Abstract

This research about the implementation of bacteria in papaya plantation soil in Kebumen that has been isolated and characterized and purified. This study aims to determine the potential of local isolate bacteria from papaya agricultural soil: 1). as PGPR bacteria or fertilizing bacteria for chili, eggplant and tomato plants and 2) as a natural bioinsecticide. mealybugs on papaya plants. The samples used were bacteria from the preliminary isolation that had been carried out, namely from the genera Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Erwinia, Exyguobacterium, Serratia, Stenotropomonas, and Acinetobacter. The study was conducted using 50 stems of each plant. Bioinsecticides are applied to papaya trees that are attacked by mealybugs. Measurement of plant growth was measured at 7 days and 30 days after planting. As for bioinsecticides, spraying was carried out 3 times. The results of the study can be concluded in the form of the implementation of bacteria as PGPR which can increase the growth of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens), purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L) and tomato (Solanum lycopersicum Mill) and can be used as a bioinsecticide to reduce mealybugs (Paracoccus marginatus) on papaya plants (Carica papaya L.)

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Biodiversity Accounting on the performance of companies in the energy and mining sectors. This study examines the adoption of green accounting as a mediator between GCG, biodiversity accounting, and company performance. The results showed that GCG and Biodiversity accounting, supported by the adoption of Green accounting, improved company performance. This study uses SEM-PLS to develop specific indicators for latent variables, based on 250 financial statements and sustainability performance. These findings have important implications for companies, governments, and stakeholders in supporting sustainability through the application of GCG principles and green technology. Further Research could extend this review to other sectors and explore the long-term impact of adopting environmentally friendly technologies on company performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how accounting is applied in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to determine what obstacles business actors face in implementing accounting. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method by collecting data collected through questionnaires and interviews with business actors. MSME actors located in Wuryorejo Village, Wonogiri District are the objects in this study. A total of 61 data were successfully obtained and collected using a sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of this study shows that the majority of MSME actors already understand accounting even though the application of accounting and financial reports are presented manually and are still relatively simple. The obstacles faced by business actors include lack of time to prepare financial reports, the perception that preparing financial reports is difficult to understand, low business actors to improve the presentation of financial reports, and the lack of socialization or training on accounting in accordance with SAKEMKM.
