Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini meminimalisir perilaku Agresif verbal di lingkungan sekolah, seperti perundungan verbal atau komentar kasar di antara siswa, semakin mendapat perhatian serius karena dampaknya terhadap perkembangan emosional dan akademik siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan penyebab agresi verbal di sekolah dan cara terbaik untuk mencegahnya melalui konseling kelompok teknik self management.  Penelitian ini menggunakan PTBK dengan model Kemmis dan MC Taggart, dilaksanakan dua siklus, dengan tahap perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi.  Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari delapan siswa yang di kelas VIII D dan mengalami masalah perilaku agresif verbal.  Angket, observasi, dan wawancara adalah alat yang digunakan.  Konseling kelompok tentang teknik manajemen diri adalah contoh tindakan yang dilakukan.  Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan penurunan perilaku agresif verbal pada pra tindakan presentase 82,25% menuruan menjadi 56,68% setelah siklus I. Selanjutnya, setelah siklus II konseling kelompok teknik self management, persentase penurunan perilaku agresif verbal 43,75% menurun dibanding sebelum konseling kelompok teknik self management.  Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan konseling kelompok teknik manajemen diri berhasil mengurangi perilaku agresif lisan siswa SMPN 2 Palu

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap gaya hidup hedonisme di kalangan mahasiswa. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan tinjauan pustaka, studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa teman sebaya memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk perilaku hedonistik mahasiswa, seringkali melebihi pengaruh keluarga. Beberapa mekanisme pengaruh yang diidentifikasi meliputi: (1) kecenderungan mengikuti perilaku hedonistik teman untuk diterima dalam kelompok, (2) paparan gaya hidup mewah melalui media sosial yang memicu perbandingan sosial, (3) fenomena FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) yang mendorong partisipasi dalam pengalaman mahal, (4) keinginan untuk menyaingi atau melampaui status sosial teman yang mengarah pada perilaku konsumtif, dan (5) peran teman sebaya sebagai perantara tren budaya populer yang mempromosikan nilai-nilai hedonistik.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a mindfulness intervention guide and test the effectiveness of implementing the mindfulness intervention guide as an effort to optimize self-love to maintain college students' mental health. The research method was the research and development model. This research and development procedure includes 1) the preparation stage, 2) the implementation stage, namely preparing a product draft, and 3) product testing, product validation, and preparation of the final product. This product was tested and validated by a team of experts in the field of psychology. In the implementation phase of the mindfulness intervention guide, the researchers assessed the respondents' mental health before and after administering the mindfulness intervention. Research data was analyzed descriptively, quantitatively, and qualitatively. This research showed that the intervention guide had been developed validly regarding usefulness, accuracy, suitability, and ease of guidance in implementing college student mindfulness interventions. This study also showed increased mental health levels in college students after providing mindfulness intervention to optimize self-love to maintain students' mental health. This research implied that lecturers and college students could use this mindfulness intervention guide for optimizing self-love on a limited basis to maintain daily mental health. Apart from that, this intervention guide can also be widely used by various practitioners in the mental health field, such as psychologists, counselors, guidance and counseling teachers, and social workers.

Abstract

Mental health in the workplace is essential because it can affect employees' performance and productivity. One effective strategy to maintain mental health in the workplace is developing dispositional mindfulness in employees. This study aimed to describe dispositional mindfulness as an internal resource of employees in a railway transportation service provider in Jakarta, Indonesia. The study highlights mindfulness as a dispositional trait influencing cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functions, enhancing stress management, work performance, relationships, and overall well-being. The authors used a survey method to distribute the Dispositional Mindfulness at Work Scale to 357 employees in supervisory positions through quota sampling. Data analysis, conducted using SPSS 21.0, revealed that respondents generally exhibited strong dispositional mindfulness, with significant differences based on age and education level. Among the components of mindfulness, awareness emerged as the dominant trait, followed by acceptance, attention, and present focus. These findings suggest that management can implement mindfulness programs to enhance work performance and service quality. This study contributes to the literature on mindfulness in organizational settings, particularly within the railway transportation sector.

Abstract

Depression among college students has become a significant mental health issue, with an average prevalence reaching 30.6%. This study aims to comprehensively examine the phenomenon of depression among college students, its impacts, and effective prevention and intervention strategies. Using a systematic review method, this study analyzes literature from databases such as PubMed, PsycINFO, and Google Scholar. The results show that depression in college students seriously affects academic performance, social interactions, substance abuse, sleep disorders, and the risk of suicide. Various effective interventions have been identified, including cognitive behavioral therapy, hypnofivesics, logotherapy, empathy interventions, physical activity, and, in certain cases, drug therapy. A holistic approach combining psychological therapy, spiritual aspects, and social support is considered most effective. This study highlights the importance of mental health awareness, access to mental health services on campus, and the active role of educational institutions in supporting students' mental well-being. Suggestions for future research include longitudinal studies and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions in diverse cultural contexts.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan psikoedukasi yang berjudul “Pastoral Care with Mindfulness” yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pendeta terkait penggunaan teknik mindfulness untuk mengoptimalkan kesehatan mental yang mereka miliki saat memberikan pelayanan bagi jemaat di gereja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Agenda sesi pertama berupa pemaparan materi terkait konsep dasar mindfulness, urgensi teknik mindfulness untuk mengoptimalkan kesehatan mental, dan pengenalan berbagai macam teknik mindfulness. Selanjutnya, agenda sesi kedua berupa demonstrasi dan latihan teknik mindfulness, seperti: mindful breathing, mindful loving, mindful chair yoga, mindful eating, dan mindful reading, dengan dipandu oleh penulis sebagai narasumber dalam kegiatan ini. Agenda sesi ketiga diisi dengan kesimpulan dan refleksi Bersama. Kegiatan psikoedukasi ini dilaksanakan secara hybrid dengan melibatkan partisipan sejumlah 40 orang pendeta yang bekerja di Sinode Gereja Kalimantan Evangelis (GKE) di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. Para peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang luar biasa untuk mengikuti kegiatan psikoedukasi ini dan berkomitmen akan menerapkan teknik mindfulness ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai pelayan jemaat dan utusan Tuhan yang kesehatan mentalnya prima.Abstract. This study aims to provide psychoeducation titled "Pastoral Care with Mindfulness" to enhance pastors' understanding and skills related to the use of mindfulness techniques to optimize their mental health while providing services to church congregations. The methods used include lectures, demonstrations, and practice. The first session agenda involves presenting material on the basic concepts of mindfulness, the urgency of mindfulness techniques for optimizing mental health, and introducing various mindfulness techniques. The second session agenda includes demonstrations and practice of mindfulness techniques such as mindful breathing, mindful loving, mindful chair yoga, mindful eating, and mindful reading, guided by the author as a resource person in this activity. The third session is filled with conclusions and joint reflection. This psychoeducation activity is conducted in a hybrid manner involving 40 pastor participants working in the Evangelical Kalimantan Church Synod (GKE) in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The participants showed great enthusiasm to join this psychoeducation activity and committed to applying these mindfulness techniques in their daily lives as community servants and God's messengers with optimal mental health.

Study This aiming For describe implementation learning differentiate through utilization of audiovisual media in increase attitude tolerance student Class V of SDN Lahuafu on the subject Science lessons . Research This use approach qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through observation , interviews , and documentation . Research results show that the teacher was successful apply learning differentiate based on style learning and readiness students , as well as utilizing audiovisual media such as educational videos , animations and documentaries as tool help main . Learning implemented in a way collaborative in group heterogeneous , accompanied by discussion and reflection , which encourages student For value differences . Impact from the application This seen in the increase attitude tolerance students , such as value opinion friends , work The same in group , and show empathy . Approximately 89% of students show change behavior to more direction​ tolerant . Approach This proven effective No only in aspect cognitive , but also in strengthening character student .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of interactive modules of Science based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in improving the learning activity and achievement of fourth-grade students of SDN 09 Bungku. The research methods used were observation, interviews, and evaluation of student learning outcomes before and after implementing the module. The results showed that the implementation of interactive modules based on PBL significantly improved student learning activity. Students became more enthusiastic, actively discussed, asked questions, and solved problems independently or in groups. In addition, student learning achievement also experienced a significant increase, with all students achieving the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This interactive module provides an enjoyable and meaningful learning experience by presenting contextual materials, visual illustrations, and interactive activities that stimulate critical thinking and student creativity. The teacher acts as a facilitator who guides students in using the module to make the learning process more effective and structured. This study recommends the use of interactive modules based on PBL as an alternative innovative learning that can improve motivation, involvement, and student learning outcomes in elementary schools.

Abstract

The cultural heritage left by the ancestors and predecessors of the Indonesian nation is countless, ranging from regional languages, regional clothing, dances and other regional arts. The research problem formulation is how the traditional Mehule game contributes to improving the understanding of local wisdom material in class IV SDN Were'a. How the contribution of the conventional Mehule game in enhancing students' interest in learning in class IV SDN Were'a. Research objectives: To analyze the contribution of the traditional Mehule game in improving students' interest in learning in class IV SDN Were'a. Research Method This type of research is descriptive qualitative research using an ethnographic approach. The ethnographic approach is an approach that is carried out empirically and theoretically to produce a deeper picture and analysis of culture in society, in this case, the traditional Mehule game. Research results The TGT model was chosen because it was considered appropriate for building student cooperation, fostering a healthy competitive spirit, and improving understanding of concepts through educational games. The game used is a typical Morowali game, namely the Mehule game. Research conclusions: Students become more active, enthusiastic, and able to connect learning materials with their local cultural experiences.

Abstract

Program psikoedukasi dengan topik “Mindfulness on Campus” ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mahasiswa terkait penggunaan teknik mindfulness untuk menjaga kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan mental toughness. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik. Program psikoedukasi terdiri dari dua sesi. Agenda sesi pertama berupa pemaparan materi terkait permasalahan psikologis mahasiswa, konsep dasar mindfulness, kesehatan mental, dan mental toughness, serta peran teknik mindfulness untuk menjaga kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan mental toughness. Selanjutnya, agenda sesi kedua berupa pengenalan berbagai macam teknik mindfulness, dilanjutkan dengan demonstrasi dan latihan teknik mindfulness, seperti: mindful breathing, mindful chair yoga, mindful eating, mindful reading, mindful colouring, dan mindful music. Kegiatan psikoedukasi ini dilaksanakan secara daring via zoom meeting dengan melibatkan partisipan sejumlah 20 orang mahasiswa prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam UIN Datokarama Palu. Para peserta telah mengikuti program psikoedukasi ini dengan antusias dan semangat. Mereka juga siap menerapkan teknik mindfulness ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai upaya menjaga kesehatan mental dan meningkatkan mental toughness.
