Abstract

Indonesia does not need to be an Islamic state to make Islamic teachings can be upheld. However, the teaching of islam can upheld in Indonesia by implementing Islamic value and norm. If an Islamic state is a country that formalizes Islamic teachings in the state administration and the legal products. Whereas implementing Islamic value and norm relates to countries where citizens carry out their lives in harmony with Islamic values, for example honest, tolerant, mutual respect and so on. Islamic values are contained in the personality of rahmatan lil alamin. Personality rahmatan lil alamin itself is one of the examples of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Rahmatan lil alamin's personality can be formed through the Halaqotul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah approach. This approach model was introduced and practiced by pesantren Al-Mashduqiah through its two formal institutions, namely Sekolah Menengah Pertama Plus Al-Mashduqiah and Madrasah Aliyah Plus Al-Mashduqiah. Abstract

Abstrak: This research aims to find out how segmenting, targeting and positioning (STP) strategies are implemented in a company. This method uses qualitative methods in collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained using data collection techniques through interviews (In-depth interviews), focus group discussions. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained such as books, notes and theses, scientific journals relating to the research focus. The results of this research show that bank BTN Syariah Kcps Probolinggo implements the STP strategy to improve the quality of the Prima iB Savings product. Product quality value is measured in terms of performance, features, reliability, aesthetics, applicability, durability, maintenance and perceived quality especially by using the STP strategy to reach the wider community more easily. This research is also equipped with the obstacles and solutions to solving existing problems at the Prima iB Bank BTN Syariah Kcps Probolinggo Savings company. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan adalah mengetahui kegunaan barang bekas  yang bisa di manfaatkan untuk di jadikan media pembelajaran kreatif, dan untuk mengetahui kelebhan dan kekurangan dalam mengggunakan media dari Barang bekas, serta mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dan kreativitas guru. Dalam penelitian ini, barang bekas yang di gunakan adalah kardus, tutup botol, kertas dan plastik bekas. Media pembelajaran mempunyai peranan yang begitu penting. Dengan media pembelajaran guru dapat menggunakannya menjadi alat bantu untuk memberikan materi pembelajaran. Pada mata pelajaran matematika materi penjumlahan pengurangan dan perkalian pada siswa kelas II  MI Ihyaul Islam 1 membutuhkan adanya media pembelajaran. Sehingga dengan penggunaan media, siswa mampu memahami dan menghitung ketika dua bilangan bersusun. Penggunaan media Caseme P3 terbuat dari barang bekas yang tidak di pakai seperti kardus, tutup botol kertas dan plastik dapat meningkatkan kreativitas pada siswa. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MI Ihyaul Islam 1 Kelas II Desa Puspan, Kecamatan Maron, Kabupaten Probolinggo pada 11 Januari tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 . Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peenggunan media Caseme P3 dengan menggunakan barang bekas siswa dapat menguasai materi pembelajaran yang di berikan tenaga pendidik serta mampu meningkatkan minat belajar. selain itu media pembelajaran tersebut mengurangi sampah yang ada di sekitar lingkungan.

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen merupakan prosesi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengrahan serta pmberdayaan sumber daya pendidikan agar tercapainya tujuan pendidikan dengan efektif dan efesien. Pembelajaran merupakan upaya segenap guru dalam mendesian instruktional, menyelenggrakan kegiatann belajarr-mengajarr (KBM), mengevaluasihasil belajar yang merupakan hasil pembejaran. Seorang pendidikk perlu memiliki ketrampilan dalam pengelolan pembelajara yang meliputii tiga tahap kegiatan, diantaranya membuat perencanaan pembelajara, melakukan proses pembelajara, dan melaksanakan evaluasii pembelajara. Rencana pembelajara itu dasar bagi peseta didik guna menerima pengalaman belajar di kelas. Perencanan pembelajaran meliputi penatan guru (pendidik), peserta didik dan tenaga administrasi, penggunaan metode, materil, prosedur yang merupakan unsur-unsur perangkat pembelajaran yang terorganisasi dengan sistematis dan sistematik. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Evaluasi, Pembelajaran Abstract Management is the proces of planing, organizing, directing and controlling educational resources to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. Learning is the teacher's effort in designing instructional, organizing teaching-learning activities, evaluating learning outcomes in the form of teaching outcomes. An educator must have skills in learning management which includes three stages of activities, including making lesson plans, carrying out the learning process, and carrying out learning evaluations. The lesson plan is the basis for students to receive the learning experience in the classroom. Learning plannig include the arrangement of teacher (educator), students and administrative staff, the use of methode, materils, procedures which are elements of learning tools that are organyzed systematicaly and systematically. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Digital Marketing yang dilakukan Toko Ali dan menganilisis dalam pemasaran Digital Marketing usaha Toko Ali Desa Gading Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Proboinggo dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian pendekatan kualitatif, yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang serta perilaku yang diamati. Dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemanfaatan Digital Marketing yang dilakukan Toko Ali mampu memanfaatkan pemasaran berbasis online ini dengan menggunakan beberapa sosial media seperti Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Shopee, TokoPedia dan TikTok sebagai perantara tersampainya usaha yang dimilki pada konsumen. Sedangkan untuk matrix SWOT Toko Ali Desa Gading Kecamatan Banyuanyar Kabupaten Probolinggo berada pada kotak SO, dimana Toko Ali mampu memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki Toko Ali, hal ini baik bagi Toko Ali untuk mengurangi kelemahan dan meminimalisir ancaman agar dapat mengembangkan usaha lebih baik lagi untuk kedepannya. Kata Kunci: Digital Marketing, Pengembangan Usaha ABSTRAC This study aims to determine the use of Digital Marketing by Toko Ali and to analyze the digital marketing of the business of Toko Ali, Gading Village, Banyuanyar District, Proboinggo Regency by using SWOT analysis. The research method used is a qualitative approach research, which produces descriptive data in the form of written words from people and observed behavior. With data collection through observation, interviews and documentation.The results showed that the use of Digital Marketing by Toko Ali was able to take advantage of this online-based marketing by using several social media such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Shopee, TokoPedia and TikTok as intermediaries for the delivery of their business to consumers. Meanwhile, the SWOT matrix for Ali's Shop, Gading Village, Banyuanyar District, Probolinggo Regency is in the SO box, where Ali's shop is able to take advantage of the opportunities that exist with the strengths of Ali's shop, this is good for Ali's shop to reduce weaknesses and minimize threats in order to develop a better business. again for the future. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Business Development

Abstract

Abstrak Peranan kepala tata usaha sebagai administrator dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan administrasi di lembaga Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga memiliki peranan yang sangat penting. Tujuan dari pengamatan ini ialah untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang cukup luas mengenai peranan kepala tata usaha sebagai administrator dan pentingnya peran tersebut dalam meningkatkan efektivitas layanan administrasi di lembaga Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Pengamatan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi pustaka untuk memperoleh data yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan ini, kita dapat mengetahui bahwa kepala tata usaha memiliki tanggung jawab utama dalam mengatur dan mengawasi berbagai aspek administrasi di lembaga. Dengan kepemimpinan yang kuat, perencanaan yang baik, pengawasan yang cermat, pelatihan yang tepat, dan penerapan teknologi yang tepat, kepala tata usaha dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan efektivitas layanan administrasi. Pengamatan ini diharapkan bisa menjadi arahan bagi kepala tata usaha dan pihak yang bersangkutan dalam mengoptimalkan administrasi dilembaga pendidikan dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan administrasi dilembaga Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga. Kata Kunci: Kepala Tata Usaha, Administrator, Pengelolaan, Layanan Administrasi Abstract The role of the head of administration as an administrator in improving the effectiveness of administrative services at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga institution has a very important role. The purpose of this observation is to gain a fairly broad understanding of the role of the head of administration as an administrator and the importance of this role in increasing the effectiveness of administrative services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah institutions. This observation uses a qualitative approach and literature study methods to obtain the necessary data. Based on the results of these observations, it can be concluded that the head of administration has the main responsibility for organizing and supervising various aspects of administration in the institution. With strong leadership, good planning, careful supervision, appropriate training, and the application of appropriate technology, the head of administration can improve the performance and effectiveness of administrative services. It is hoped that this observation can provide direction for the head of administration and the parties concerned in optimizing administration at educational institutions and improving the quality of administrative services at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga institution. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the planning, implementation, and role of the madrasah head in supervising and developing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at Badridduja Full Day School Junior High School. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, conducted at Badridduja Junior High School, Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that the planning of supervision practices by the madrasah head involves several important steps, such as analyzing the planning of supervision practices, studying the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum management, and identifying the role of the madrasah head in supervising and developing the curriculum. The implementation of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum involves various learning strategies, including expository, problem-based, contextual, investigative, affective techniques, cooperative tactics, as well as the development of thinking skills. The role of the madrasah head in curriculum supervision and development includes aspects of education, managerial, administrative, supervision, leadership, innovation, and motivation. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth understanding of the madrasah head's supervision practices and the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum at Badridduja Full Day School Junior High School, and highlights the important role of the madrasah head in achieving quality education goals. Keyword: Supervision planning, Merdeka Belajar Curriculum, Implementation, and Role of the madrasah head Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji perencanaan, implementasi, dan peran kepala madrasah dalam mengawasi serta mengembangkan Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMP Badridduja Full Day School. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dilakukan di SMP Badridduja Kabupaten Probolinggo, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan praktik supervisi oleh kepala madrasah melibatkan beberapa langkah penting, seperti analisis perencanaan praktik supervisi, studi implementasi manajemen Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar, dan identifikasi peran kepala madrasah dalam mengawasi dan mengembangkan kurikulum. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar melibatkan berbagai strategi pembelajaran, termasuk teknik ekspositori, berbasis masalah, kontekstual, investigasi, afektif, taktik kooperatif, serta pengembangan keterampilan berpikir. Peran kepala madrasah dalam pengawasan dan pengembangan kurikulum mencakup aspek pendidikan, manajerial, administratif, supervisi, kepemimpinan, inovasi, dan motivasi. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang praktik supervisi kepala madrasah dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di SMP Badridduja Full Day School, serta menyoroti peran penting kepala madrasah dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang berkualitas. Abstract

This research aims to assess the students' perceptions of English meeting club of their speaking in the language. Istiqlal Islamic Boarding School's English class chose three students to participate in the research. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative method and collected data using two steps: an observational and an interview. The result of this research is majority of students in this research had a positive perception of English meeting club. The students are believing that by joining the English club, they would be able to improve their speaking skills. Another thing the student thought would help them improve their communication skills, especially their pronunciation, was going to English club meetings. On top of that, it might stand in for students who have problems with public speaking fear and low confidence

Abstract

One of the obstacles in learning English as a foreign language, especially speaking skills, is the lack of practice outside the classroom. In this globalization era, there are a lot media available that can be used as learning tools, using Ome Tv, a social media platform that can be used as a useful alternative for practicing English speaking skills outside the classroom. This research aims to find students' perceptions on the use of Ome Tv to improve their English speaking skills. This research uses a Qualitative Descriptive Method. This research uses interviews to collect data. The participants in this research were six Students of English education department. The results of this research reveal that Ome Tv provides English learners the opportunity to practice speaking English with foreigners from various countries via video chat. Using Ome Tv is very effective for improving English speaking skills which include fluency, pronunciation, expanding vocabulary, and improving English communication skills. Ome Tv is effective for English speaking skills but Ome Tv is not effective for aspects of English accuracy because Ome Tv is a random video chat
