Abstract

AbstractObjectives - This research is conducted to describe the stages and mechanisms of development planning policy formulation. The stages and mechanisms of planning will be examined in more depth about the process of public involvement in every approach used in the implementation of the development planning system. The collection of research data was conducted through an in-depth interview process of 30 informants at the Gorontalo District Regional Development Planning Agency. Findings - Based on the results of the study, increased effectiveness of Regional Development planning through the Public Participation Approach or through the Approach Mechanism (PM-A) Original – The Public Mechanization Approach Emphasizes the importance of the stages of Public Testing in policy formulation. This stage is done for the achievement of policy objectives in accordance with the targets appropriately.

Abstract

Tindakan sebelumnya menjadi dasar utama dalam memerangi penyebaran penyalahgunaan narkoba oleh para oknum dilingkungan masyarakat utamanya masyarakat di pedesaan yaitu dengan menerapkan program-program yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa dan juga dosen guna pendampingan kepada masyarakat desa untuk bisa bekerjasama dan cepat tanggap dalam memerangi penyebaran penyalahgunaan narkoba. Kita ketahui bersama bahwa berbagai macam tindakan yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam hal ini BNN belum sepenuhnya memperoleh kepercayaan dari masyarakat dalam penanggulangan penyebaran Narkoba, sehingga menjadikan citra BNN menurun di Masyarakat. upaya untuk mengembalikan kepercayaan tersebut maka pendekatan yang dilakukan yakni melibatkan mahasiswa dalam memberikan pendampingan juga motivasi kepada masyarakat desa agar bisa bersinergi bersama BNN dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam memberantas penyalahgunaan narkoba di desanya.Berikut yang menjadi metode dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini dimana beberapa kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu a). Kegiatan kemahasiswaan yang berhubungan dengan pendampingan kelembagaan; b). Kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa yang berkaitan dengan pendampingan dalam Sosialisasi dan Penyuluhan Pencegahan narkoba juga Pemberantasan Peredaran Gelap Narkoba (P4GN); c). Kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa yang berkaitan dengan pendokumentasian pengetahuan; d). Kegiatan-kegiatan mahasiswa yang terkait dengan membangun ketangguhan dan daya tanggap desa dalam pemberantasan penyebaran narkoba. Hasil penelitian di lapangan dimana mahasiswa KKN Tematik sudah melaksanakan Workshop Desa Bersinar, melaksanakan Sosialisasi di setiap Dusun dan Sekolah yang ada di Desa Leboto, melaksanakan Bimtek dan evaluasi di Desa Leboto, dan Melaksanakan Tes Urine kepada apparat desa leboto.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang apa saja langkah strategis pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Bone Bolango dalam mengendalikan tingkat pengangguran di kabupaten bone bolango;. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Terjadinya pengangguran yang disebabkan oleh faktor informal adalah dikarenakan lemahnya daya berpikir masyarakat dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja. Mereka tidak berani mengambil resiko untuk menjadi wiraswasta. Padahal potensi menjadi wiraswasta dibidang UMKM lebih berpotensi dibandingkan harus menunggu lowongan pekerjaan; 2) Faktor Non Formal yang menjadi penyebab pengangguran terbuka di Kabupaten Bone Bolango disebabkan oleh tidak optimalnya pemerintah memfasilitasi masyarakat dalam menambah keterampilan mereka pada potensi yang dapat menghasilkan pendapatan; 3) Faktor Sumber Daya Manusia yang kurang menguasai dan mengoperasikan teknologi menjadikan pengangguran dibone Bolango semakin banyak; 4) Faktor komunikasi dan keterbatasan sarana prasarana menjadikan pemerintah terbatas dalam melakukan inovasi disektor pemberdayaan masyarakat Kata Kunci: Peran Pemerintah; Pengendalian Tingkat Pengangguran

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture in improving the performance of Village-Owned Enterprises (VOEs) in Gorontalo Regency, Indonesia. Data were quantitatively collected from 114 VOE managers and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tools processed with Smart PLS. The results showed that organizational culture has a positive effect of 34.3% at a significance level (α) of 0.05 on VOEs performance with a tstatistic of 4.686, which is greater than the ttable of 1.659. This implies that organizational culture has a fairly large tendency in shaping VOEs performance due to its ability to adapt to changes in the organizational environment, specifically internal adaptability. The organizational culture built in the environment needs to be maintained and enhanced by internalizing cultural values through external adaptability in the form of administration, law, politics, and economics, which will improve VOEs performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of asset management policies in improving the quality of learning: (1) infrastructure facilities planning in Gorontalo City Public Middle School, (2) procurement of infrastructure in Gorontalo City Public Middle School, (3) infrastructure maintenance in Gorontalo City Public Middle School, (4) removal of infrastructure facilities in Gorontalo City State Middle School. The method used in this study is descriptive method with the Goal Attaiment evaluation model covering aspects of planning, procurement, maintenance and deletion. Data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The findings of the study were first, the results of the evaluation of infrastructure facilities planning in Gorontalo City State Middle School were in the high category. Secondly, the results of the evaluation of the infrastructure procurement component in Gorontalo City Public Middle School are in the high category. Third, the results of the evaluation of the infrastructure maintenance component in Gorontalo City State Middle School are in the high category. Fourth, the results of the evaluation of the component of infrastructure deletion in Gorontalo City Public Middle School are in the high category. The conclusions of this study are (1) evaluation of infrastructure infrastructure planning components in Gorontalo City Public Middle School focused on aspects: land acquisition planning, building procurement planning, building construction planning, furniture procurement and educational equipment planning. (2) The results of the evaluation of the infrastructure procurement component in Gorontalo City State Junior High School are carried out through aspects: regulations and procurement policies, infrastructure procurement procedures, quality of procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and quantity of infrastructure. (3) The results of the evaluation of the infrastructure maintenance component in Gorontalo City State Junior High School are carried out through aspects of: maintenance programs, and the use of infrastructure. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of services in the population and civil registration offices of Bone Bolango District, and the determinants in improving service performance in the Population and Civil Registry Kabuoaten Bone Bolango. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. Technical data analysis is used through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that (1) the performance of the state civil service apratur in the Population and Civil Registry Service of Bone Bolango Regency is applied in accordance with the principles of public service principles that cover 10 (ten Aspects), where only 2 (two) aspects have gone well, namely aspects ease of access, and aspects. Meanwhile 8 (eight) aspects consisting of aspects of simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, and completeness of facilities and infrastructure have not been implemented properly so that it is still needed to be addressed and improved the service process. (2) The factors that determine the improvement of the performance of human resources services are; a) Human Performance Perspective, namely the motivation and ability factors of the apparatus that are still lacking in supporting the service implementation process so that performance achievements are not optimal, b) Organizational Perspective, that is communication factors that have not been effective cause information that is not managed and utilized optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the accountability of Village Fund management in village development carried out by the village government and also the village community based on huyula local cultural values in Lemito District, Pohuwato Regency. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach where there are several stages carried out both from the observation stage, interviews and also came to the documentation stage in order to obtain information to support research on the accountability of village funds itself. The results of the study indicate that the form of village government accountability in Lemito District, Pohuwato Regency has implemented the local cultural values of Huyula (Ambu) and has been implemented well by the village government, where in village fund management activities always involve the community and community leaders. There is also the involvement of the BPD (Village Consultative Body), village assistants at the sub-district level and the sub-district government itself. The local cultural values of Huyula (Ambu) have several values, namely the value of unity, the value of deliberation, the value of cooperation, the value of responsibility, and the value of unity.. Huyula or Ambu is carried out with the aim of preserving the values of local wisdom of Gorontalo culture in village development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja (X1), dan budaya organisasi (X2) terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan (Y). Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan yang ada di PT. Pelindo (persero) Region 4 Cabang Gorontalo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel bebas (Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Pelindo (persero) Region 4 Cabang Gorontalo. Kemudian nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,374. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 37,4% variabelitas Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh Lingkungan Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 62,6% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the control function of livable housing programs recipients in Kota Timur subdistrict. This researcher uses a qualitative approach. Data collection procedures through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction analysis, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the research on the control function of livable housing programs recipients in Kota Timur Subdistrict showed that, 1) Aspects of setting standards and methods are in accordance with the General Criteria set by BAPEMAS, but there are certain policies taken by village and subdistrict officials that are adjusted to the conditions in the field, which is usually called a special condition; 2) The aspect of performance measurement shows that the village officials, subdistrict officials have carried out performance measurements based on the rules that have been set; 3) Aspects of Retrieval Corrective Action shows that the parties concerned have coordinated in order to carry out improvements both in the process of planning the determination of livable housing programs recipients and the process of implementing a livable housing program. Research suggestions are related parties consisting of a village, subdistrict, and housing officials and the Gorontalo city settlement area to further intensify coordination and intensive evaluation in terms of determining the recipient community of livable housing programs to be accepted by those who really have the right to receive this program
