Abstract

Corruption is a criminal act committed by a person or an organization whose position and financial power allow him to abuse his power. These actions can harm a party, organization or country. Prevention and response through law enforcement must be carried out comprehensively so that law enforcement can be effective. The aim of this research is to examine the extent of criminal law policies in criminal acts of corruption in the public service sector. This research is descriptive in nature with a normative legal research type. Data was collected using library research and then analyzed qualitatively.

Abstract

Prinsip kejelasan hukum mengatakan bahwa standar hukum harus dirumuskan dengan cara yang jelas dan tidak ambigu. Ini penting untuk menghindari interpretasi yang berbeda, yang dapat menimbulkan keraguan bagi masyarakat. Ketika peraturan tidak jelas, orang atau organisasi yang mempengaruhi mungkin mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami hak dan kewajiban mereka, yang dapat menyebabkan pelanggaran hukum tanpa disadari. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur adalah metode penelitian yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena secara mendalam melalui analisis data yang berasal dari berbagai sumber literatur, seperti buku, jurnal, dokumen resmi, dan regulasi. Prinsip kejelasan dalam UU 12/2011 menuntut agar setiap peraturan memiliki tujuan yang jelas dan rumusan yang tidak menimbulkan ambiguitas. Namun seringkali, praktik penyusunan peraturan tidak memenuhi standar ini, yang mengakibatkan berbagai interpretasi di lapangan. Ketidakjelasan ini dapat mengganggu kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap hukum dan menimbulkan ketakutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest of customers of PT Pegadaian Syariah BTN Sweta branch with PT Pegadaian conventional Selaparang branch in terms of service quality factors, location factors and promotion factors This research was conducted at PT Pegadaian Syariah BTN Sweta branch and PT Pegadaian conventional Selaparang branch with the type of case study research, the method used in this study was qualitative. Methods of data collection is done in three ways, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection is carried out to obtain data in the data field. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence customer interest are the similarities and differences between PT. Sharia pawnshop BTN Sweta branch with PT. Conventional Pegadaian Selaparang branch, which is located on the service quality factor that most dominantly affects customer interest in making a pawn, then followed by the location factor where customers who have a place close to the pawnshop to make a pawn are very profitable for customers because it is close to making it easier for the customer to manage the necessary files. While the condition of living quite far is actually not an obstacle and does not become a benchmark for a place to pawn because there is a need so that customers will bring in pawns wherever they are. While the difference is PT. Sharia pawnshop BTN Sweta branch with PT. The Selaparang branch of Conventional Pawnshops lies in the promotion factor. At the sharia pawnshop branch of BTN Sweta, customers are very interested in promotions such as: providing low interest, the cost is calculated from the value of the goods, has the principle of trust and provides loans in accordance with Islamic sharia. Meanwhile, customers at the Selaparang conventional pawnshop are interested in promotions such as easy requirements, fast disbursement of funds, compensation for pawned goods, gold savings products and longer interest rates. From the results of this analysis, it is suggested that PT. Sharia pawnshop BTN Sweta branch with PT. Selaparang branch conventional pawnshops to improve management performance and provide even better services, provide comfortable and safe facilities and increase socialization and promotion of how to pawn the sharia pawnshops in BTN Sweta branch and conventional pawnshops in Selaparang branch. Thus, customers better understand the concept and products of pawnshops.

Abstract

Dust and viruses are reasons for someone to wear a mask. Because it can be the cause of diseases that attack the respiratory system. This condition is very important and needs to be watched out for. For this reason, someone uses a mask to protect himself, because wearing a mask is one way to reduce the risk of respiratory diseases. This makes the use of masks make digital image processing have good benefits, namely to detect the use of masks. With the existence of research on this system can find out the face of someone who uses a mask or not. The system was created using the Python and OpenCV programming languages with the Haarcascade method which is able to identify wearing medical masks, wearing non-medical masks, wearing masks incorrectly and people who are not wearing masks. Abstract

Students, as agents of change, play a significant role in instilling Islamic values and tolerance in a diverse society. One of the ways to implement these values is through the Student Creativity Week, which involves various educational, innovative, and collaborative activities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Student Creativity Week in realizing Islamic values and tolerance in Manik Maraja Village. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, involving the community participatively in the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results show that the Student Creativity Week successfully enhanced religious understanding among the youth, strengthened social solidarity, and fostered an inclusive attitude among residents. This program proved to be effective in building harmonious relationships among villagers and creating a more tolerant environment. Therefore, the Student Creativity Week program can be a collaborative community service model, with potential to be replicated in other villages to achieve sustainable social harmony.

Abstract

Littering has become a problem for environmental hygiene and health threatening people in the red zone. It is feared that it becomes a seductive ethic. The ward head serves as a local government geographically a territory closer to the community being led. As a result of his hand being extended to assist his duty, which includes the administration of environmental order and security surveillance and the dynamics of community life has been observed and faced by the ward's head. The study was aimed at getting information from a facto face perspective on the ethics of the environment community concurred with government policy on keeping the environment clean, including the disposal of trash in its place. This method of research uses qualitative research using data collection techniques through semi structured interviews. The results showed that there was no crucial problem with the people's ethic of removing garbage and local governments had undertaken socialization to maintain community hygiene and that garbage disposal workers had been radiating governments to help transport the garbage on a regular basis. The community's ethical cooperation and the attention of the government have succeeded in turning the neighborhood into a green zone on environmental hygiene.

Abstract

Abstract This research delves into the impact of crimes on social media and the legal efforts that can be undertaken within the context of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law. Issues encompass the dissemination of fake news, online harassment, and digital identity theft, causing growing concern among the public. The research aims to analyze the relevance of Article 27 Paragraph (3), Article 28, and Article 29 of the ITE Law in addressing these crimes. The research employs a normative analysis approach to the existing laws and a literature review on the legal developments of social media. The findings reveal that the articles in the ITE Law provide a relevant legal foundation but give rise to controversies regarding their interpretation. The conclusion emphasizes the necessity of balancing law enforcement and the protection of individual rights, along with the impetus for a legislative revision that is more adaptive to the dynamics of social media. Keywords: Technology, Crime, Social Media Abstrak Penelitian ini mendalami dampak kejahatan di media sosial dan upaya hukum yang dapat diambil dalam konteks Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Permasalahan mencakup penyebaran berita palsu, pelecehan online, dan pencurian identitas digital yang semakin meresahkan masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis relevansi Pasal 27 Ayat (3), Pasal 28, dan Pasal 29 UU ITE dalam menanggapi kejahatan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan analisis normatif terhadap undang-undang yang berlaku dan studi literatur terkait perkembangan hukum media sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasal-pasal UU ITE memberikan landasan hukum yang relevan namun memunculkan kontroversi terkait interpretasinya. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan perlunya keseimbangan antara penegakan hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi individu, serta dorongan untuk melakukan revisi undang-undang yang lebih adaptif terhadap dinamika media sosial.
