Abstract

Pemilihan Umum Raya (Pemira) Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa (BEM) di Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang (Unikama) merupakan cerminan nyata praktik demokrasi di lingkungan kampus, namun rendahnya tingkat partisipasi mahasiswa menjadi tantangan yang terus berulang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dinamika partisipasi mahasiswa dalam Pemira BEM Unikama serta mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi sikap apatis mahasiswa, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya pemilu, minimnya sosialisasi dari pihak penyelenggara, dan lemahnya pendidikan politik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Melalui studi pustaka dan data wawancara dari berbagai periode Pemira BEM Unikama (2019–2024), ditemukan bahwa meskipun ada dinamika politik kampus yang cukup hidup pada masa-masa tertentu, partisipasi mahasiswa cenderung fluktuatif dan bahkan menurun drastis pada tahun-tahun tertentu, yang ditandai dengan pelaksanaan pemilu secara aklamasi serta ketidaktahuan mahasiswa terhadap calon terpilih. Pendidikan politik dinilai sebagai elemen strategis untuk meningkatkan kesadaran mahasiswa terhadap hak dan kewajibannya sebagai warga negara kampus yang demokratis, serta untuk membentuk karakter kepemimpinan dan tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peran perguruan tinggi dalam memperkuat budaya demokrasi melalui pendidikan politik yang terstruktur dan strategi pelaksanaan Pemira yang lebih inklusif, agar mahasiswa dapat berperan aktif dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan pembangunan demokrasi, baik di lingkungan kampus maupun dalam kehidupan berbangsa secara luas

Islamic Economics has experienced significant development and is expected to offer solutions to various economic challenges amid the dominance of the capitalist system. A solid and comprehensive understanding of Islamic Economic Jurisprudence (Fiqh al-Muamalat) is essential as the philosophical foundation and practical basis for its implementation. Capacity building in Islamic Economic Jurisprudence is a critical and urgent necessity to ensure that economic activities proceed in accordance with Shariah principles and regulations. Therefore, constructing competencies in Islamic Economic Jurisprudence is an inevitable demand to produce human resources capable of providing guidance and jurisprudential perspectives across various Islamic economic activities, including production, distribution, transactions, banking, and others. The competencies required in Islamic Economic Jurisprudence include mastery of Fiqh al-Muamalat literature, proficiency in analyzing Shariah texts, skills in formulating jurisprudential perspectives, expertise in legal rulings, command of analogical reasoning (qiyas), ability to identify jurisprudential principles, understanding of Maqashid al-Shariah, and foundational knowledge of economics and economic regulations.

Abstract

Setiap daerah memiliki tradisi budaya yang harus dilestarikan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah akulturasi budaya lain, karena warga negara memiliki tanggung jawab untuk melestarikan tradisi budata. Termasuk tradisi Bakar Batu yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa Kabupaten Nabire. Mahasiswa sebagai pewaris budaya harus melestarikan tradisi dimanapun mereka berada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pelestarian budaya tradisi pembakaran batu karya mahasiswa Kabupaten Nabire di Kota Malang. Berbagai upaya dalam melestarikan budaya tradisi Bakar Batu perlu dilakukan. Hal ini juga melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelestarian budaya dalam tradisi Bakar Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan tipe kualitatif interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis menggunakan triangulasi untuk memperoleh validitas data, sedangkan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Reduksi, Tampilan dan Verifika. Hasil penelitian meliputi; Budaya penerapan tradisi Bakar Batu telah dilestarikan oleh mahasiswa Nabire di Kota melalui organisasi regional IPMAPAPARA. Seperti saat ucapan syukur kelulusan, hari Natal, penyambutan mahasiswa baru. Beberapa anggota tidak hadir tetapi pelaksanaan tradisi Pembakaran Batu berjalan sesuai dengan adat dan norma. Dengan mengadakan kegiatan bersama berupa pertunjukan seperti pengambilan, pengangkatan dan pembukaan yang diisi dengan budaya lokal dan pertunjukan lainnya dengan konteks budaya lokal. Dalam menjalankan tradisi membakar batu, tentu tidak berjalan dengan mudah. Mereka mendapatkan hambatan dalam melestarikan tradsi pembakaran batu. Faktor utamanya adalah pisau, kapak, parang, daun pisang, ubi jalar, sayuran dan daging babi. Untuk penelitian kedepannya diharapkan dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan mendalam. Jika tertarik untuk memberikan update terkait pelestarian budaya dalam tradisi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation, driving and inhibiting factors, and solutions provided in the implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in the subject of Pancasila Education for grade X Students at SMA Negeri 1 Malang. The type and design of research is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study stated that the implementation of the Project Based Learning learning model in Pancasila Education lessons was carried out through two project implementations, including critical reasoning and cooperation projects, and the resulting products were posters and piggy banks. In the implementation of PjBL implementation in the classroom, several driving and inhibiting factors are obtained. The driving factors are learning becomes more flexible, discussions are more in-depth, and learning is more done in groups and presentations. While the inhibiting factors are, lack of activeness, creativity from some students, assignments that are considered too burdensome for students, costs that are felt to be quite a lot, and the duration of time needed is longer than class hours. The solution to deal with this obstacle is more intense assistance from the lesson teacher to less active students, forming student cohesiveness, minimizing costs, and carrying out reflection after the lesson is over

Abstract

This study aims to identify effective evaluation management strategies to reduce school dropout rates and enhance educational participation in East Nusa Tenggara Province (ENTP), Eastern Indonesia. Employing a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, the research analyzes educational disparities between urban and rural areas and the effectiveness of current management policies and practices. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document analysis. The findings were analyzed employing a modified descriptive-analytic approach. The results reveal that the primary factors contributing to school dropouts in ENTP include poverty, limited geographical accessibility, and low awareness of the value of education. While incentive-based policies and community-driven education management have yielded positive results, this study advocates for integrating contemporary educational management principles—such as Outcome-Based Education (OBE), technological innovation, and enhanced community participation. The policy recommendations emphasize the improvement of educational infrastructure, strengthening incentive mechanisms, and implementing contextually grounded strategies to advance inclusive and sustainable education in support of the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision.

Abstract

Squid has amino acids that are good for eating and are processed into rusip. Rusip is a Bangka Belitung chilli sauce made from anchovies. This study aims to determine the effect of different concentrations of liquid palm sugar on the quality and glutamic acid content. The research used experimental laboratories with Completely Randomized Design. Parametric tests were analyzed using ANOVA and BNJ, non-parametric tests using Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney with a test level of 5%. In the Rusip study, liquid palm sugar concentrations of 10%, 12.5% and 15% were used, with 3 replications. Glutamic acid, pH, protein and hedonic parameters showed significant differences (P<5%). The parameters of total LAB, total sugar and water content had no significant difference (P>5%). The values of protein content were 17.25%-19.66%, moisture content 33.94%-38.39%, total sugar 5.16%-7.71%, glutamic acid 2.25%-3.30%, pH 5.87-5.90 and total LAB 1.1x104-5.3 x 104 cfu/g. Hedonic parameters for appearance were 3.24-3.76, flavour 3.41-4.00, aroma 3.14-4.00, texture 3.31-4.10. The best treatment was 15% liquid palm sugar with characteristics of brown colour, chewiness, fermentation smell and savour.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the quality of learning in Pancasila and Citizenship Education to be more participatory, adaptive, and contextual through the integration of interactive approaches based on the needs of students and responsive to the local cultural background. The background of this research is based on the findings that the learning process is still dominated by conventional lecture methods that do not actively involve students, thus having an impact on low motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. The subjects of the study were 31 students of class VIII-E State Junior High School 17 Malang with heterogeneous characteristics in terms of academic and socio-cultural abilities. The research method used is Class Action Research with the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral models which are carried out in two cycles, each consisting of the stages of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data was collected through observation, interviews, learning outcome tests, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student motivation, participation, and learning outcomes. Learning completeness increased from 45.2% in the pre-cycle to 74.2% in the first cycle, and reached 87.1% in the second cycle. The average score of students also increased from 69 to 82. Contextual interactive activity-based interventions tailored to the needs and cultural realities of learners have proven to be effective in creating a fun, relevant, and meaningful learning atmosphere. These findings contribute to the development of differentiation and local context-based Pancasila and Citizenship Education learning models in secondary schools.

Abstract

Cumi-cumi (Uroteuthis chinensis) digemari masyarakat Indonesia karena memiliki rasa enak dan tekstur yang unik. Pengolahannya menjadi produk bekasam dapat membuat cumi-cumi bertahan lama dan meningkatkan nilai gizi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan lama waktu fermentasi terbaik bekasam cumi-cumi melalui karakteristik mutu kimia, bakteri asam laktat, sensori dan kandungan senyawa volatil. Pembuatan bekasam cumi-cumi dengan perendaman larutan garam 15% dan pemberian karbohidrat nasi 40% (b/b), selanjutnya dilakukan proses fermentasi. Lama fermentasi yang digunakan untuk membuat bekasam perlu diperhatikan karena berpengaruh terhadap mutu bekasam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah experimental laboratories menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan perlakuan lama fermentasi yang berbeda, yaitu 3, 5, dan 7 hari dengan 3 kali ulangan. Data parametrik dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan uji lanjut Tukey HSD. Data nonparametik dianalisis menggunakan Kruskal Wallis dan uji lanjut Mann Whitney. Parameter yang diuji adalah kadar air, pH, total BAL, sensori, dan kandungan senyawa volatil. Bekasam cumi-cumi dengan lama fermentasi 3 hari memberikan hasil yang terbaik dengan kadar air 62,11%; pH 4,07; total bakteri asam laktat 9,05 log cfu/g dan uji hedonik dengan nilai selang kepercayaan sebesar 3,75 ˂µ< 4,05. Senyawa volatil yang dominan, yaitu golongan ester, alkohol dan amin. Senyawa lainnya yang teridentifikasi yaitu golongan asam, aldehid, keton, terpenoid, karotenoid, seskuiterpenoid, fenilpropanoid, hidrokarbon aromatik, dan karbonil. Pengolahan cumi-cumi menjadi produk bekasam memerlukan waktu fermentasi selama 3 hari untuk menghasilkan produk bekasam cumi-cumi yang baik.

Abstract

Petis bubuk merupakan petis pasta yang dikeringkan dan dihaluskan. Petis ditambahkan bahan pengisi untuk mempercepat proses pemasakan dan menambah kuantitas petis, sehingga diperlukan jenis bahan pengisi yang tepat agar petis memiliki kualitas yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bahan pengisi terbaik terhadap karakteristik kimia dan fisik petis bubuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan menggunakan bahan pengisi tepung terigu, tepung beras, dan tepung ubi jalar ungu. Parameter yang diuji yaitu uji hedonik, kadar air, protein, abu, lemak, aw, pH, waktu alir, sudut diam, daya serap air, warna, dan ketampakan pada scanning electron mcroscope (SEM). Bahan pengisi yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata (p<0,05) terhadap parameter penentuan kualitas yang telah diujikan. Jenis bahan pengisi terbaik adalah tepung terigu karena memliki tingkat rehidrasi paling tinggi (81%). Pembubukan dan pengeringan petis dapat menjadi alternatif untuk memperpanjang umur simpan produk dengan mempertahankan mutu petis.

Abstract

The implementation of Strengthening Character Education at this time is an inseparable part in every school. The Covid-19 pandemic is a very laudable impact for most educators. The consequences of the Covid-19 Pandemic itself for the world of education in addition to a decrease in grades are also a decrease in the character of students. With these conditions, it is very necessary to strengthen character education to improve the character of students who are starting to decline. One of the right ways is through Scouting activities. In the research that has been carried out, it has a function to find out about strengthening the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile through the participation of scouting activities. The approach used for this research is descriptive qualitative which is useful for knowing in depth the implementation of strengthening carried out. The strategies used in gathering information are perception (observation), question and answer (interview), and documentation (documentation). Triangulation of data sources is a method used to obtain data validity. The implementation of Pancasila Student Profile values ​​has been applied in accordance with the attitude assessment, namely spiritual attitudes and social attitudes. The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on student discipline which is also an obstacle in implementing the values ​​of the Pancasila Student Profile. The reinforcement carried out through scouting activities is able to improve the attitudes of students who are starting to decline, because it has an imprinting effect on students, so that they are able to shape the character of students in accordance with the Pancasila Student Profile, namely character building.
