Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh insentif dan semangat kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) versi 29 melalui uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,888 > ttabel 2,000 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Semangat kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 9,556 > ttabel 2,000 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, insentif dan semangat kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 366,313 > Ftabel 2,76 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,928 menunjukkan bahwa 92,8% variasi kepuasan kerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh insentif dan semangat kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 7,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengalaman dan Pendidikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 63 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk pengaruh simultan, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai thitung sebesar 11,168 > ttabel 1,998. Pendidikan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,355 > ttabel 1,998. Secara simultan, Pengalaman dan Pendidikan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 69,470 > Ftabel 2,75 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,698 menunjukkan bahwa 69,8% variasi Produktivitas Kerja dipengaruhi oleh Pengalaman dan Pendidikan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 30,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Sarana Prasarana terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 74 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk pengaruh simultan, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5,538 > ttabel 1,992. Sarana Prasarana juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 7,388 > ttabel 1,992. Secara simultan, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Sarana Prasarana berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,720 menunjukkan bahwa 72% variasi Motivasi Kerja Pegawai dipengaruhi oleh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Sarana Prasarana, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 28% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan terhadap Peningkatan Pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 50 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk pengaruh simultan, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Pelayanan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5,726 > ttabel 2,009. Pelaksanaan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Pelayanan dengan nilai thitung sebesar 7,761 > ttabel 2,009. Secara simultan, Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Pelayanan, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 317,608 > Ftabel 2,79 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan dan Pelaksanaan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Efisiensi dan Efektivitas terhadap Restrukturisasi Pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 54 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial, uji F (ANOVA) untuk pengaruh simultan, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Efisiensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Restrukturisasi Pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,786 > ttabel 2,005. Efektivitas juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Restrukturisasi Pegawai dengan nilai thitung sebesar 9,693 > ttabel 2,005. Secara simultan, Efisiensi dan Efektivitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Restrukturisasi Pegawai, yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 105,320 > Ftabel 2,78 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,805 menunjukkan bahwa 80,5% variasi Restrukturisasi Pegawai dipengaruhi oleh Efisiensi dan Efektivitas, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 19,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand in depth the influence of work ethic on employee performance, the influence of work discipline on work effectiveness, and the simultaneous influence of work ethic and work discipline on work effectiveness among ASN employees of the Ministry of Defense assigned as Military Reserves at the Special Forces Command Headquarters. The focus of this research is important considering the demands of professionalism and task accuracy in the defense environment that requires a high level of ethic and discipline. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely research that relies on data in the form of numbers as the basis for statistical analysis. However, this study also utilizes qualitative data as support, in the form of statements, words, or sentences obtained from questionnaires, consultation results, and interviews with related informants. The population in this study amounted to 130 ASN employees, and based on the sampling technique, the researcher used 98 respondents as a sample considered representative to describe field conditions. For hypothesis testing, this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) application tool Version 4.0, which is capable of testing relationships between variables comprehensively. The test results show that work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness (Y) partially. In addition, the results of the determination coefficient test (R-Square) of 0.434 or 43.4% indicate that work effectiveness can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 56.6% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of the study

Abstract

Inclusive education is a central goal in creating equitable education systems; however, Indonesia continues to face challenges related to learner diversity, socio-economic disparities, and geographical inequalities. The expansion of online learning platforms offers opportunities to foster more inclusive learning environments. This study explores the role of online learning platforms in supporting inclusive education in Indonesia using a qualitative literature review approach. Academic publications from 2018–2025 were systematically selected, and ten core articles were analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings indicate a moderate to significant impact of online learning platforms on inclusive education, particularly in enhancing accessibility, instructional flexibility, and personalized learning for diverse learners. When integrated with inclusive pedagogical strategies, digital platforms also contribute to increased student engagement and participation. Nevertheless, major challenges persist, including digital divides, limited teacher digital competence, uneven infrastructure, and policy–practice gaps. The study concludes that optimizing digital-based inclusive education requires targeted infrastructure investment, continuous teacher training in inclusive digital pedagogy, and stronger alignment between policy and practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and employee competency on service satisfaction at the Indonesian National Police General Secretariat . The background of the study is based on the demand for improving the quality of reliable, modern, and information technology-based public administration services, which in practice still face obstacles in the form of suboptimal internalization of organizational culture and limited employee competency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population is employees at the Indonesian National Police General Secretariat, with data collected through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on service satisfaction. Employee competence also has a positive and significant effect on service satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational culture and employee competence significantly influence service satisfaction at the Indonesian National Police General Secretariat. These findings confirm that strengthening consistent work culture values and improving employee competence, both in terms of knowledge, skills, and work attitudes, are important factors in supporting the improvement of the quality of professional, prompt, and accountable public administration services. This research is expected to provide academic contributions in the development of public sector human resource management studies, as well as practical contributions as a basis for formulating policies to strengthen organizational culture and develop employee competencies within the Indonesian National Police General Secretariat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to answer the established problem formulation, namely the work motivation of millennial generation marketers (Mantri) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in an effort to achieve optimal micro performance. The main focus of this study is to understand how motivating factors (intrinsic) and hygiene factors (extrinsic), based on Herzberg's Two Factor Theory, influence their work enthusiasm and productivity. The results of the study indicate that intrinsic motivating factors, such as responsibility, job autonomy, and meaningful work, are the main triggers for high-performing marketers to exceed company standards. Meanwhile, hygiene factors such as clarity of procedures, quality of supervision, and workload balance are crucial in preventing demotivation and maintaining psychological stability. This study concludes that Human Capital management at BRI needs to personalize the motivational approach and transform the role of superiors into mentors or coaches in order to align the character of millennials with organizational goals. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 informants, consisting of micro-marketers (Mantri) from various performance categories (High, Average, and Low Performers), Unit Heads, and Micro-Business Managers. Abstract

The purpose of this study is as follows to determine the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Job Satisfaction, to determine the influence of Communication on Employee Job Satisfaction, to determine the influence of Organizational Culture and Communication on Employee Job Satisfaction in the Directorate General of Taxes . the calculated t value for the Organizational Culture variable (X1) is 4.067 , while the t table value for n = 40 is 2.021 . So t count> t table or 4.067> 2.021 , then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted , it can be stated that Organizational Culture ( X1 ) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction ( Y), the results of the t test the calculated t value for the Communication variable ( X2 ) is 4.194 .... 194 > 2.021 , then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it can be concluded that partially the Communication variable (X2 ) has an effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). The R Square value is 0.678 . This shows that 67.8 % of Organizational Culture (X1 ) and communication (X2 ) together have an effect on Job Satisfaction (Y), while the remaining 32.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
