Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah membangun kemampuan siswa dalam Analisa kritis yang melibatkan kemampuan untuk melihat masalah atau situasi dari berbagai sudut pandang, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan dalam argumen atau pemikiran, mengenali bias atau asumsi yang tidak diungkapkan, dan menghasilkan kesimpulan berdasarkan pertimbangan yang rasional dan berdasar bukti. Permasalahan yang terjadi di MA Annajah ini adalah Kurangnya pemahaman tentang konsep-konsep dasar critical analaysis, Keterbatasan keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan Kurangnya latihan dalam menganalisis materi. Beberapa solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep dasar analisis kritis, mengevaluasi proses terjadinya interaksi sosial siswa, dan memberikan pelatihan tentang Workshop Pengembangan Critical Analysis Pada Siswa di MA Annajah Sesela. Metode yang dilakukan salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan latihan pemecahan masalah, seperti berikan latihan atau tugas yang melibatkan pemecahan masalah nyata. Misalnya, mintalah siswa untuk menganalisis argumen dalam artikel berita, menyusun argumen yang solid, atau mengevaluasi data empiris. Pastikan tugas tersebut menantang dan mengharuskan siswa menggunakan keterampilan analisis kritis. Workshop on the Development of Critical Analysis in Students the MA Annajah Sesela The purpose of this community service is to build students ' ability in critical analysis which involves the ability to see problems or situations from various points of view, identify strengths and weaknesses in arguments or thoughts, recognize biases or assumptions that are not expressed, and produce conclusions based on rational and evidence-based considerations. Problems that occur in the MA Annajah is a lack of understanding of the basic concepts of critical analaysis, the limitations of critical thinking skills, and lack of practice in analyzing the material. Some of the solutions to these problems are to provide an understanding of the basic concepts of critical analysis, evaluate the process of student social interaction, and provide training on Critical Analysis development workshops for students at Ma Annajah Sesela. One method is to provide problem-solving exercises, such as giving exercises or tasks that involve solving real problems. For example, ask students to analyze arguments in a news article, craft a solid argument, or evaluate empirical data. Make sure the assignment is challenging and requires students to use critical analysis skills.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out: 1) a description of student activity in the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) at SMPN 3 Mataram, 2) a description of student achievement at SMPN 3 Mataram, 3) the effect of activeness on the Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS) on student achievement at SMPN 3 Mataram. The research approach used is quantitative, with a sample of 69 students who are members of the Student Council. Data collection was carried out using documentation and questionnaire techniques. The collected research data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and simple regression, to test the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show: 1) Based on the results of the correlation test, the value of r-count (0.036) > r-table (0.001) is obtained, which means that there is an insignificant relationship with a moderate level between the variables of student activity and learning achievement; 2) The resulting regression equation Y = 82.046 + 0.258 (X); 3) The effect of student activeness (X) on learning achievement (Y) is an insignificant effect, based on t-test = 0.297 with a significance level of 0.768; 4) The results of the F test show the value of F-count = 0.088 with a significant level of 0.768 which means that the prediction of student learning outcomes using student activity is not an accurate prediction; and 5) Based on the test of the coefficient of determination, the value of R = 0.036 can be interpreted that there is a large influence of student activeness on learning achievement which is 3.6%.Keywords: Student Activeness, Intra-School Student Organization (OSIS), Learning AchievementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) gambaran keaktifan siswa pada Organisasi  Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram, 2) gambaran prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram, 3) pengaruh keaktifan pada Organisasi  Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Mataram. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif, dengan sampel 69 siswa yang merupakan anggota OSIS. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan angket. Data penelitian yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan regresi sederhana, untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: 1) Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi, diperoleh nilai r-hitung (0,036) > r-tabel (0,001), yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan yang tidak signifikan dengan taraf sedang antara variabel keaktifan siswa dengan prestasi belajar; 2) Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan Y = 82,046 + 0,258 (X); 3) Pengaruh Keaktifan Siswa (X) terhadap Prestasi Belajar (Y) merupakan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan, berdasarkan nilai t-hitung = 0,297 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,768; 4) Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai F-hitung = 0,088 dengan taraf signifikan 0,768 yang berarti bahwa prediksi terhadap hasil belajar siswa menggunakan keaktifan siswa bukan merupakan prediksi yang akurat; dan 5) Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R= 0,036 dapat diartikan adanya besar pengaruh variabel keaktifan siswa terhadap prestasi belajar adalah sebesar 3,6%.Kata Kunci: Keaktifan Siswa, Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS), Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of teacher performance on student learning achievement. The type of research is quantitative with teacher performance as the independent variable (x), and student learning achievement as the dependent variable (y). This study uses a sample of 100 students from a population of 426 using proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation methods as supporting methods. Data analysis methods use descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, teacher performance with a good category is 45% of teachers, 53% of teachers with a sufficient category, and only 2% with a less category. While for student learning achievement with a category of minimum completion criteria value (KKM-75) in mathematics subjects, there are 82% of students, and around 18% of students with a category of not yet complete. Based on the results of the t-test which showed a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05 with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.075, which means it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of teacher performance on student learning achievement in Senior High School 1 Sakra Timur Academic Year 2023/2024. In other words, it can be described that the better the performance of a teacher during the learning process can have a positive effect on improving student learning achievement.Key Words: Teacher Performance, Learning AchievementAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan kinerja guru sebagai variabel bebas (x) dan prestasi belajar siswa sebagai variabel terikat (y). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian sampel sebanyak 100 siswa dari 426 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data primer menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi sebagai pendukung. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif bahwa kinerja guru dengan kategori baik yang berjumlah 45% guru, 53% guru dengan kategori cukup, dan hanya 2% katergori kurang. Sedangkan untuk prestasi belajar siswa dengan kategori nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM-75 pada mata pelajaran matematika sebanyak 82% siswa, dan sekitar 18% siswa dengan kategori tidak tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t yang menunjukan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.006 < 0.05 dengan nilai koefisien determinasi R2 = 0.075 yang berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa di SMAN 1 Sakra Timur Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Dengan kata lain dapat dideskripsikan bahwa semakin baik kinerja seorang guru selama proses pembelajaran dapat berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Guru, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the habituation program on the conduciveness of the school environment at SMA Negeri 1 Sikur East Lombok. The population in this study were students of class X and XI. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive statistics and simple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the habituation program has a significant effect on the conduciveness of the school environment. This is evidenced by the analysis results obtained that the r-count value (0.73) is greater than the r-table value (0.53). The results of the regression equation analysis obtained a value of 3.19 while the F-count value was obtained at 112.891 and the t-count value was obtained at -0.96 with a significance level of 0.000 > 0.05. The R2 value was obtained at 0.535 or 53.5%. This shows that there are other factors that affect 46.5% which are not discussed or examined in this study. Based on these results, it means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted or Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which reads that the habituation program has a significant effect on the conduciveness of the school environment in SMA Negeri 1 Sikur, East Lombok.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) bagaimana penerapan program kelas unggulan di SMAN 3 Mataram, (2) faktor pendukung kelas unggulan (3) faktor penghambat kelas unggulan (4) dan  bagaimana solusi yang dapat dilakukan dalam faktor penghambat penerapan program kelas unggulan di SMA Negeri 3 Mataram. Untuk mencapai  tujuan di atas, digunakan pendekatan dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif, yaitu metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapat dianalisis selama pengumpulan data berlangsung, untuk membuat laporan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. penerapan kelas program kelas unggulan di SMA Negeri 3 Mataram diterapkan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek: input siswa, kurikulum, guru pengajar, sumber dan proses pembelajaran, lingkungan belajar, dan evaluasi 2. Faktor pendukung dalam program kelas unggulan mencakup: siswa, kurikulum, sarana prasarana, dan guru 3. Faktor penghambat dari program kelas unggulan mencakup: guru, fasilitas, siswa dengan adanya kesenjangan sosial, 4. Solusi untuk kendala yang ada dalam pelaksanaan kelas unggulan adalah: a) guru yang monoton harus bisa mengubah metode pembelajaran semenarik mungkin untuk bisa membuat siswa lebih aktif di kelas dan tidak bosan saat proses belajar. b) fasilitas guru harus bisa memaksimalkan proses program pembelajaran di dalam kelas walaupun adanya fasilitas yang kurang lengkap. c) siswa terkait dengan adanya kesenjangan sosial seharusnya memberikan sosialasi dan arahan kepada kelas unggulan dan kelas reguler supaya tidak ada pembedaan di antara kedua kelas tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of project-based learning management on the learning creativity of class XI students at SMKN 1 Keruak in the 2023/2024 academic year, reviewed from 2 management functions, namely planning, and evaluation, using the hypothesis that planning and evaluation of project-based learning have an effect on students' learning creativity at SMKN 1 Keruak. The data for this study were obtained from the results of respondent responses (questionnaire distribution), where the questionnaire was filled out by 100 class XI students at SMKN 1 Keruak, taken from a population of 132 people. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and assisted by using the SPSS 15 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Project-based learning planning has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.184 or 18.4%; (2) Project-based learning evaluation has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.266 or 26.6%; (3) Project-based learning planning and evaluation has an effect on students' learning creativity, as evidenced by the determinant coefficient of 0.375 or 37.5%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 Keruak tahun ajaran 2023/ 2024, ditinjau dari 2 fungsi manajemen, yaitu perencanaan dan evaluasi, dengan menggunakan hipotesis bahwa perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik di SMKN 1 Keruak. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tanggapan responden (penyebaran angket), dimana angket diisi oleh peserta didik kelas XI di SMKN 1 keruak sejumlah 100 sampel yang diambil dari populasi sejumlah 132 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan dibantu dengan menggunakan program SPSS 15. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien regresi sebesar 0,184 atau 18,4%; (2) Evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien regresi sebesar 0,266 atau 26,6%; (3) Perencanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas belajar peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan hasil koefisien determinan sebesar 0,375 atau 37,5%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of developing students’ potential through well-structured school programs, such as the AKSIS Program (Ajang Kreativitas Siswa) at SMP Negeri 1 Pemenang, which serves as a platform for students to explore their talents in arts, science, and sports. The focus of this study includes: (1) the relevance of the AKSIS Program to students’ needs and expectations, (2) the adequacy of resources supporting the program, (3) the alignment of program implementation with school planning, and (4) the impact of the program on enhancing student potential. This research employs a qualitative approach using an evaluative method and the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product), with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings show that the program is relatively effective, aligns with students’ interests, is supported by sufficient resources, and is implemented according to plan despite some technical challenges. Moreover, the program has a positive impact on students’ potential, creativity, and self-confidence. It is recommended that the school continue improving the quality of mentors, strengthen routine program evaluation, and optimize supporting facilities to ensure the sustainability of the AKSIS Program. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengembangan potensi siswa melalui program sekolah yang terarah, seperti Program AKSIS (Ajang Kreativitas Siswa) di SMP Negeri 1 Pemenang yang menjadi wadah eksplorasi bakat di bidang seni, sains, dan olahraga. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi: (1) relevansi Program AKSIS dengan kebutuhan dan harapan siswa, (2) kecukupan sumber daya yang mendukung pelaksanaan program, (3) kesesuaian pelaksanaan program dengan perencanaan sekolah, dan (4) dampak Program AKSIS terhadap peningkatan potensi siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif dan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product), serta pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini berjalan cukup efektif, relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa, didukung sumber daya yang memadai, pelaksanaannya sesuai rencana meskipun masih terdapat kendala teknis, serta berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan potensi, kreativitas, dan rasa percaya diri siswa. Disarankan agar pihak sekolah terus meningkatkan kualitas pembina, memperkuat evaluasi program secara berkala, dan mengoptimalkan fasilitas sebagai dukungan terhadap keberlanjutan Program AKSIS.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the transformation of traditional customary institutions from conflict mediators into development agents that support village independence through community-based tourism. The focus is on the Majelis Krama Desa (MKD) in West Nusa Tenggara, which has evolved from a reactive dispute resolution body to a proactive institution in community-based development. The research method employed a literature review with a thematic approach, analyzing scientific publications, policy documents, and official reports published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the transformation of MKD from a conflict resolution institution into a driver of village self-reliance through tourism significantly contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), and SDG 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions). The main challenges include cultural erosion, authority conflicts, and limited institutional capacity. This study recommends strengthening MKD through systematic capacity-building programs and integrating its roles into the Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa (Village Medium-Term Development Plan).

Abstract

This study aims at evaluating the facilitator capacity building training program at the Legislative Human Resources Competency Development Center of the Indonesian House of Representatives Secretariat General, using the Level 1 and 2 Kirkpatrick evaluation model. This descriptive quantitative research employed total sampling technique with 28 participants from 12 different functional positions and work units. The evaluation was conducted using questionnaires based on Kirkpatrick's evaluation model, focusing on Level 1 (Reaction) and Level 2 (Learning). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with scores classified into five categories ranging from "Very Poor" to "Very Satisfactory". Level 1 evaluation showed excellent results across all indicators: lecturers scored 87.09, instructors averaged 90.48-94.64 across four training days, examiners achieved 95.12, and training organizers received 92.02. All scores fell within the "Very Satisfactory" category. Level 2 evaluation demonstrated successful learning outcomes, with all 28 participants achieving competent ratings in microteaching sessions (average score: 87.43, range: 79.7-92.4). The facilitator capacity building training program effectively met participants' expectations and learning objectives. The consistently high satisfaction scores and successful practical applications in microteaching indicate that the training successfully enhanced participants' facilitation competencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of principal leadership style and educator performance on students' wellbeing at SMPN 1 Bayan. This research employed a quantitative associative approach involving 100 students from grades 7 and 8 selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires for three variables with 10 items each, which had been validated and tested for reliability. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis followed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously (F test), both variables are significant predictors of student wellbeing (F = 18.458, sig = 0.001). Partially (t test), principal leadership style significantly influences student wellbeing (b = 0.675, sig = 0.001), while educator performance does not show significant influence (b = 0.156, sig = 0.180). The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.276, indicating that both variables explain 27.6% of the variance in student wellbeing. These findings suggest that principal leadership plays a more crucial role in creating student wellbeing compared to direct educator performance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja pendidik terhadap students wellbeing di SMPN 1 Bayan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif yang melibatkan 100 siswa kelas 7 dan 8 yang dipilih melalui proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket untuk tiga variabel dengan masing-masing 10 butir yang telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (uji F), kedua variabel merupakan prediktor signifikan terhadap student wellbeing (F = 18,458, sig = 0,001). Secara parsial (uji t), gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap student wellbeing (b = 0,675, sig = 0,001), sedangkan kinerja pendidik tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan (b = 0,156, sig = 0,180). Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,276 menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel menjelaskan 27,6% varians dalam student wellbeing. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki peran yang lebih krusial dalam menciptakan kesejahteraan siswa dibandingkan kinerja pendidik secara langsung.
