Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the effect of the implementation of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model with the STEM approach on improving students' creative thinking skills on the material of the law of thermodynamics, with data collection techniques through pretest, posttest and questionnaire. The STEM approach is believed to be able to stimulate students to be more creative by integrating science, engineering, mathematics, and engineering in the learning process. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling, the sample amounted to 30 people who were students of Pondok Pesantren Modern Assa'adah Serang Banten. The analysis method used in this research is Quantitative Data Analysis. The results showed that there was an effect of the PjBL model with the STEM approach on improving the creative thinking skills of students on the material of the law of thermodynamics. The results of the posttest analysis obtained a p-value = 0.002. This shows that the p-value (sig) <0.05, so H0 is rejected. The PjBL model with the STEM approach is proven to improve the creative thinking skills of students on the material of the law of thermodynamics. The average N-gain score of the experimental class (Pjbl STEM Model) is 0.6640 or 66.4%, the minimum N-gain score is 50.00% and the maximum is 94.00%, including the moderately effective category. While the N-gain score of the control group (PBL Model) was 0.3707 or ineffective category of 37.1%, the minimum N-gain score was 11.00% and the maximum was 80.00%. Respondents' perceptions of learning with the Pjbl STEM model are in the good/satisfied category. The results of the average calculation to have the smallest value of 2.93, the largest value of 3.33 and the average value of each item as a whole obtained a value of 3.19 in the range of 3.41-4.20.

Abstract

A study was conducted to analyze the functional groups in green synthesized (GS) Fe3O4 samples using Moringa Oleifera (MO) and black iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles using FTIR-Spectroscopy. Functional group analysis of the samples was carried out to ascertain whether there was any difference in the formation of MNPs from the use of MO, molecular bonds were observed using FTIR spectra. The presence of magnetite nanoparticle absorption peaks showed two vibrational bands in the range of wave numbers 596-642 cm-1, which correspond to the stretching vibrations of the M-O (metal-oxide) bond. The absorption around 578 cm-1 corresponds to stretching vibrations on the tetrahedral sites of the metal (Fetetra-O). The formation of GS-Fe3O4 is strongly confirmed by the presence of characteristics similar to conventional Fe3O4 in the range of wave numbers 1391, 1633 and 2318 cm-1, which represent stretching vibrations of C=O, N-H, C=O chemical bonds, and another absorption peak at wave number 3167 cm-1 corresponding to vibrations of O-H (hydroxyl) groups.

Abstract

This research was conducted against the backdrop of the emergence of problems in the use of fossil energy which caused Indonesia to have an energy crisis. Education is one of the efforts to prevent the energy crisis. Therefore, research on the development of teaching media integrated with Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) was conducted. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of material and media validation and students' responses to the acceptance of teaching media. This research has developed ESD integrated animated video teaching media to facilitate visualisation learning on renewable energy material. This research method uses R&D with Thiagarajan's modified 4-D research model with stages namely define, design and development. This research. The results of material expert validation obtained a percentage of 83.7% which was categorised as very feasible and media validation obtained a percentage of 85.4%. Student response to teaching media obtained a percentage of 87.7% which is categorised as very good.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing an Internet of Things control solution (IoT consol) learning program in physics learning media courses. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Thiagarajan 4D development model consisting of four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The learning program products include semester learning plans, student worksheets, learning modules, and assessment sheets. Data collection techniques include product feasibility test sheets and student response questionnaire sheets. The feasibility test data for the learning program is analysed descriptively based on the feasibility test criteria for product development, referring to the Likert scale 1-7. The results of the product development research obtained a feasibility value with overall feasibility criteria for learning device elements with a value of 93% in the very good category, and the results of student responses obtained a value of 77.77% in the good category. The developed IoT consol learning program was feasible for physics learning media courses based on data analysis.

Abstract

Indonesia has a reasonably large area with a high level of weather and climate diversity, causing various parts of the region to experience rain with different characteristics, one of which is influenced by the topography of the area so that it is not possible to use just one rain gauge to describe the rain in a region. Therefore, it requires the average rainfall from several nearby rain measurement stations or posts. This research aims to describe the influence of regional topography on the distribution of rainfall in Serang City using the Inverse Distance Weighted (IDW) interpolation method by varying the power value and processing and analyzing using the Geographic Information System (GIS). The research method used is non-experimental quantitative with spatial reclassification analysis. The data used is secondary data collected from previously existing data. The results of the research show that in areas that are at low altitudes and have gentle slopes, the average rainfall will be low, namely 1414.91 mm/year, and vice versa; if areas are at high altitudes and have steep slopes, the average rainfall is The rainfall will be high namely 1644.6 mm/year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa pendidikan fisika. Akan dicarikan faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis melalui analisis hubungan kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran fisika serta apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kemampuan literasi sains dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada materi sumber energi. Sampel uang diambil berjumlah 78 orang mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Data diambil dari angket, wawancara dan tes kemampuan literasi sains dan tes kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berpacu pada soal High Order Thingking Skills (HOTS) secara daring. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kemampuan literasi sains dan keterampilan berpikir kritis namun dengan kategori rendah. Adapun besar hubungan kemampuan literasi sains dengan keterampilan berpikir kritis sebesar 14,4%, ini berarti semakin baik kemampuan literasi sains maka keterampilan berpikir kritis akan baik pula.

Abstract

This study proposes the Visual Thinking Strategy in Augmented Reality (ViTSAR) application, which combines E-modules, LKPD, and interactive media. The approach used in this study is quantitative with a Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent group design. The population used in this study were students of class XII MIPA. While the sample to be used in this study consisted of class XII MIPA 3 as the experimental class and XII MIPA 5 as the control class at SMAN 1 Baros. This study used a problem-solving skills test instrument in the form of a description and a student response questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics T-test to determine the effect of ViTSAR learning media on the experimental and control classes. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the value of Tcount = 5,700 was greater than Tcount = 2,447, so there was a difference in the mastery of problem-solving skills of the experimental class and the control class on the Gauss law material.

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to examine the effect of ViTSAR inimproving students' Visual Literacy Skills on magnetic field material. Theresearch location was at SMAN 1 Baros in the 2024/2025 academic year. Theresearch method used was a quantitative research method. This type ofresearch is a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest nonequivalent controlgroup design. The population of the study was all grade XII MIPA studentsat SMAN 1 Baros. The sample of this study was 32 grade XII MIPA 1 studentsas the experimental class and 32 grade XII MIPA 2 students as the controlclass. The instruments used in this study were Visual Literacy Skills testquestions and student response questionnaires. The results of the t-testobtained a significance of 0.001, meaning that the t value was significant (p =0.001 <0.005), so there was an influence of the Visual Thinking Strategy inAugmented Reality (ViTSAR) learning media to improve Visual LiteracySkills on Magnetic Field material. The results of students' responses tolearning using ViTSAR media were very good, obtaining results of 80% sothat this method can improve students' Visual Literacy Skills, especially inlearning physics on magnetic field material.

Abstract

Pariwisata dalam pandangan islam dimaknai sebagai wisata religi, yaitu kunjungan ke tempat ibadah untuk berziarah. Pariwisata syariah disini tidak hanya berfokuskan kepada objek saja tetapi pada fasilitas dan sebagainya. Objek pariwisata syariah juga tidak hanya bernuansakan islam seperti masjid, makam, dan petilasan. Akan tetapi, pariwisata syariah bisa berupa wisata alam, wisata budaya maupun wisata buatan yang keseluruhannya terdapat nilai-nilai keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan pada Petilasan Sunan kalijaga Kota Cirebon perspektif Fatwa DSN MUI, dalam hal ini peneliti mengambil objek penelitiannya adalah pihak pengelola, pengunjung, pedagang, tukang parkir, ketua Rt sekitar objek wisata dan supir bus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, strategi pengembangan yang dilakukan Petilasan Sunan Kalijaga adalah dengan mengembangkan atraksi (attraction), aksebilitas (accessibility), fasilitas (amenities), akomodasi (accomation) dan sapta pesona. Sumber daya manusia memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam suatu pengembangan untuk menjaga dan mengelolanya. Hal ini beratikan manusia harus pandai dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang ada tersebut. Akan tetapi, sumber daya manusia disini justru menjadi faktor penghambat dalam menjalankan strategi pengembangan. Strategi pengembangan pada Petilasan Sunan Kalijaga sudah memenuhi kriteria yang terdapat dalam ketentuan-ketentua Fatwa DSN MUI.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim merupakan salah satu isu global yang memerlukan pemahaman mendalam dan solusi berbasis sains. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam membekali siswa dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk memahami dan menaggapi perubahan iklim. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan adanya bahan ajar yang terintegrasi Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) pada topik perubahan iklim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul terintegrasi ESD pada topik perubahan iklim untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model penelitian 4D (define, design, develop, dan dissaminate) yang dibatasi sampai tahan develop. Penelitian ini menghasilkan e-modul fisika terintegrasi ESD pada topik perubahan iklim untuk memfasilitasi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, yang dikategorikan sangat layak sesuai penilaian validator. Hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh persentase 88,2% dengan kategori sangat layak, validasi ahli media memperoleh persentase 86,7% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan uji keterbacaan siswa memperoleh persentase 93,6% dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian, e-modul fisika terintergrasi ESD pada topik perubahan iklim ini layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
