Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah mengetahui kegunaan barang bekas  yang bisa di manfaatkan untuk di jadikan media pembelajaran kreatif, dan untuk mengetahui kelebhan dan kekurangan dalam mengggunakan media dari Barang bekas, serta mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan kreativitas guru. Dalam penelitian ini, barang bekas yang di gunakan adalah kardus, tutup botol, kertas dan plastik bekas. Media pembelajaran mempunyai peranan yang begitu penting. Dengan media pembelajaran guru dapat menggunakannya menjadi alat bantu untuk memberikan materi pembelajaran. Pada mata pelajaran matematika materi penjumlahan pengurangan dan perkalian pada siswa kelas II  MI Ihyaul Islam 1 membutuhkan adanya media pembelajaran. Sehingga dengan penggunaan media, siswa mampu memahami dan menghitung ketika dua bilangan bersusun. Penggunaan media Caseme P3 terbuat dari barang bekas yang tidak di pakai seperti kardus, tutup botol kertas dan plastik dapat meningkatkan kreativitas pada siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI Ihyaul Islam 1 Kelas II Desa Puspan, Kecamatan Maron, Kabupaten Probolinggo pada 11 Januari tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peenggunan media Caseme P3 dengan menggunakan barang bekas siswa dapat menguasai materi pembelajaran yang di berikan tenaga pendidik serta mampu meningkatkan minat belajar. selain itu media pembelajaran tersebut mengurangi sampah yang ada di sekitar lingkungan.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the students' perceptions of English meeting club of their speaking in the language. Istiqlal Islamic Boarding School's English class chose three students to participate in the research. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative method and collected data using two steps: an observational and an interview. The result of this research is majority of students in this research had a positive perception of English meeting club. The students are believing that by joining the English club, they would be able to improve their speaking skills. Another thing the student thought would help them improve their communication skills, especially their pronunciation, was going to English club meetings. On top of that, it might stand in for students who have problems with public speaking fear and low confidence

Abstract

One of the obstacles in learning English as a foreign language, especially speaking skills, is the lack of practice outside the classroom. In this globalization era, there are a lot media available that can be used as learning tools, using Ome Tv, a social media platform that can be used as a useful alternative for practicing English speaking skills outside the classroom. This research aims to find students' perceptions on the use of Ome Tv to improve their English speaking skills. This research uses a Qualitative Descriptive Method. This research uses interviews to collect data. The participants in this research were six Students of English education department. The results of this research reveal that Ome Tv provides English learners the opportunity to practice speaking English with foreigners from various countries via video chat. Using Ome Tv is very effective for improving English speaking skills which include fluency, pronunciation, expanding vocabulary, and improving English communication skills. Ome Tv is effective for English speaking skills but Ome Tv is not effective for aspects of English accuracy because Ome Tv is a random video chat

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas kepemimpinan santri putri berbasis nilai-nilai multikultural di Pondok Pesantren Zainul Hasan Genggong. Latar belakang kegiatan ini didasarkan pada realitas keberagaman latar belakang sosial, budaya, dan karakter santri yang menuntut model kepemimpinan yang inklusif, toleran, dan berkeadilan. Metode pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan partisipatif yang meliputi ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi kepemimpinan, dan refleksi nilai multikultural. Peserta kegiatan adalah pengurus santri putri yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan kehidupan asrama dan organisasi santri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep kepemimpinan multikultural, penguatan sikap toleransi, empati, serta kemampuan komunikasi dan pengelolaan konflik dalam konteks keberagaman. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam membentuk kepemimpinan santri putri yang adaptif, humanis, dan selaras dengan nilai-nilai pesantren.

Abstract

Prostitutes (PSK) are a notable phenomenon that continues to thrive and grow in various parts of the world. Probolinggo Regency is no exception, as it cannot be deemed free from prostitution practices. Several locations serve as centers for these activities, which are challenging to control despite numerous enforcement efforts by the authorities. The goal of this community service (PkM) activity is to touch the spiritual lives of the Pasir Panjang residents. By employing ABCD approach, the researchers aim to explore the potential possessed by the Pasir Panjang community. A religious-spiritual approach was chosen as a way to encourage the community to reconnect with their Creator. Based on a mutual agreement, this service activity was implemented through two programs: Individual spiritual guidance and Completion of individual activity reports. After two months of implementing these programs, no significant results have been observed. Therefore, further assistance is needed.

Abstract

This paper proposes a new theoretical frameworkthe Integrated Diversity Education Approach in Pesantren (IDEA–P Model as a response to the growing need for structured diversity education within Indonesia’s Islamic boarding schools (pesantren). Drawing from 30 interdisciplinary studies on multiculturalism, inclusive pedagogy, and Islamic leadership, this study synthesizes existing approaches into a unified model grounded in Islamic theological, pedagogical, and social principles. The IDEA–P framework consists of three interrelated axes: the Spiritual Axis, emphasizing divine unity and compassion (tawhid and rahmah); the Pedagogical Axis, centered on dialogical and differentiated learning; and the Social Axis, focusing on multicultural leadership and institutional inclusivity. These axes are operationalized through five structural components epistemic integration, dialogical pedagogy, inclusive curriculum design, multicultural leadership, and reflective evaluation. The model positions pesantren as transformative moral communities that balance tradition and modernity, theology and pluralism, faith and civic responsibility. This study contributes a conceptual foundation for advancing diversity education in Islamic contexts, offering both theoretical depth and practical implications for educators, policymakers, and scholars

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of interactive web quizzes to student engagement in English language learning at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL). Using a descriptive qualitative case study design, data were collected through six classroom observations, interviews with one teacher and eight students, and documentation. The findings reveal three dimensions of engagement: behavioral (32 coded excerpts), emotional (28 excerpts), and cognitive (24 excerpts). Behavioral engagement emerged as the most dominant, indicated by increased participation and attentiveness during quiz-based activities. Emotional engagement was reflected in students’ motivation and enjoyment, while cognitive engagement was demonstrated through reflective thinking and attention to feedback. Overall, the results suggest that interactive web quizzes can support active and meaningful learning, although minor challenges such as time pressure and competitive elements were identified. These findings highlight the potential of digital quizzes as an inclusive and engaging instructional strategy in multicultural EFL classrooms.

Abstract

Accurate pronunciation is fundamental to the development of oral proficiency, as it directly governs the clarity and comprehensibility of verbal interaction; nevertheless, many EFL learners continue to encounter phonetic hurdles stemming from insufficient practice, a lack of corrective feedback, and interference from their native language. While existing scholarship has widely acknowledged the advantages of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning (MALL), most studies remain centered on broad language acquisition, leaving a gap in understanding how specific applications are utilized to resolve pronunciation challenges within localized educational settings. Consequently, this study examines the integration of the CAKE application in English pronunciation instruction and its role in mitigating students' speech difficulties at MA Mirqotul Ulum through a descriptive qualitative framework. Involving an English instructor and their students, data were gathered via classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, phonetic assessments, and documentation, then processed through an interactive model of data analysis. The findings demonstrate that CAKE fosters a self-directed learning environment through its speech recognition and 'Listen and Repeat' functionalities, which offer instantaneous evaluation and lead to observable progress in both segmental and suprasegmental elements, alongside bolstered student motivation and confidence. Ultimately, this research underscores the practical utility of mobile based interventions in pronunciation pedagogy and enriches the discourse on MALL by providing empirical evidence of a specialized application’s efficacy in an EFL context.

Abstract

This study emphasizes how crucial speaking abilities are to EFL instruction, especially when it comes to helping students become more proficient communicators in everyday situations. But there is still a disconnect between theoretical methods like Communicative Language Teaching and their actual use, particularly when it comes to using real digital media. The purpose of this project is to investigate how authentic English content from YouTube can be used to teach speaking and to analyze students' reactions. Through observations, interviews, and documentation, a qualitative approach was used. Although there are some drawbacks such a lack of engagement and technical difficulties, the results show that YouTube improves students' motivation, vocabulary, pronunciation, and confidence. The conclusion is that YouTube works well when paired with interactive exercises and suitable teaching techniques.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas storytelling sebagai strategi inovatif dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) sekaligus pengaruhnya terhadap pengembangan karakter religius siswa di MI Darun Najah Tiris Probolinggo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi kelas, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan storytelling membuat pembelajaran PAI menjadi lebih menarik, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Siswa yang sebelumnya pasif kini lebih aktif bertanya, berdiskusi, dan menanggapi materi pembelajaran, sehingga motivasi belajar meningkat secara signifikan. Metode storytelling juga mempermudah pemahaman materi PAI dengan menghadirkan kisah para nabi, sahabat, tokoh Islam, dan contoh moral sehari-hari, sehingga pesan moral dan nilai-nilai religius tersampaikan secara efektif. Selain itu, storytelling membantu menanamkan karakter religius siswa secara nyata, termasuk kejujuran, kesabaran, tanggung jawab, dan disiplin, yang tercermin dalam perilaku sehari-hari baik di sekolah maupun di rumah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa storytelling merupakan strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, mempermudah pemahaman materi, dan mendukung pembentukan karakter religius siswa.
