Abstract

In analyzing the level of user satisfaction and quality on the Balindo application and evaluating the influence of users after they have experience in using the Balindo application by applying the WebQual 4.0 method and the IPA method. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires made for users, namely customers/tenders from Balindo application users totaling 250 people. When the questionnaire data has been collected and after processing the data, the results of the process can be seen from the validation test R Calculation> R Table. This reflects that the question items from the questionnaire have a significant correlation to the total score or can be declared valid. After that, the results of the reliability test can be obtained from the results of the Cronbach's Alpha value of all items> 0.06. From this, it can be said that the questionnaire items are reliable or consistent, so they can be used as a data collection tool to carry out research and cover the division of priorities in order to get a very important response and must still be considered. After calculating the quality and user satisfaction of the Balindo application, the results of the interpretation showed that many respondents felt satisfied with the alternative of auctions as they usually do but have a significant influence on the potential for errors or mistakes in the Balindo application so that this can be used as evaluation material and further development of the Balindo application to make it even better.

Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly. The development of information technology began with advances in the field of computerization. This development is based on the increasingly widespread use of information technology. In addition, it is supported by the development of various types of technological equipment and supporting applications. This has led to a significant technological shift from analog to digital technology, known as digitalization. Through digitalization, production processes can be accelerated, marketing or sales areas expanded, customer service improved, time efficiency, and so on. In order to create a creative generation, the concept of the creative industry must be instilled in the younger generation who are still receiving education. This aims to ensure that this generation will be able to think creatively when entering society and can help or even create jobs for the surrounding community. One of the young generations with the potential to become a creative generation is the Al Mansyuriyah Islamic Boarding School. To develop a creative young generation in the era of information technology development and digitalization, the Al Mansyuriyah Islamic Boarding School experiences limited knowledge about information systems and technology. This is what motivated us to carry out this community service to provide a presentation on Landing Page Training material for Creative Students. Abstract

The yellow pumpkin (Cucurbita moschata) is a plant that readily adapts to diverse soil conditions; however, the utilization of its seeds remains restricted. Despite possessing a relatively high protein content crucial for growth and energy, it can serve as an alternative raw material for tempeh production. This study intends to generate yellow pumpkin seed tempeh in compliance with SNI 3144:2015 organoleptically, assess variations in the protein content of yellow pumpkin seed tempeh from three distinct regions in Central Sulawesi, and produce a Student Worksheet as an alternative resource for chemistry education through expert lecturer validation. This research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing the Kjeldahl analysis technique to ascertain protein concentrations across three phases: destruction, distillation, and titration. Furthermore, a sensory evaluation was conducted by 20 panelists to analyze the texture, color, flavor, and scent of yellow pumpkin seed tempeh. The resultant tempeh has favorable organoleptic properties, achieving an average preference score of 4, characterized by uniform white coloration, a distinctive tempeh aroma, and a dense texture. Protein content research revealed that tempeh from Palu City had the most significant protein concentration at 24.5 %, followed by Palolo District at 23.91 %, and North Lore District at 20.41 %, suggesting the impact of environmental factors on the nutritional composition of the manufactured tempeh. According to SNI 3144:2015, the visual characteristics of yellow pumpkin seed tempeh and its protein content conform to the established quality criteria. The findings of this study were presented as Student worksheets, which achieved a validity rate of 85 %, indicating its high suitability as a learning resource. This research enhances the application of yellow pumpkin seeds as a nutritious food source and fosters the creation of engaging and novel educational materials.

Abstract

Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian fermented food known for its high nutritional value. This study sought to assess the impact of yeast concentration and fermentation length on moisture content, protein content, and organoleptic evaluation of yellow soybean tempeh sourced from Tojo Una-Una, Poso, and Palu. The research included a 3 × 3 factorial design incorporating yeast concentrations of 1, 2, and 3 grams, alongside fermentation durations of 30, 48, and 72 hours. The moisture content was assessed using the gravimetric method, the protein content was determined via the Kjeldahl method, and 20 panelists performed an organoleptic evaluation. The findings indicated that the moisture content of tempeh generally rose with prolonged fermentation time and elevated yeast concentration. The maximum moisture content, 63.22%, was observed in tempeh from Tojo Una-Una, which used 2 grams of yeast and had a fermentation duration of 72 hours. The minimum value, 50.18%, was also from Tojo Una-Una with 1 gram of yeast and 30 hours of fermentation. Protein levels peaked at 48 hours of fermentation with 3 grams of yeast, reaching a maximum of 26.88% in the Palu area. In contrast, the minimum was recorded at 18.55% in tempeh from Tojo Una-Una with 2 grams of yeast and 30 hours of fermentation. The organoleptic test results indicated that panelists favored Poso tempeh in terms of flavor, aroma, and texture. The concentration of yeast and the time of fermentation influence the moisture content, protein content, and organoleptic quality of tempeh. The methodologies and findings of this study serve as a resource for chemistry education in the format of LKPD.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the discovery learning model with a scientific approach on students' ability to represent macroscopic, submicroscopic, and symbolic aspects of buffer solutions. This study is quantitative research of the quasi-experimental type, utilizing a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling, where the entire population in the study becomes the research sample, consisting of 44 students from Bala Keselamatan Palu High School. The instrument used to measure the three abilities of student representation employs six essay questions, with each degree of representation assessed by two questions. Prior to usage, the six questions are initially verified by an expert of chemical representation abilities. The data analysis techniques used consist of descriptive data analysis and inferential data analysis. The results of the descriptive data analysis indicate that students' representational abilities have improved after participating in learning using the discovery learning model with a scientific approach. The ability of macroscopic representation has a higher average value and percentage of achievement indicators compared to symbolic and submicroscopic representation abilities. The inferential statistical analysis results indicate that the significant value of the Wilcoxon test is 0.000. The value is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, hence it can be concluded that the discovery learning model with a scientific approach influences students' representation abilities.
