Abstract

This article has the aim to explain, analyze and interpret about how understanding of multicultural dimension can form the diversity awareness of people. This article is a library research that uses a qualitative approach. This article show that are strata dimensions in multicultural structures such as macro culture, micro culture and diversity. Country and nation is called the macro culture dimension. The macro culture itself is built by a collection of cultures that occupy the country (macro culture). while the dimensions in the micro culture are filled with the dimensions of diversity that exist in each individual which is called the diversity of individual. Diversity itself forms a culture which is then included in the category of microculture (group culture) and then microculture will form the national culture of a country so that it is then called macroculture. So then in forming the identity of a nation can be started from the formation of one's individual identity. If individual diversity can be understood and realized by other individuals, then mutual awareness, understanding and respect for diversity at the microculture and macroculture dimension can be formed.

Abstract

This study intends to determine how the tongue twister technique is used to teach pronunciation at SMA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong, as well as what benefits and drawbacks can be found from using it to improve students' pronunciation abilities. With a case study research design, the researcher in this instance used a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Two research tools, namely observation and interviews, were employed to gather data. For the academic year 20222023, the class X pupils at SMA Zainul Hasan 1 Genggong served as the research object. The study's findings indicate that while using the tongue twister approach to teach pronunciation, teachers employ two types of techniques: first, requiring students to watch a video that the teacher has created and pronounce each tongue-twister that is shown in the video and second requiring students to recite and imitate examples of several sentences of tongue-twisters that the teacher has written in blackboard. Meanwhile, using the tongue twister approach offers benefits like: it improves pupils' fluency while reciting a sentence, is entertaining, demanding, and doesn't get old easily. The tongue twister technique has some drawbacks, such as the need for patience from the teacher when employing it, and the length of time it takes to apply. Abstract

Tantangan lembaga pendidikan kini dapat ditandai dengan meningkatnya persaingan lembaga, serta banyak penawaran jasa lembaga pendidikan. Penawaran pendidikan tersebut bertujuan untuk dapat menjaga kualitas dan mampu memasarkan lembaganya. Ketika penerimaan calon peserta didik baru, masyarakat kini mulai pandai dalam memilih lembaga pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, lembaga pendidikan haruslah memiliki citra yang baik dalam pandangan masyarakat. Untuk menciptakan brand image lembaga pendidikan, maka diperlukan pemasaran pendidikan dan strategi yang tepat, diantaranya adalah teori marketing 7P. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, Yayasan Kanzus Sholawat melakukan pemasaran pendidikan menggunakan bauran pemasaran jasa pendidikan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan batasan masalah penelitian tentang bagaimana manajemen pemasaran pendidikan, bagaimana implementasi pemasaran pendidikan, dan bagaimana pemasaran pendidikan dalam meningkatkan brand image Yayasan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara terbuka, observasi partisipasi dan dokumentasi. Dari proses penelitian ditemukan hasil bahwa yayasan pondok pesantren KANZUS SHOLAWAT melakukan pemasaran pendidikan dengan waktu yang singkat mampu menarik banyak peserta didik. Bauran pemasaran pendidikan produk Yayasan KANZUS SHOLAWAT memiliki 2 basis kurikulum, yakni kemenag, dan pesantren. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa tarif relatif murah, dan tempat strategis namun tidak berada di samping jalan raya utama. Promosi dilakukan secara offline dan online dengan memaksimalkan semua masyarakat Yayasan, serta penggunaan sarana dan prasarana memadai. Pemasaran pendidikan yang dilakukan mampu membuat peningkatan brand image tambah tinggi sehingga menambah anggapan baik dari masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to find out the application of word games and their effect on students' learning outcomes when learning new vocabulary at Mts Zainul Hasanain Islamic boarding school in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study was conducted in three periods. The use of word games as a method of teaching English vocabulary begins with the previous actions of the teacher when opening the lesson, preparing word game tasks and communicating the objectives of the material. Then the teacher applies word games in the main activity. The teacher gives instructions on the rules and operation of the word games. In the final task, the teacher asks the students to express their difficulties and problems while making a word game. A later observation is that the learning results of students increase with each cycle, where only five students, or 20%, passed the preparatory cycle using conventional methods. In the first episode, we learned through pun methods. The number of students who reached the final threshold increased to 16, or 6 percent. In the last period, all students can take the post-test using the same method. This shows that the use of pun methodology in the delivery of vocabulary learning materials has significantly improved learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to see how teachers instill the values of Islamic Religious Education and its implementation of students into shaping the nation’s environment of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) 2 Probolinggo. In research this approach is done with qualitative methods. Research shows that the implanting of religious values not only takes place when the learning process is under way, but it also does not remove from the shared breeding of religious values for both students and teachers. Like prayer dhuha, tahfidzul qur’an, talent and interest development, the planting of a tree together, natural-based learning, and other programs. Not only students, teachers are required to provide a good example to support the growing of environmental concern in students through religious values. As a paragon in school, teachers should give example of behaviors that reflect religious attitudes, such as greeting in meeting with students or other teachers so that the institution can be see and exemplified by students. Similarly, madrasah’a vision and mission contribute to a crucial point PERMATA LIMA, DISISI BERLIAN (faithful and faithful learners in Allah, bearing faith, gentle, disciplined, caring and culturally).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of religiosity, motivation, and literacy of the Islamic capital market partially and simultaneously on the investing interest in the Islamic capital market of ISP members in Probolinggo. This study used multiple regression analysis techniques titled "The Influence of Religiosity, Motivation, and Literacy Level of the Islamic Capital Market on Investment Interest in the Islamic Capital Market" using an associative quantitative method. The data sources were derived from questionnaires distributed to 74 samples by purposive sampling techniques. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient test, F-test, and T-test processed with SPSS. The F-test results showed religiosity, motivation, and literacy of the Islamic capital market has significance compared with a calculated F-value of 50,987 an F-table of 2,736, and a significance of 0.000. Meanwhile, the T-test result showed religiosity, motivation, and literacy levels each influence the sig value by 0.031, 0.016, and 0.000.

Abstract

The Yellow Book is an identity and is the main focus in Islamic boarding school education, but the material is not easy to learn. Therefore, PP Lubbul Labib Banat I Kedungsari adopted a new method from PP Sidogiri Pasuruan, namely Al-Miftah Lil Ulum since 2017. This research aims to determine the process of using the Al-Miftah method starting from planning, implementing and evaluating it. This research uses a case study qualitative research type with data collection techniques; observation, interview, and documentation. The subjects studied were 31 students and 7 teachers. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of the research show that at each stage there are several discussions, namely; At the planning stage include; learning objectives and experiences, determining learning activities, the people involved, materials, facilities and evaluation planning. The implementation stage concerns activities during the learning process; opening, apperception, giving new material, training, ending learning evaluation. At the evaluation stage it is divided into 2 namely for students and teachers. During the use of this method, the learning process has been running quite well and effectively. The indicators in this study are grammar and writing.

Abstract

The purpose of marriage is sakinah, mawadah and warahmah. But, achieving these three things is not easy. The existence of disputes that occur repeatedly is the main factor in the breakdown of a marriage. This dispute can occur due to a lack of trust and communication between partners, so the final path chosen is divorce. The impact of this divorce is not only felt by husband and wife or parents but also by children. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the impact of parental discord and divorce on the religious and spiritual lives of children. This research was conducted at MTs Miftahul Jannah, Wangkal Probolinggo with using a qualitative approach and purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation of 5 research subjects who met the research criteria. The result obtained is that disputes and divorce have an impact on the child's religious and spiritual life. From a religious perspective, children's obedience to religion, in this case, depends on parenting before and after divorce, while from a spiritual perspective, children tend to mature faster than their age. They are more independent and feel able to find their own solutions to life's problems.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini adalah guna meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA menggunakan siklus belajar Tri Pramana bermuatan kearifan lokal. penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi MI Nahdlatul Ulama' yang berjumlah 21 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Pembelajaran siklus Tri pramana diharapkan mampu berimplikasi dan memberikan pengaruh yang baik pada peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik khususnya di kelas V IT MI Nahdlatul Ulama'. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rata-rata persentase yang diperoleh siswa dari siklus I dengan presentase 79,5% pada kategori baik, dan pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 87,8 % pada kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

This study intends to describe the elements of feminism in Andrea Hirata's novel Love in a Glass. In this study used qualitative research. Reading and note-taking techniques were used to collect data. Novel Cinta in a Glass is examined using content analysis techniques as part of the data analysis process. Data validation techniques use persistence. The results to be revealed are violence, oppression, hard work, and resistance from a feminist point of view against the novel Cinta in the Glass through the characters Enong or Maryamah.
