhotelan masih terbatas. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kesinambungan layanan melalui dokumentasi formal dan perencanaan strategis sesuai praktik terbaik ITIL.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen layanan teknologi informasi (MLTI) dan pemetaan tanggung jawab menggunakan model RACI pada PT Sriwijaya Internet Services (SISNET) Palembang. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi ini mengkaji kondisi aktual layanan TI serta peran dan tanggung jawab setiap aktor dalam proses layanan TI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan MLTI di SISNET sudah mencakup aspek penting seperti keamanan data, pemeliharaan perangkat keras dan lunak, serta pelayanan pelanggan. Melalui pemetaan RACI, ditemukan pembagian peran yang belum sepenuhnya optimal, sehingga diperlukan perbaikan dalam struktur tanggung jawab untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dalam tata kelola layanan TI guna mendukung kinerja dan kepuasan pelanggan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan mengukur tingkat keselarasan strategis antara TI dan bisnis di PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 4 Field Adera. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan memanfaatkan kerangka kerja ITIL v4 untuk menilai efisiensi dan efektivitas infrastruktur TI, serta model Strategic Alignment Maturity Model (SAMM) dari Luftman untuk mengukur kesesuaian strategi TI dan bisnis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur TI di Field Adera berada dalam kondisi cukup baik, namun masih terdapat kekurangan pada aspek integrasi sistem dan dokumentasi teknis. Sementara itu, tingkat keselarasan strategis antara TI dan bisnis berada pada Level 3 (Established), yang mengindikasikan adanya kesadaran strategis yang baik, meskipun belum terintegrasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan integrasi sistem, peningkatan tata kelola, dan pengembangan SDM TI secara berkelanjutan agar kapabilitas TI dapat mendukung transformasi bisnis secara strategis.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi (TI) telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sektor perbankan, termasuk pada perbankan syariah digital. Untuk memastikan pengelolaan layanan TI berjalan secara efektif dan efisien, diperlukan kerangka kerja yang terstandarisasi dan dapat diandalkan. Salah satu framework yang banyak digunakan adalah Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), yang menyediakan pendekatan sistematis dalam manajemen layanan TI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan dan penerapan manajemen layanan TI pada perbankan digital syariah di wilayah Sumatera Selatan dan Bangka Belitung dengan pendekatan literature review. Analisis dilakukan terhadap berbagai aspek seperti sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur TI, budaya organisasi, serta kesesuaian komponen ITIL (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Operation, dan Continual Service Improvement) dengan kebutuhan operasional dan prinsip syariah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa framework ITIL berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, kualitas layanan, dan kesesuaian layanan TI dengan nilai-nilai syariah. Selain itu, tantangan seperti keterbatasan SDM dan infrastruktur, serta perlunya integrasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam setiap siklus layanan, menjadi faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi teoretis dan praktis bagi pengembangan manajemen TI yang lebih adaptif dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perbankan syariah digital.
